I had some issues with my flooring I got from them 3 years ago but, when I called to ask about my current project . New Manager Roger was there and took the time to really work with me, and help me and answer all my questions, I was put in contact with shaw for the vinyl for what I needed for our situation they recommended a vinyl we bought it and Unfortunately was completely wrong everything about it. But Roger went out of his way to send in the photos of the issues and was able to secure a refund for material and labor with a smile on his face and only working for us to make sure we were made whole . I would go back to him again and his great concern for his customers anytime

We purchased carpet from Direct Flooring Center previously, but this particular trip was especially helpful. Curt took time to get to know us and what we were attempting to do to match laminate already purchased from Direct Flooring Center. Curt gave us good hints, some not to dos and as always, what we could do using his knowledge and skills. You can count on honesty, professionalism and advice Curt passes on from his years of experience.A truly great experience for us, and we recommend Direct Flooring and Curt especially.

This is the third time we have purchased flooring from Roger Hamilton at Direct Flooring. Each and every time it has been a pleasure to do business with him. He is very professional, friendly and really knows his stuff. We have purchased wood flooring and laminate for our house and also laminate and carpeting for a rental. I really feel Roger has our best interests at heart and would not steer us wrong. It is a pleasure doing business with Roger and we plan do it again in the future. Installation was very professional and very clean.

We are extremely satisfied with Direct Flooring and appreciate Rogers business acumen. He was able to match hardwood flooring we had installed 5 years earlier so that we got consistent flooring throughout our home. The original flooring dealership went out of business, the second company we contacted was unsuccessful in even getting a sample, but Roger successfully located matching flooring from across country, ordered it, and installed it quickly.

Roger and Direct Flooring sold us carpet and engineered hardwood flooring. They also referred us to installers. The sales and installation were handled professionally, courteously and skillfully. We are fully satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to use them again!

Wow... Very professional and timely. Had the opportunity to purchase flooring for my whole house. Been to the box stores and elsewhere and was driving by and decided to stop in. The Sales specialist (Ken I think) took time out to understand what it was I wanted and why (we have pets). Gave me some great recommendations and samples to take home.A week or so later, he took the time to call me to check in and also let me know that are having a new product coming in and he thinks would be perfect for my situation (whole house and laying diagonal). Appreciate the follow up and care taken. Will not find such great service anywhere else....

Roger Hamilton @ Direct Flooring W 11th in Eugene OR is a true professional. He shared his abundant knowledge and helped guide us through the many decisions we needed to make. He didnt try to sell us something we didnt need. No up-selling and he took the time to explain the pros and cons of the products we were interested in. So refreshing when making major purchases!

Needed a small repair in older carpet, and unlike their competitors, Direct Flooring was happy to give me a name and phone number to call. Mr. Romero arrived exactly half an hour after I contacted him and he fixed the problem on the spot! Great customer service!

Ordered our carpet and flooring..great selection!! We ordered the carpet and linoleum and had it put it a few weeks ago.. it looks fabulous!! Not only was the price right, but the guys came in and put the flooring in 3 rooms and carpet in the 3 bedrooms all in one day... Thanks guys you did a great job!!

Incredible service. Personable interactions and great support with choices, which are always stressful when thinking about where it goes seeing it dailyand trying to make the best choice. Above and beyond kind of place. Its a flooring shop sure, but likely Ill just go back and peruse the aisles just to be around such nice people. This is a true good and caring business. Roger at direct flooring saved the day for my family! We needed carpet quick after another business had failed us. He came out that same day for measurments and is the friendliest guy! We picked carpet that same day. He made it quick and easy and even fit us in to have it installed sooner than later. Would recommend him to anyone!

I shopped around for awhile and this is the best place in town hands down. They had some of the best prices and by far the best service. Im on the young side and most places wouldnt give the time of day assuming I was a waste of time but these guys were helpful from the moment I walked in the door with no judgement and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. I 100% recommend this place to anyone.

6/22/20 - Today I had to say goodbye to Roger Hamilton at Direct Flooring. He has been offered a wonderful position by Direct Flooring to go to Boise, ID. I am saddened, but at the same time so happy for him. Direct Flooring should be proud of Roger and all the associates at Direct Flooring for the wonderful work they do. I and my husband A.J. wish Roger the best in his next venture, but we will most of all...…..miss his friendship! We welcome Keith Kessler and look forward to working with him.We have contracted with Direct Flooring for over a year now and could not be more pleased with the quality of carpet and vinyl. Installation is wonderful. As for Roger Hamilton and all the staff, they are professional friendly and will bend over backwards to serve your needs. Dont buy Mannington LVS Gold Vinyl. I could move my refrigerator on my old vinyl never had a rip, now I cant move the refrigerator without putting holes in my flooring. Im sorry I picked this produce. Hope nobody else does. Warranty is worthless to cover the damage.
