Hands down the best service I have had at a dealership. One of the Client Advisors, Will, was such a great help through the buying process. He was upfront in what was going on and very negotiable through the process and made it super fun as well. Very friendly overall and very relatable which made it super easy to talk with him and understand what I needed. The whole team there was great! Matt, Jim, and Jake are some of the best in the business and deserve a ton of credit for the operation that is happening there. 10/10 Will recommend to others and definitely will go out of my way to do service at this dealership just so I can catch up with the guys.

My time spent dealing with BMW of Eugene was great! I spoke with Emily Looper and Jacob Harris, both of which helped me with greatly in making a deal on a used truck that they had. I live 8 hours away and they were both very helpful in getting me any and all information that I requested. In the end, I had decided not to make the purchase due to some unforeseen family events. Emily and Jacob were very understanding and helpful through the whole process, even taking time to talk with me and communicated well after the work day was done. I am very grateful for their help and personality, Jeff Swickard should be proud to have such great employees!

I applied for a car and made it clear I wanted to add a co-signer, which I was ignored about and had to apply on my own. I was under the impression that I would hear from the dealership the next day after applying, I have called multiple times over a series of days and was given no information and no calls back. I was being lied to with the employees telling me I would hear back from them within minutes or even hours and got nothing! The only person I found to speak too there, that was actually useful, was named Zahjane.

I had a great experience purchasing my car here. The dealership is very nice and welcoming. My sales rep Nate was wonderful to work with. He was not pushy and got me the exact car that I came for. I even got to test drive it to my house to get the misses approval before completing the purchase. Top notch service all around and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you visit here ask for Nate he will take great care of you.

I inquired on a 335i they had posted for sale just over 25000 and came in got approved and test drove the vehicle, they then told me the car has not been through there shop yet and that I would have to wait to pick up, I made a lower offer and said I was willing to put money down now and the sales manager told me that he couldnt negotiate on price but because he posted it at the price and got me approved and let me drive it that he would honor that even if they had to do more work. As you can imagine I got a phone call after being told it would be ready tomorrow 3 times finally that they had to raise the price because more work had to be done and raised it $3000 moreEdit* 20 minutes after posting this they called me and wanted to go back to the original deal I decided to pass on this deal and look elsewhere, be cautious and dont get taken advantage of.

Purchased an absolutley amazing 430i from BMW of Eugene, and couldnt be happier. Traded in our 328i GT (which was a great car) but just not what we exactly wanted. Ive been in a bunch of dealerships, and had good experiences but none as great as BMW of Eugene. Working with Christian, and James was better then excellent. The whole experience was first class from start to finish. We will be going back for our future vehicle purchases, and would strongly reccomend you go to BMW of Eugene for your next car.

I have a 2012 328i thats been having transmission problems. I took it here for some routine maintenance in addition to trying to get the transmission problem diagnosed and fixed. I was quoted online at about 200 dollars for the routine work without the inspection I needed for the transmission issue so I was expecting to pay more than 200 dollars by the end. Sure enough, when all is said and done the price is quadruple what I was originally expecting despite them quoting me a 680 dollar price over the phone. They told me that they were gonna try to reprogram my car to fix the issue and that the price would stay in the same 680 dollar range. Sure enough, they charged me an extra 120 for the reprogram they insisted was in the same range for a total of almost 900 dollars. Fine, I figured these guys probably will do a good job with all the inspections and whatnot but I checked the service list and it turns out the price for the services I was quoted 200 dollars for online were doubled. Why bother quoting me a price online where I specify the exact make, model, and year of my car and the exact services I need at this specific dealership if youre just gonna jack it up almost double when I get there? I also told them my door was broken and I asked that they quote me on a price to fix it. Sure enough when I checked the itemized service list later it turns out they took that as an excuse to charge me another 120 dollars to tell me that the cable in my door was broken and the door doesnt work. Really?! No way! The full diagnosis they performed on the car didnt ever find the issue with the transmission and the repairs they did never fully resolved my problem with the transmission. The car kept having the same issue and I brought it back again. Every time I brought the car in, it always took several days longer than what they quoted to get the car back to me with no updates on how long they would keep my car, and the problems I originally brought it in for were never truly resolved despite me being charged an arm and a leg for a full diagnosis and them having the car for almost a full week to test drive it (I checked the odometer and it had a whopping 6 mile difference on it from all the test driving they did from nearly a week of holding onto it). To their credit, the service was friendly and the second diagnosis after the first repair didnt work was free of charge, but Im honestly just really disappointed by the amount of money I was charged extra trying to fix a specific problem and the lack of transparency with their service fees. With the extra time they insisted they needed the car to find and fix the problem I feel like they should have been able to resolve my issue, but this experience doesnt make me want to come back.

I would highly recommend BMW of Eugene to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I am not the type to write reviews but I was so impressed with their level of customer service that I felt compelled to do so.The young salesman Nate was incredibly helpful and friendly and made the experience comfortable. The usual car salesman pushiness was completely absent from this experience. All the other staff I worked with were friendly and personable and really made myself and my girlfriend feel right at home.I also want to give a shout out to Shane in the service department who is helping me with issues with my 3 series. They were quick to help and were willing to diagnose for free once they were confident my warranty would cover most costs. They were upfront with all costs and possible fees and I didn’t feel like they tried to sell me anything I didn’t need.Whether you are buying, selling, or just getting your car serviced you will not regret going to BMW of Eugene.

James Walker was amazing! He knows BMWs and he is truly a great person. Usually I hate car shopping and dislike the hard sale and annoying canned sales pitches, but this dealership is different. I walked on their lot, almost giving up on my dream car, and James and the Sales Manager, Jim Tully, found exactly what I was looking for. These two could teach a master class in car sales and customer service. They were even great to our 130 pound dog. I cant recommend James and this dealership enough. Of course the new BMWs are something, but consider this dealership if you are looking for any used car in great condition. My 2008 BMW 328i convertible runs like a dream.

I purchased a used CRV from BMW of Eugene. After taking it for a test drive I indicate I wanted to look at the vehicle more but need to use the restroom. When I came back out from the restroom someone was driving away in the car. The sales women indicated that if I wanted the vehicle I had 1st rights. We had decided to buy the vehicle, but I had hoped to look it over more. So we started the process of buying the car. I indicated that the passenger side wind shield wiper was not working properly. The sales woman said they probably would not be able to fix. But I noticed on the paper work that they had replaced the windshield wipers. She just seemed confused and wasn’t sure what she could do. I told her how much I wanted to put down on the car. She left for awhile and then came back with some options for money down and financing that didn’t include the amount I told her I wanted to put down. The finance guy was nice and I enjoyed working with him. I came back the next day to pick up the car and no one had even looked at the windshield wiper as had been promised. The person helping me just kept saying he didn’t know what to do since the woman that sold the car was not working that day. It was discouraging. We figured out the windshield wiper problem on our own (they forgot to take off the plastic piece covering the wiper, when it was installed). They could have fixed it quickly, but the didn’t even take the time to check it out. But I also noticed a chip in the windshield that had not been there the day before. My guess is it happened when the person after me test drove it. Once again when I found it they basically told me too bad you bought the car as is. I know I wasn’t buying a BMW, but I expected better service from the dealership. Now I have a chip that has a crack that has stretched out across the windshield that needs to be fixed.

Our experience at BMW of Eugene was over 5 stars. Jill and Jake helped us get into a used 2020 Subaru Forester that they had. I found the car online and applied over the phone. They removed it from the site after we applied for it so no one would come swoop it out from under us. We fell in love with it when we went to test drive it. They took really good care of us! Well tell our friends and be back when its time to buy another!

Sort of the worst experience Ive ever had. I found a car that I was interested in. I later made an appointment with them for a test drive and get confirmation. I spent an hour heading over to their shop but was later told that the car was not available. Although sales offered me another car (same type, higher price) for a test drive. It was not useful in practice. So it meant I wasted two hours and $50 on the road but didnt get the test drive I actually wanted. I contacted them afterwards and was told that the car was loaned out. So their test drive appointment have no effect. I have reason to doubt that the car actually exists because the whole process was very unprofessional.

Bought a vehicle with only 10k miles on it. Underneath back seat was all moldy and very dirty. Was supposed to get a phone call the next day to arrange a better detail but never got the call, I had to do my own detail since I wasnt going to put my daughter in the back with moldy seats. All the tires on the vehicle were different brands and threads none matched. Its a 10k mile vehicle! I did not expect this from bmw but I guess looks can be deceiving. First and last time I would buy from them. They were nice when they were trying to sell me something but once they get you, they put you on the back burner. I dont recommend them to anyone.

Really great experience. I came in expecting to haggle all day. This did not happen. They appraised my trade-in a bit more than I expected. They gave me a better deal than I expected on the BMW I wanted. I love my BMW! My only complaint is as usual with car dealers; they know almost nothing about the vehicle. I had three people riding in the back seat to answer all my questions. But unlike other dealers, they actually answered my questions and gave every effort to do so. Great job, will purchase again!

Terrible Experience!!! I called on a Friday afternoon to get their hours, it was around five and they closed at seven so I thanked them and hung up. Five minutes later they called back to ask my name and to see what I was calling about, we talked and found out that they did have a car that we were looking for. We made an appointment for the up coming Sunday, before making the drive of over 2.5 hours I texted the person I was talking with and asked if the car was wreck free!. He responded Yeah it is:) So.. we make the drive of 2.5 hours a hour there and the drive home took over six hours. We get down there go for a drive and start looking in the back of the car and the buttons were falling out the side of the car. So we go inside check the carfax and sure enough the car had been in a rear end accident. The manger came over said he was sorry but did we look at the white one? They dont care about you just getting people in the door!! I would never trust them or buy anything from them!!!!

BMW of Eugene is the BEST dealership I have ever done business with! My 5-Series was a gift from my mother 3 days before she passed, so it is important to me that my car gets the best care. I know that I can trust BMW of Eugene to do just that. My interactions with Ruslan (manger) have been great and he is genuinely a nice guy. Shane has been my service advisor and he is the best! I do not know much about car mechanics, but he always explains things in a simple way and hes fun to talk to. I have purchased or leased several cars from this dealership over the past 20 years. Just leased another one. My salesman has always been the same-Sam Hill. He is tremendous. He does not sell you a car. He helps you buy the car you want. And if the car is not in their current inventory, he finds the exact one you want. It was a last minute thing, I got there late an talk to Jan zaborowski who stayed with me even throw after work hours an Austin Pounders the financial manager to finish my paperworks!! They were helpful and courteous but never pushy.Christian was our sales representative, He was attentive and listened to what we were saying, guiding the process to best match what we wanted to what was available. I purchased my X3 in April, fast forward to last week. My brakes and rotors need to be replaced?? I was beyond frustrated with the whole process and the fact that a car Ive had for a few months needed such an expensive fix. I voiced my frustration (in person and via email) and was surprised to find that they wanted to help me!!! They made the experience easy and by the time I was done I was happy. Crazy, huh??? They said they wanted to make our working relationship a lasting one. Thank you so much for helping me and being rock stars. I apologize that I was so frustrated and angry!! I just bought my first car here at the price of my dreams, Christian Krieves made sure I left there totally satisfied. 100% recommend this dealership. The dealers are kind, knowledgeable, and HUMAN. Ive been driving BMWs for years and have purchased vehicles from both Portland dealers in the past. This time I went to Eugene BMW. The buying experience there is the way I want to be treated. I saw an X3 on-line that I was interested in buying. Showed up at BMW Eugene and was greeted by Cameron who didnt give me a sales pitch but just handed over the keys for a test drive. I was satisfied and after a brief negotiation, we completed the sale. The other BMW dealers piled on several layers of salespeople and hours of sitting around before the sale was finalized. Not at Eugene BMW. I was out the door in an hour with the vehicle I wanted. Thanks to Cameron and Adam. Ill be back there when my wife decides to replace her X1.

They let us look at our own pace, rather than use high-pressured sales tactics, which we appreciated immensely. The vehicle and price were also a selling feature. I always have a really good experience at Bmw Of Eugene. I bought my vehicle there in August 2018 and have been so happy ever since.Mike in the service department is phenomenal and always greets you with a happy face, remembers your name, and is on top of everything ready to help when something goes wrong. They also have a text line now that makes it easier to communicate with the service department when your car is there.I also love the sales staff. Debbie Long has been so helpful. Last time I was in for service I ended up checking out a car I considered buying and trading in my current one. I didn’t end up purchasing it, although the kindness and time spent with me was super helpful (a couple hours!) Matt in the sales department also helped out a lot and he was a super down to earth enjoyable go to work with. Sorry I didn’t purchase at the moment but I know that I will be back when I’m ready to pull the trigger.Thank you BMW of Eugene for being so fantastic!It’s so nice to go somewhere for your car and feel comfortable and taken care of.

Cameron and Austin were great but communication was too difficult with managers. Multiple rounds of phone tag before needlessly being threatened legal action by Rusian over email when I have never even talked to the guy before- for employment verification. I suggest saying We have had a hard time contacting your employer and only have x days before the deal expires instead of making threats. We dont know what is happening on your side of the table unless you let us know. We already provided paystubs and phone numbers, we could have provided more pay stubs if asked but communication was too choppy.

I had a great experience with the crew at BMW. They helped me with an issue with my 328i that had a check engine light on. They got me in right away and got it figured out. There were some technical difficulties with their phones, but I’m sure that will get taken care of. Other than that it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Tony the service writer definitely was engaged and wanted to help me the whole time. Joe in parts made things quick and easy. No complaints here. I know all dealerships deal with their issues, but they were professional the whole time. I’m definitely going back to them with my business. Thanks.

I took my Santa Fe for a Service included with the purchase of the SUV and the analysis mentioned that everything was good. That same weekend I took a road trip and the SUV started shaking every time I hit the breaks. I was very confused because according to the Analysis provided by the people from BMW of Eugene, Nicholas, everything was in “Good” status. I had to take my SUV over Hyundai and the rotors needed to be resurfaced. When calling Nicholas from BMW he mentioned the reason was my breaks overheating the root cause of the rotors and breaks not working properly; well to me that doesn’t not fit as “GOOD” in the analysis provided of my SUV. The life of my family is on that analysis and they should have mentioned that the rotors needed to be resurfaced or in case that my rotors and breaks overheat my entire SUV will start shaking!!!The most upset thing was that Nicholas try to make it sound like it was not a big deal, for him is not because clearly his family is not in that SUV.All of these makes me thing that they really didn’t not check my SUV properly and just put the check marks to do the job fast but with a very poor quality.

I came in to look at a car that I had reserved a time to look at over the internet. When I showed up, they had already sold the car and had not called us before we got there to let us know this information. I was very upset because they tried to sell me a car that wasn’t what I wanted.But, I will say they promptly turned this experience around and really made it up to me when they owned up to the miscommunication error and they listened to my needs and wants and found me what I wanted. Raf and the Eugene BMW crew hooked me up with what I wanted and more. I am extremely grateful for their accommodations, delivery, and their ability to keep their word.

My experience was great! Fastest and quickest car I ever bought. The sales manager Chris was pleasant and not pushy. He offered us drinks while we waited for paperwork. I think it might have taken a whole hour from test drive to finish. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t very good. My son had been looking for a particular model for awhile. We saw a very nice, low mile one advertised and we were the first to inquire about it. My son is a service writer for BMW repairs and therefore, had some very legitimate questions. All they wanted was a “non-refundable “deposit. He was pre-approved already and ready to buy. They stalled answering the questions and kept asking for a deposit. “Someone else is interested “ they told us. My son finally called both the sales guy and sales manager to put down a “non-refundable” deposit and was informed by email/text they had sold it. As is typical of car dealerships, it was more important to “get the deal done” before the end of the month rather than do the right thing. It’s a shame such dishonest people are employed at a high end dealer. My impression is if you don’t finance through BMW, they will keep you on hold until they find another person that will.
