Used them to move halfway across the country. When we arrived to drop off our vehicle, they helped me back in the trailer we rented. We forgot to get gas, & they were about to close. Let us go get gas & just drop off our rental in the parking lot leaving the key in their drop box. Earlier story, we reserved a Budget truck for our move. When we went to pick up the truck, it wasnt there. They were going to get our car dolly. Came back 40 minutes later. They wanted us charge us $200 extra because my girlfriend was younger than 25. Called Penske after that. They were so friendly, & accommodating. Helped us out day of our move. We had a technical error with our car trailer. They had roadside assistance come by to fix it with no charge to use. Definitely recommend using them if youre needing to rent a vehicle.

Truck wasnt what I ask for, the truck wouldnt take the upgrades. I had semi trucks passing me, had sir brakes go out. Yes they got some one out there but took a hour and half. Just for some company to come out, then another half an hour to get the part fixed. The front tires had grooves in them, the back tires had chunks of the tire missing, but was still rented to. The first Def fluid was ok, but the second one spewed out of the too lost of money there. The back of the truck smelt like fish, as we told the person at the 1-800 number and they just laughed. So I got to pay $2,400 just to drive the truck that was not inspection and fixed
