Fantastic customer service. Me and my roommates are on their 50$ a month prepaid broadband internet plan and it works great. Unfortunately they arent offering any better plans at the moment but for most people this is more than enough. Whats really amazing though is that theyve said they will not raise our rates after a year.

This is THE BEST place to manage your wireless needs in Eugene, especially if you have a phone from another country. An intelligent HUMAN BEING (likely Jared, the owner, or one of his assistants) will help you find the service that best fits your needs. No sales spiels and trying to add on things you dont want or need. Ive been a customer for six years, with a variety of plans as my needs changed (finally converted to a smart phone last year) and Jared takes care of me and my family. I never thought I could feel so positive and loyal about such a business, but I do. Oh, and did I mention the feel-good part of supporting a LOCAL business?

Love the owner. Hes great about making you feel welcome and once he gets to know you hes a kick in the pants though. I leave them all the time but he still wont give me my divorce yet because he knows ill be back.

Drawn to the lower price, I switched from Verizon last month to Devote 30. I under-purchased my first months service (the $40/mo package) by not having enough data in my package. Otherwise could not be happier. With increased data on my second months prepaid, I will have what I would call a no worries package that costs $55 per month which generously covers everything I do with my cell phone. The package at Verizon that meets my needs is over $100 per month, so this will save me roughly $500 year. Woo Hoo!!!!! I absolutely recommend this company. Oh yes, there is no down side to service. Coverage and clarity are excellent and, I am using my Droid 2 which I bought from Verizon on a 24 month contract that ended mid-August. THIS IS A NO CONTRACT MONTH-TO-MONTH SERVICE. I love it.

So this fly by night cell phone provider just texted me. I have no idea how they got my info, but upon looking them up i learned that they are not approved by the bbb and that most every other reviewer seems to have a personal relationship with the owner. Definitely a scam.

Jared is a stand up guy. Ive been using his services for close to a year now, and cant be more happy. I use it with mine and my wifes phones. Any time that Ive had any issues, they have been resolved for the most part. You cant go wrong with using this service. Verizon will charge you DOUBLE ( Or close ) the price.

I get just as good service as I did paying for the higher-priced ones from other companies
