When I needed a new mattress, the massage therapist I see suggested I find Daisy (who had been recommended to the therapist by other of her clients) to help with what I thought would be a daunting process of making a good selection. I found Daisy at the VR store and she was very helpful. She gave me an overview of options (an education to mattresses of 2021), pros and cons, and probed me about what features I needed. We narrowed it down to a few options, I tested them all, and made a decision Im pleased with. Sales and delivery were efficient, and Daisys help gave me confidence I was making a good decision. I have had a WONDERFUL experience with this store! Daisy was kind and informative and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and also in my budget. She has been in regular contact with me in regards to my delivery and made sure I was happy with my purchase!Also, the delivery guys are also A+! They were efficient, came exactly when they said they were going to, quick, and answered all of my questions. My apartment is upstairs and at a weird angle, but they were able to get everything in and nothing was damaged at all. I would recommend this team to EVERYONE!

Ok ok ok...so I read these reviews before going to the store and I saw the name Daisy over and over so I had full intetntion of asking for Daisy, there was no need as she was the only one working. I will admit, the hype is real! She listened, wasnt pushy whatsoever, easily figured out what we wanted (NEEDED!) and bam, we walked out with a great deal on 3 awesome mattresses to deliver us from our aches and pains! Seriously though, Daisy is cool, low pressure and knowledgable!

Daisy listened to what we needed. Daisy is very knowledgeable of all the products, very professional but personable, easy to work with and guided us to the right combination of adjustable beds. With different mattresses for both halves. There was NO high pressure sales, just facts and knowledge of the products. Would recommend Daisy for top salesperson.

I seldom leave reviews unless a transaction is disappointing or exceptional. Our experience with Daisy was exceptional. Her knowledge of the available products, easygoing low-pressure style led us to all of the products that we needed for our two-bedroom townhouse. My husband just reminded me that Daisy also charged us nothing extra for an upgraded adjustable bed frame, as the one in stock was not the one we needed. Delivery was prompt, courteous - couldnt ask for nicer people.On a side note, apparently a birthday card from my husband had fallen out of my handbag when we were at the counter. Daisy texted me about it, and sent it with the delivery people. Lovely people and very nice experience.

Three years ago, we went in to the Mattress Company expecting to be hounded like any other mattress store. We were pleasantly surprised to meet Daisy who introduced herself and then let us do the talking. She listened to what we were looking for and then showed us two beds. Then she politely let us do our own comparison by ourselves and gave us as much time as we needed without hovering. We left purchasing the bed that was right for us. Since then, weve gone back twice to purchase beds for our kids with the same experience each time. We cant say enough good about Daisy! I think youll be happy to do business with her!

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions we had to make an appt. Larry set up my appointment. My husband & I met with Daisy. She was friendly, funny an very informative without being pushy. She made the purchase easy & fast. She even price matched! We bought our bed in a Sun an had it delivered by Eric on Wed. Overall seems like they have a really good team here, which makes all the difference in the world.

Our best experience EVER trying to shop for a bed! Daisy, our salesperson, was wonderful! Knowledgeable, honest and patient! She sent us home with a free mattress pad and a set of free 600 thread count sheets! We feel so taken care of. Plus we get something like 90 days to sleep on our bed to make sure we like it. But because she really heard what we wanted and knew the right beds to suggest we LOVE our bed and dont need to exchange it. My experience with The Mattress Company was fantastic!! After getting ripped off by Mattress Firm in the midst of a move from Missouri to Eugene, I was desperate to get a bed ASAP. I happened to drive past The Mattress Company when I arrived in Eugene, and out of desperation decided to go inside and see if they could help me. Daisy was absolutely wonderful!!! She immediately knew the type of bed I was looking for and was able to give me a great deal on a mattress and platform bed frame. To make matters even better, Daisy was able to squeeze me into their delivery schedule for the following day, even though it was already packed full. She really went out of her way to make sure that I wasnt sleeping on the floor my first night in my new apartment! Delivery was prompt, professional, and they set everything up for me. We read the reviews and decided to go here to shop for our first adult purchase of a new mattress. As soon as we walked in Daisy whole heartily greeted us. Not as customers or a paycheck, but like we were friends coming to see her at work. We told her just that, that we wanted to make our first adult purchase as newlyweds, and what we were looking for. She never once tried to pressure us into buying any bed, nor did she try to up-sell us to a bed we truly didnt want. We must have tried a dozen different beds. This was my first experience buying a mattress. They did not pester me or follow me around the store even though I was the only one in there. They made sure I wasnt going beyond my means, but I got a good quality mattress! They also had me try out each mattress multiple times. Delivery was easy as well. They took our old mattress so we didnt have to dispose of it ourselves.

Ive purchased 3 mattress and box spring before with them & came back to buy 2 queen beds as the kids are older/bigger now - that party was fine. What I was NOT impressed by was the promise that they would look into fixing my matress (black label Simmons, extremely expensive & broke down in under 5 yrs ), but never called back or have contacted us about the issue again. Im sorry but when I send this much$ with a company, I expect fallow through.

Well where to begin? Being new to the area and sleeping on an older futon, I decide its finally time to upgrade to a new queen size mattress (My old mattress was as bad as the futon and got left behind). My aching back cannot take anymore.So I venture out to Sleep Country since they are always on tv with some type of sale. Wow! A lot more money that I had anticipated. The gentleman was nice, But, I wasnt going to spend that kind of money. I hit a few of the bargain shops in the same vicinity, no thanks. Sears - Wow! The mattresses were filthy. I couldnt even them out. By this time Im ready to just go to Macys and call it good. Um, Is there anyone around here to help me; No. 10 minutes of roaming around and no one. Besides, they were the same price maybe a little less than Sleep Country. Guess Ill go back to Sleep Country.As I was leaving there was a small Mattress place across the street that I thought I would check out. I was greeted promptly and there was something pleasantly good about this place. I was asked questions about what size I was looking for, sleeping positions, and fitted for a pillow.So when we finally determined what firmness level was best for my sleeping position, we then looked at mattresses a step above my budget and a step below my budget to compare. Much to my surprise, I liked the one below my budget. The frustrating part of mattress shopping was that I couldnt compare same mattresses because they had different names at different stores (Even though they looked identical). The sales gal I was dealing with explained that the bigger chains control these so they can get higher price points and get around their lowest price guarantee. OK, thats not very fair. I bought what looked to be an identical mattress to Macys and Sleep Country for quite a bit less and it was delivered early the next day.Their approach was different, and it worked. I not only got a great mattress, but I never thought a good pillow could make that much of a difference.I have never written a review, but read them occasionally (especially restaurants). But I had such a pleasant experience with the Mattress Company, I am willing to write one now. I will recommend them to all my co-workers and future friends. Oh yes, the pillow I really liked was thrown in for free. Wow!
