Daltons is a family owned establishment that has been in Eugene for as long as I can remember. We are doing a 1700 sf house for a customer, and Daltons was our first choice. They have a great selection of laminent and carpet. Their facility which is right of west 11th is very clean and orderly. The staff their is also very friendly, hard working and are very knowledgeable on all your flooring needs.

The Dalton Gang have done it again, Really Great Experience! We picked out new carpet from a rem (remnant) they had as part of a group they had to sell. This is high quality carpet and was large enough for our 14 x 16 master bedroom. The price was HALF of what the big box store wanted for similar carpet - and Dalton included installation with the price. The installer left the area clean and did a really nice job. Wow... just called to see if they would be willing to match up my current carpet for a new area and get a quote for all new to compare. The guy wont let me even hardly talk on the phone and wont make the time to even come out to my business to give me a bid. not worth it in his words. Would definitely recommend someone who would actually listen to you and make the time to come out verses someone who tells you your job isnt work driving to Barger Rd. to redo your clinic.

Love their selections, and I was given great information from knowledgable staff.

They were recommended by our contractor friends, and we were not disappointed. They work with sub-contracted installers, and we requested the one we were told to. The carpet after two months is holding up well. I took one star for a couple of reasons, not deal-breakers. First, our installer didnt stay on the job and instead left someone else to install while he went to another job, which doesnt inspire confidence. Second, we received an additional bill for Additional Yardage a month after the job was completed. Im sure we signed something that said we agreed to that, but no one told us about it, so it was a bit of a surprise, and surprises are unwelcome in this type of relationship. So, recommended, with these caveats.

Initially got ok service and decided to go with them, but 3 times they did not call when they said they would. Had to call them, to beg for service basically. Ultimately, we decided we should not have to work so hard to give someone thousands of dollars, and looked for someone better. Found better service and lower prices elsewhere.

Very helpful and knoledgeable courtious and friendly. And we spoke of painting the floor in their wherehouse in a football theme since the measure and cut materials on the floor and in increments of yards. Think a half U.O half O.S.U themed painting would be excelent. Thank you Mike Odum

Horrible!!! we visited dalton carpet about two months ago. initially we got great customer service and were ready to make a purchase. they sent someone out to measure our house for carpet and they literally never followed through with anything after that. we called them several times and learned rocky sr. went on vacation and his son rocky jr. hand been left in charge. i had bought carpet from them before several years ago and was happy with what they had done. something had deffinately changed for the worse. i would not reccomend them to anyone! we ended up using Jerrys Home Improvement and were completely satisfied with them.
