We will never go to another location again! About a month ago, Wesley told us about a deal and we left the store just thinking about it. Another day, we went to another location for that deal, and that other store was out of stock and unable to order the phone we wanted. And that was it... this other store didnt even try to offer a comparable alternative. We recently went back to this location, and even though they were also out of stock with the deal they told us about, Wesley went above and beyond finding us an EVEN BETTER phone than the one he originally told us about. Both him and Dennis were so kind!!! They really went beyond the bare minimal that most other places offer, making sure our time in the store wasnt a drag while getting set up, making sure we had coverage living out in the woods, transferring our data from old devices. They were really knowledgeable and seriously provided maybe the best customer service Ive ever experienced... This location is independently owned and not a corporate store, and it shows in the way the employees treat customers. Night and day from other locations weve visited! Give Wesley and Dennis a raise!!

Great service, Hamlin and Dennis answered my questions quickly and efficiently. It was really nice to have all the details taken care of for my new phones without any effort from me. My monthly cost actually went down!

Terrible customer service and disrespectful employees. I go in there to correct one of their mistakes for screwing up the promotion on my new cell phone (charged me full price, when it only should of cost me 10$ with the promotion of turning In my old cellphone and opening a new line) costing me more money. Then when I ask for more clarification on what to expect on my billing cycle, how I’ll be returned the extra money that I’ve been paying and reiterating myself to ensure they and I fully understand the promotion they promised me. Their employee decides to be short, passive aggressive and disrespectful to me, a paying customer. If version employees can’t treat their customers with the same respect and curtesy that we show them. They simply don’t deserve mine or your business. Looks like AT&T will be getting a new customer in the coming months.

I was nervous about changing my phone .I am a Real Estate professional for many years.my phone is my life line.Verizon had a promotion that my office associate told us about at a company retreat.I went to Verizon on Sunday and Rowdy worked me through the process.I had to go back to complete the transfer on Tuesday.Dennis and another guy (dont know his name)were very patient. Cannot say enough good things about the service I got from JP today. Went above and beyond - patient and knowledgeable. Made an extra effort to find all discounts and promotions I qualified for. Getting an iPad was not on my agenda for today, but I’m tickled that I did.

Rowdy was awesome. Knowledgeable and worked with us on all of our questions. The only disappointing part is that the Verizon website would not let him apply my device dollars that I had earned via Verizon Up. I specifically chose them for a day like this, when we had phones to upgrade. Rowdy worked with us to make it right.:)

JP went through all my options and set me up as a new customer in a very satisfying session. Soft-spoken, detailed, excellent customer service. The other staff there also really helping customers well, and working as a team as needed or desirable. Did require patience on both sides, as I was getting/ transferring both a phone and a tablet.

Christian was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He has assisted us many times and always been very professional and kind. Our experience working with him was delightful!

Finally found a cell phone case for my new Pixel 4a at Wireless Source. I swear the only place in town that had them. The person I spoke to on the phone was very polite when I called and took the time to go look to see if they had any. When I got there to buy the case I also wanted a screen protector for my new phone and the guy who helped me (sorry Im terrible with names so I dont remember his) was very nice and also very knowledgeable and he explained in detail what my choices were. He applied my screen protector for me and it looks perfect! Very happy with the service here. Keep in mind I didnt purchase my phone here and I also have cell service through a different carrier and even though I have no account with them they still treated me as a valued customer. Thanks guys!

I visited the store on Willamette Street in Eugene Oregon. The sales guy that helped me was patient and very respectful and resourceful. Helped me buy a new phone to meet my needs and set it up for me. No pressure. It was a great experience.

I have purchased my last few phones at Wireless Source. My latest purchase was made as an amputee with limited mobility. Dennis waited on us and kindly let me sit on a store chair during the whole process of choosing and buying an updated iPhone. He guided me through my options, offered suggestions consistent with my needs, rapidly transferred files and photos from my old iPhone, and sent me forth with a new one. He was pleasant, polite, informative, efficient, and totally customer-oriented. It was a pleasure to work with Dennis and Wireless Source.

I went in to see my options for an upgrade and got some really good help with no hassle. Every time I go in I’m happy with the response and all the knowledge they have.

My phone died (couldn’t turn it back on) found that nobody will take responsibility for it so I had to pay for another overly expensive phone. Two sales assistants greeted me. One appeared to be in training on product usage but was very good at meeting and understanding what I needed vs what I wanted. Two different things (I found out) and the woman was astute to lead me in the correct directions and reiterating to the person she appeared to be “intraining” with. A GREAT experience overall for this stop.

The wireless source is the only place I go. Best place in town. Great service. Great staff. Think I have been using their service for over 16 years. Would not think of going anywhere else.

I recently went into Wireless Source to purchase a new phone. I have a lot of contacts and run the Square on my phone. I paid the extra 20.00 to have them transfer my information. Best 20.00 Ive ever spent. It took about an hour to transfer my information from the old phone to my new phone because it would go so far and stop. Dennis kept at it until everything transferred and then went over apps that I wanted and those that I didnt. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend the Wireless Source store. What a pleasant surprise!

When I first contacted Dennis by phone, he was so friendly and helpful that I waited an extra day to go to the store so that I’d be there on a day he was working. I called from the lot, he met me outside, I handed him my phone and he returned very shortly with my new Verizon phone plan up and running! Great service, thanks Dennis!
