Will, Justin, Elijah and Adrian were just great. I have some antique furniture that was handled gently and arrived (three flights up!) in great form. Justin carefully wrapped lamps and pictures. Elijah and Will did lots of heavy lifting, with Adrian coming in at the end to help. The whole job from Florence to Eugene went amazingly fast and under budget. I don’t plan to move again, but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to call Shawn at Elite Relocation Services again. Thank you for making this part of the move really painless.

Decided to try these guys after having poor experiences with other moving companies in town. Turned out to be a great decision. They had floor runners, door frame protectors, and more than enough quilts to cover all of my furniture. These sound like things every moving company would have but my experience in the past suggests otherwise. They even knew how to properly remove the handles off the refrigerator and put them back on. I am really happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

This company has very friendly, professional and precise employees. I just moved on Friday, and Will and Jesse moved everything quickly and efficiently. I had a very heavy piano that I was concerned might be difficult to move, but these two just picked it up as if it was nothing; mind you this piano takes 4-5 average people to move, as it has cast iron in the back of it. I also had a glass display case that I was nervous about getting broken, but no worries with these guys; they wrapped up the shelves in blankets and kept the unit protected the whole time. These two were also very friendly, easy-going and funny; while they immediately took charge of the situation, they had fun doing it. Their energy and fun-loving attitudes had me laughing, and not minding the usually stressful time moving causes. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for professional movers, who have your best interests at heart.

I went to Elites site last Wednesday because I saw the 5-star rating. I filled out all of the details for a quote. It is 6 days later and I have not gotten a reply. To bolster my chances, I called after 3 days of not hearing anything and left a voicemail mentioning that I filled out a RFQ and needed to know if they were even available the day I need them or if I needed to keep looking. No call back.I have no idea if they offer decent services at a reasonable rate. They wont give out a quote via their site nor reply to a phone call, so I have no idea what else Im expected to do. I guess Ill go elsewhere. It was a wastw of a week, so I sure hope I can find someone else now that Ive wasted a week of time.Update: After my review posted I received a phone call from Elite. I was told that the RFQ had gotten lost in a span folder along with several other requests. They apologized for missing it and not returning the call from Saturday. They are not available the day that I need them, which what I needed to know so I could continue my search before my upcoming moving day. On the plus side, rhey did find the other RFQs and perhaps those people need help on a day that Elite is free and now Elite knows where they can check to ensure they dont miss anyone elses requests.

I used Elite Relocation Services to move some exercise equipment in to our house and also to take some equipment to a family member. Rashad and Jesse were the gentlemen that helped us today. They were both extremely friendly, and polite. They both wore masks and kept at least 6 ft social distancing the entire time. Elite Relocation Services has the most professional movers in Eugene, and I know from using other moving companies in the past. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

They were very patient with setting up furniture exactly where we wanted it. It was the small touches that made the biggest difference, like setting up our beds so we wouldn’t have to worry about that and asking where we wanted each item. I smiled later when I saw that Elijah had taken initiative to set up the patio furniture in a perfect conversational circle 😊 I HIGHLY recommend this company for any moving or packing needs! Shawn, Rashad & Will were our saving grace with our move! These guys went above and beyond every step of the way. Moving half of a 4 bedroom house to a storage unit 25 miles across town. After looking at many moving companies and their reviews, I decided to go with Elite Relocation Services. I called and talked to Shawn (owner), he was extremely helpful and informative on their services.... Moving day! Truck arrived right on time. Movers Justin and Will introduced themselves and got busy to work. I asked if there’s anything I could do to help and they say no, it’s their job and to sit back and relax. GREAT GUYS. Good communication and EXCELLENT packing skills. I figure it’d take 2 hrs to pack, wrong. It only took them a hour. They even had room for more items in the truck. When we arrived at storage unit, I was a bit worried about the size of storage unit a got (10x20). They looked at it and said no problem. Took them about 45 minutes to unload while I was doing work in my vehicle. When finished unloading truck, they asked if I wanted to see storage unit. OMG! Justin and Wills packing skills are outstanding. Only half my unit was used. Everything was stored neatly and tightly. I have the other half of the house to move later and Will DEFINITELY be calling Elite for their services. Great company, Great service. Thank you Justin, Will and of course Shawn. A+

Rashad and Forrest were so wonderful. on time and so polite. we noticed how graceful and respectfull they we were every item they moved. we would highly recommend this company. I also would like to add that the world needs more folks who work with pride like these two did. thanks guys!!!!

This was an awesome experience from beginning to end. They made our move go from a disaster to a joy. We moved to Eugene, Oregon from another state using a moving container service, only to find out once we got here that we could not have our containers delivered to our residence (nowhere to park them). So I took a chance in a new town and called Elite Relocation Services. They met us at the shipping dock two days later and loaded our stuff from the containers to their truck. We also had to sort through our things as they were removed from the shipping containers, some stuff was going to our new place and some to storage. They were so gracious about it all, kind, professional, and even made the experience a bit fun! I highly recommend them!!

Elijah, Rashad, and Forrest did a fabulous job moving our stuff out of our old place and into our new home. They took great care of our furniture and items. They were friendly and professional. If anyone is looking for a moving service I highly recommend them.

Worth every penny! After calling several movers, we decided to hire Elite Movers for our local move. Rashad, Elijah and Jesse worked HARD for us all day to get everything moved quickly and safely. They were on time, listened closely to how we wanted everything moved and not a single item was damaged. They did this all while being incredibly polite and professional. I cannot recommend them enough!
