The one star left is because Google makes you leave atleast a one star review. Im not entirely sure how this company has 4.7 star review. I recently went to Oregon Roads to sell my car. My car was a 2016 Corolla LE, brand new condition under 40,000 miles. We drove from Albany to Eugene for Kaz who made us an offer. Upon getting there he starts asking questions that truly makes me believe he scammed us into driving there and had no intention in buying our car. Hes hardly out the door of the dealership and states he thought corollas had aluminum tires. Red flag considering my husband sent him multiple pictures. Then he proceeds to not know about a minor repair on my bumper. Where what is a 20 dollar clip was needed to be placed. So Kaz backed out of the offer adding almost 100 miles to my mileage. He couldnt even provide a yes if we replaced the minor damage our self.. Case in point if youre selling go to Carmax. Their process was smooth sailing AND they offered us moreNo hassle, no gimmicks, Scam offers.

I had my first experience buying a car from Oregon Roads yesterday. I doubt Ill buy a car any other way again. It happened that they had just the car I wanted sitting on their lot. I walked in and test drove. Their listed price was already in the fair range according to Kelly Blue Book. I proposed a number on the lower end of that range which they accepted. I heard a radio ad for Oregon Roads and was inspired by what I heard. In the past I have had very negative dealings at car dealerships that left me feeling very disadvantaged. I emailed Carey Walters and set up and appointment. I had a trade in which I got a fair price for, and I left the dealership with a 2017 Toyota Rav4 that I love. Carey was our salesman. He was upfront and honest. He printed the vehicles carfax report and gave us a copy. We took a test drive without anyone tagging along. The price was reasonable.The office is wheelchair accessible, but the restroom door is not.
