If I could give them less than 1 star I absolutely would. Never have I ever been treated so poorly by anyone in my entire life. All I did was ask to purchase a mask and this little fella who worked behind the counter felt he had to over compensate for his unfortunate endowment bestowed upon him at birth. Disgusting customer service. Absolutely would not recommend to any one. Judging by the empty store front looks like im not the only one with an issue.

Extremely rude, very narcissistic, and conceited umm I think she was a lady I’m not sure but definitely wouldn’t waste your time trying to sell sentimental or expensive jewelry here. They said they couldn’t offer me more than $200 for a $5,000 gold and diamond tennis bracelet! Ha! This place is a f***** joke

Worst pawn shop Ive ever been in They have 0 inventory theyre very rude They only take DVDs and new Walmart instruments and And out of date TV. More than half of their ring selection was stolen jewelry that actually was mine Im pretty sure its just a front for laundering money I would not recommend being in this place.

ACE Buyers on Willamette are tops. I have made purchases using their time pay. Sometimes, when out of town and the first rolled around, I called to tell them. They worked with me every time.Regarding loans, the same has been true. They have always worked with me in a good way. I truly like this family and appreciate their kindness when it counts.

Every other ace buyers Ive been too has been great. The staff here is extremely rude and uneducated, and the management is a joke. Someone should help show them how to do their job properly. If youre going to go to an ace buyers, go to the one on highway 99. Youll just get treated rudely here like everyone else I know that has came into this pawn shop. They also are always very inaccurate in their pricing compared to other pawn shops.

Easily the best pawn shop Ive ever been to. Their prices were always either in line with eBay or lower when Id go in, the inventory for electronics changed frequently (indicating they got a lot of business for buying and selling), and I recommend checking it out.

Not their fault but the ps4 controller I bought has no USB capability for charging or pairing or really Anything...

Between bad attitudes and greedy prices I wouldnt give this place my money.Small crowded store offering a limited variety of pawned items from jewelry to guitars stereo, t.vs, hand drums, guns, knives, etc..all over priced for what they are.No public restrooms. I wouldnt reccomend wheelchair unfriendly stuffy store . The attitude is so bad youll want to walk out just as i did.I reccomend shopping around . Miserable owners employees yuck bummer.

Bought a playstion vr. It said it came with all cords but it didnt come with the power cord for the vr and I called and all they said was you can return it. Rude lady not gonna go back in there.

They have the worst offers Ive ever seen and prices on everything from gold to electronics. EDIT: When I went to pay in full for a computer I recieved a loan on, the owner and her spawn took personal revenge on me for writing this review. They made me sign for the computer before recieving it, brought it out with the power cord sitting on the screen, I opened it to see if any additional damage was done, the son then came up and shut my laptop on my hand plus challenged me to a fight, the owner calls the police on me, then the son followed me out and said Come back when Im off. Took my money and didnt fulfill their end of the bargain and return the laptop as they recieved it or even civily. I had a feeling about this places integrity. (This review is definitely for Ace Buyers on 13th Street in Eugene.)

Spoke with the owner we cleared up the previous interaction I had with one of his employees. Honestly nothing bad to say most other pawn shops require sifting through rubble to find a gem, not here Ace has plenty of quality items for sale. (Not a mannequin store)
