I left with a brand new 2021 Nissan but still needing a seconded vehicle with payment around the $100s (work car for husband). It was straight forward...no pressure. We have been married almost 35 years and have never had a new car. We discovered that the price of a new Nissan Kicks was less than many of the used cars we had been looking at. And my wife loved the Monarch Orange. We started the paperwork the first evening we were there and took delivery on the car the next afternoon.

For the most part I have been happy and will return. It’s a little difficult to know where to park or find a place to park when coming in for work on my car. It’s an easy process checking in, pretty friendly, and efficient. The waiting area is very adequate. Last week I pulled in for a oil change and was told it would be two and a half hours, they were short some guys, which lately seems par for the course everywhere. This week I pulled in and it was an hour wait which is pretty consistent. Over all I think they do a good job.
Took my sister to buy her first car and cannot speak highly enough about Keith. He understood our price limits and got her into a car that was 1000x what we expected. Being respectful of our budget and transparent about what extras they offered that we should consider and just didnt need was much appreciated! Thank you Keith for such an awesome experience!!
*Updated*Traded in both of my vehicles and purchased a 2011 F150 from Lithia Nissan on 6/23/21. The sale portion went just fine and Keith was easy to work with even though the sale didnt come together until after closing time.However, the next day I came by after work (as it needed to be detailed and what not) only to be told it wasnt going to be ready until the next day at 5pm. I didnt receive a call or anything to let me know I wasnt going to be able to take my new truck home. on 6/25 I was finally able to pick it up only to experience a terrible crunchy sound coming from the drivers Wheel well the following morning. I believe the CV Axle (Joint) needs to be replaced and not sure how this was not caught during their inspection. As of right now I am still waiting to hear back from Keith or anyone on if they will take the truck in and make the necessary repairs.Update 7/23 - heard loud metal clunking sounds driving home. I checked the underside of the truck and discovered that there is a large rusted hole in the exhaust. How this wasn’t discovered when Lithia “inspected” the truck before they sold it and when I brought it in for the above mentioned issue.Was told today 7/30 (after having the truck for 4 days) that they are not responsible for fixing the issue and there is nothing they will do.This has been a truly disappointing and regretted purchase from this company. I will never do any business with lithia and have and will continue to let anyone know how disrespectful the management team has been. I will only be purchasing my vehicles from Kendall moving forward.

I had a great experience. The service department took excellent care of me, helped me with financing and securing a loaner vehicle so I would still be able to complete my work obligations while they had my car. I was so grateful they were able to figure out was wrong, send me a list of what was what and how critical each fix was, and worked with me to create a list of fixes that were necessary to complete for a price I was able to pay. Super impressed with everyone who works at Lithia and will be back (hopefully not too soon)!
I have had multiple great experiences here. I just signed a deal on A 2012 Chevrolet Malibu. Very pretty car. The salesman was Keith Strange. He was more than willing to get me into a car within my price range.

They sold me a 350z with the control arms completely shot and said it was not a safety concern and wouldn’t fix it. I could the manufacturer and they confirmed it is very dangerous to drive that car. Still wouldn’t help.
We are not shopping for a new vehicle which is the reason for the Probably Not answer. We brought our van in to have new brakes put on. We chose this dealership as we had been quoted almost $1200 from a trusted local shop to get the same done. The trusted shop wanted to replace items that did not need to be replaced. The dealership gave me a rate that included brakes along with the standard needs of getting the rotors turned/machined. We are thankful that the dealership was able to take care of our needs and did not gouge us like our trusted local shop was attempting to do. Every single interaction I had with Lithia was nothing but impressive. From service and dealing with Cord, to starting the sales discussion with Billy Krebbs and ultimately buying a vehicle from Keith Strange. Even the finance person who we signed with was fantastic. Since purchasing my Nissan Xterra in 2012 from them the employees have always been friendly and helpful when I go in for service visits. They check for coupons to help with the cost and and keep me up on what my vehicle needs. This visit was the first time that I was asked to come back in the morning because of such a long wait time caused by being so busy and not enough techs to work. I plan to keep my Xterra for as long as it runs and return to the for service. Great job guys.

I came in for a routine oil change under the lifetime oil change policy. I received the oil change along with a tire rotation without any issues. All I had to do was hand over my keys and sip some coffee in the lobby, and an hour later I was all set. Everything regarding looking up accounts and policies was taken care of without me having to fill out any paperwork. Great experience.
Everyone was pleasant and wait time wasnt excessive despite the service department being busy. Didnt get the carwash like I thought we were supposed to, possibly short staffed?Wish it was possible to schedule oil change, I live out of town and am usually dealing with time constraints on lunch.
Editing this review because I’m finding things wrong with my car that weren’t wrong before I took my car in. I had been getting services there but now I let my mechanic husband take care of things and here’s what we found:1. Missing cap on the coolant reservoir.2. Had expensive brake job that didn’t fix any of the brake problems.3. Lug nuts so over-torqued, husband broke an impact rated socket trying to get them off.Are they training baby mechanics to do services but not checking up on their work? This is nonsense and I won’t be back.
Team Keith and Billy have sold me 2 cars this year and they went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They were fast, respected the down payment I wanted to spend, and got my payment down to what I could afford. Even though my credit score was low they never made me feel like they were doing me a favor selling me a car, they thanked me for giving them the opportunity to help me. We had our pathfinder in on 5/26 for some work which was to take approximately 1-1/2 to 2 hours. 45 minutes later we were done and headed on our way. Experience was great. I drove the hour to get there b/c my local Nissan dealer didnt really want to help me at all. Needed to come down for 2 appointments, but it was still worth it b/c the service area was great to work with and they did an excellent job on the towing mirror install.

(Not a third party but LITHIA THEMSELVES) meaning they get to add 2k, ontop of the b******* interest rate, on top of being paid the b******* deductible......I literally walked across the street to the BMW dealership was financed at a 12% interest (not great but fair for my credit) and walked out with a vehicle that I actually knew was going to run more than a day

I came in for an oil change. They told me it would take an hour and a half which I was willing to wait for. It took 2 1/2 hours and I asked them when I was paying if my windshield washer fluid was filled because it had been out for a week or so. He quickly told me yes it was full and when I got in my car and was halfway home I went to use my windshield washer fluid and it was completely empty still. It’s very upsetting to me because I specifically asked about it. It’s the second time it’s happened. And the paperwork says it the fluid level passed.
Updating my review 9/2021. The day I picked up my truck I discovered the truck was misrepresented having a Hemi when indeed it did not. I asked to return the truck the same day but Lithia refused to take it back. Also, I had agreed to purchase an extended warranty, I canceled it shortly after the purchase. I hadnt made any payments and the paperwork hadnt even been processed with the finance company yet but Nissan refused to change the payment amount or redo the paperwork. They gave me a blank cancelation paper to sign and I requested a copy which never stated the amount of the refund. They never processed my cancelation and after 2 trips into the dealer and multiple conversation with the manager and a call to the GM whom I never heard from, Ive had to file a complaint with the finance company against the dealership as well as the better business bureau as the finance company has not received the refund for my canceled warranty. This has left my loan amount several thousand dollars higher than what it should be. My next step will be to hire a consumer attorney because this is absurd. I havent financed a vehicle in along time as Ive owned my vehicles and this is by far the most terrible experience Ive ever had. Its sick that people get away with this kind of stuff.
My first service with Lithia Nissan in Eugene set the stage for several more transactions. Their service department is the best Ive ever experienced. Excellent customer service. So when I wanted to trade in my car, this is where I brought it. Then my son bought his first car here. And, this last weekend, I got a new Pathfinder! Any problems I have ever had have been addressed. The dealership is fair and is absolutely focused on customer service.I highly recommend Billy Krebs as a sales person. Jon in the service department, Marc in the service department. Their finance team has you in and out in short order.They turn customer service up to 11.

I asked about a vehicle, the online salesman was very upfront about the vehicle having serious issues. I passed on the vehicle, but I am very pleased with the performance of the salesman, he was not pushy like most salesman are, and he used my preferred way of contact, which from my experience is something other dealers can not do.
I got a quote for about a grand for a replacement part but they ended up not needing it so my warranties covered everythingIts my third car I bought thru you guys and will be customer in the future for sureThx again

I have purchased and/or leased five different cars from Lithia Nissan of Eugene, including three platinum edition vehicles, committing hundreds of thousands of dollars to them. With my latest lease, a 2021 Nissan Altima, Lithia Nissan of Eugene provided incorrect contact information for me to Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (a financier). My last three payments on the most recent lease were being applied to an old account therefore being rejected by Nissan. Neither the financier nor the dealership tried to resolve the issue, nor was there any communication from either about delinquent payments or repossession of the car. The car was repossessed, towed out of my driveway with no explanation - although the tow truck driver did brandish his pistol, unprovoked. I finally tracked down information from my bank about the rejected payments after a Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp rep called me a dead beat and incompetent. (When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told all supervisors were in meetings that day and I would have to call back another day.) Once I realized I was delinquent in my payments, I paid them in full. Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation accepted this hours after the car was towed.I have made these three payments in full and I have paid a reinstatement fee of $540 (and late fees of $15.03) to get the car back. The only form of payment accepted by NMAC is MoneyGram, a common form of payment used to send cash to incarcerated people. This also wasnt easy.The primary issue was the lack of communication from both Nissan entities - financier and dealership. A sales person and/or service person calls me regularly, soliciting products or services so they clearly have my proper contact information. But, in this case, that step was not taken to help resolve this matter prior to a repossession.I will never do business with Lithia Nissan of Eugene (or any Nissan for that matter) due to this issue and cannot wait to get out of this current lease once I restore my damaged credit. Really too bad because I love Nissan cars.
The salesman was pretty dishonest and way over charged for the vehicle. after thoroughly test driving the vehicle I found alot of major issues. It was hard to get a hold of anyone until I left a 1 star review on Google. Then they called me to schedule to get it fixed. Long story short they fixed some things and I paid for the main repair I went there for. Took them a week with my car and they gave me a rental which was nice though.
Pre owned vehicles with obvious issues not being addressed or even worse, being missed in an inspection.I went in to buy a vehicle and left due to lack in faith of the quality of vehicles available. Although the two gentlemen I spoke with were very pleasant, the experience was concerning. I test drove a vehicle that was less than ready for sale. The alignment of the truck was so far out that while driving straight, the steering wheel was turned over half rotation to the left. I brought this up and it was mostly dismissed. “We will get it fixed” is all I was told. I am sure they would get it fixed but of more concern is how the 46 point inspection missed this obvious issue that was found in 1 minute of driving. I lost all trust in the care and inspection they give to their per owned vehicles. Something so obvious being missed only eludes to bigger or hidden issues not being dealt with prior to selling off these vehicles to an unsuspecting consumer. Very shady.
We had the best experience last weekend, Oz helped us find a great truck within our budget and Jordan got us better financing than I could have dreamed! Everyone was so nice to work with, we will definitely buy another vehicle from here!

We had an 850 credit score and instead of using a local bank or even a local Community credit union. They forced repeatedly down our throats that our credit wasn’t good enough to get into those which would have given us a 2.7 interest rate. And locked us into a 4% interest rate with fifth third bank which is some nobody on the east coast because they get better kickbacks. Super dishonest people. Wouldn’t listen a bit.P.S. they replied to this then changed it to the review you see now because that’s how shady they are about their business practices. Can’t even respond with an apology or way to fix it. Never buying from them again
I couldnt have asked for a better experience buying a car, these guys are great! Max helped us pick out a nice SUV for our growing family, and the whole process was so quick and easy. John was very helpful and flexible with financing and got us driving home in a shiny new car. Didnt feel pressured or anything. Also a reminder that even if you dont have perfect credit, you can go to a big dealership and be treated with respect. Was a tad bummed that I wasnt able to get a Nissan hat, but a new car will do! Third update! OK, so, my husband and I went to Lithia to get a car and right away found one that was a perfect fir for me and fell in love ! A few short months later someone ran into me with a bike and we found out that the car had actually been wrecked and wrecked a good one. So, in that moment I was very upset and in a bad spot realizing my new to me car was in fact a wrecked car ! So, with very little faith in a fix, my husband and I went back to the dealership and spoke to our sales rep, Oz, and to our surprise without an ounce of hesitation he immediately started on a plan to get the situation resolved. This treatment is exactly why we went to a dealership! Thank you VERY much Oz! We will be back for our next car and will defiantly send people your way! Again,, thank you, thank you thank you !

Purchased a nice Jeep back in may and was so impressed with the price and the rate I got despite having not the best credit. Worked with the salesman Keith, while leaving the dealership and going over the Jeep he ensured there was a spare and pointed underneath the car saying it would be there (because I was curious where it would be stored). I mentioned a crack in the windshield and he said he would send their windshield guy to come fix it. Not even a day later there was a flat tire- so I contacted keith and he promptly got my car into the dealerships shop. They had my car all day and the only thing they did was put air in the tires and said everything was all good. I got home and immediately saw they didn’t remove the nail- just kept my car all day and acted like they fixed it. Keith paid for another shop to patch the tire which was awesome and we appreciated it.The next week we went to the beach and again, had another flat. Two hours away from home we RELIED on the spare he insisted was in the vehicle, and there was none. Not inside the trunk nor under the car. We called and texted him and didn’t hear from him until we got home and had the car at Point S. He said that he had a spare in his car from the lot and was going to drop it off there so we could finally have a spare...yet he never showed. It’s now January and the crack in my windshield was never repaired, still have no spare and I have given up on trying to contact him. I tried his personal line and even called the dealership where I was told he was busy. Lithia Nissan will never have my business again.

We were in Eugene visiting relatives; we live in Bakersfield, California. Late in the day, just one day before we were heading back home my wife noticed a high-pitched squeal from under the hood. We took the vehicle to the Eugene Nissan dealer, probably arriving around 3:30 in the afternoon. They did a quick diagnosis and fixed the problem, all before closing, and the cost for repairs seemed reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful too. I was quite happy about the service I received, and that they were able to get me in ASAP.
