Erik and his crew are top notch in the diagnosing and repair of my Volvo 1989 760 Turbo wagon! His communication with me on the repairs was frequent and his rate for repair I believe very reasonable. I have been coming to City View since they were on City View. They have worked on my Toyota Sienna and my Subaru outback. They provide excellent service and both of the gentleman are super handsome. My mom takes her Forester here as well and has always been treated with honesty and respect. 2020 update! These guys are still the best. I take my 94 Toyota 4 runner and my 2015 Acura MDX. They are smart and reasonably priced. Always looking out for my safety and best interest.

BUYER BEWARE!!! The owner of Cityview Imports sold me a used Subaru only to have the engine seize one month later. He told me he had gone through the whole car and checked everything out. This man is either an incompetent mechanic or a scam artist.

I took my Toyota Tundra to City View Import for a vehicle inspection, and I was thoroughly impressed. I worked with Charlie, and he explained everything they did for the inspection, recommended things to address/fix and rated them in order of safety and importance. I am novice with car stuff, but he was able to explain everything in terms that made sense. We ended up having them redo our whole front end suspension, they were communicative about the progress and any aspects that were a part of what we were having done. They are priced very reasonably, and they did amazing work! Very, very pleased with everything they did, and how they treated us. Super knowledgeable, guys, friendly and not there to bilk you for money. They do top notch work, and want you to be satisfied and safe without breaking your bank. I trust these guys with my vehicles, and am so glad they are around! Thank you City View Import!

I have to say it was great to get back to a small town feel with the gang at city view import. Both Erik and Matt are amazing and very personable. They dont sell you on things that are unnecessary, they tell you exactly what is wrong with your car. We were referred by another small business locally and I can say that Ive never been happier dealing an automotive repair shop. I highly recommend City View imports.

Our VW bug only has about 50,000 miles on it so I have been in a few times but nothing major needed yet & they have always been honest about that. What i have experienced has been fast, friendly and professional. Today I went in for headlight and they replaced the bulb and only charged me for part and no labor..Great customer service & honesty are hard to find!...very refreshing, just saying:)

This is my favorite shop in Eugene. They know Volvos inside and out. Easily the best shop in town for Volvos. They also service other European makes, and I am guessing they do just as well on those cars as Volvos. The two mechanics are both friendly and knowledgeable. I forgot to mention what is best about City View Imports; they will try and save you money! Throw these guys your business; you wont regret it!
