I had a great experience here! I was going to be in Portland for a short time and had to get my cracked screen repaired. Drew communicated with me via email and phone for days before arrival and during my visit in Portland to make sure I knew when the new part was in and when I could come by for the repair. He got me in quickly and replaced my screen. The work is flawless and he even put on my new screen protector! Drew is passionate about his quality of work and it shows. I highly recommend his service for both quality and price!

These guys are all-time. Drew was super helpful in my quest to diagnose what the heck was wrong with my phone... couldve just taken my money and replaced the headphone jack but instead he went and tried all kinds of things in order to get it working without doing a replacement. I cant say enough about Drew and this store. If you have any issues with your phone there is no other place to go in town. Personally, I had a cracked screen. Drew replaced my screen for $20 less then the other place and I felt so much more confident about his work then anywhere else I couldve taken it. This is not to mention, the customer service from start to finish went above and beyond. I recommend Drew and his shop to anyone with any phone issue.

Best quality repairs I’ve ever had. Theyll do it right in front of you & tell you all about the parts & sourcing & why certain issues happen. Other places charged me MORE for parts that were obviously lower-quality, had a long turnaround, and were reluctant to answer questions. I feel like Ive found a trustworthy mechanic to keep my phone running forever.

Great experience at Zap. I brought in my daughters water damaged iPhone. They were able to get it up and running again as well as fix a number of other issues it was having. Service and price were both great. They even followed up to a few days later to see how it was working. I would definitely recommend them. I also love the art they have displayed everywhere!

So glad to have a mobile phone and screen repair shop right here in Sellwood. Plus they have a great art space and are super nice folks.I brought my android smartphone in for a an inexplicable issue. Drew got it working while I was there. He also repaired the screen for my iPad that been broken for some time. I was about to give up on it because the last place wanted much more to fix it than it would cost to replace.When we fix our broken electronics we are saving the main cost of energy and materials, which is in the initial manufacture of the product. Of course, our consumer culture wants us to just throw the stuff away and buy more and buy new. My phone was not charging. I brought it here and they fixed it before I had a chance to look at all the art in their lobby. They did not overcharge me, and were very friendly. I will come back here for any electronic repairs I need in the future.

Even though this shop is under new management and employee-owned, they honored a repair guarantee from back when this place was called iDoc. Also some great art on the walls.
