While I dont rent a unit my friend does. The grounds are very clean and secure. The unit and its access is clear and lighting is provided. They have traffic arrows to help you navigate to your storage. If I needed a unit they would have my business.

Best storage facility ever!

This is a super chill storage place, super laid back and the gate is open until 9PM so thats nice, last storage I had closed at 5PM and thats just ridiculous, I wish they were all open 24/7 I feel like that should be the way they all did it we should have access to our belongings whenever we want!

I liked the way the rows were arranged and the price seemed reasonable compared to the ones in Eugene. It is also close to where I live, so I can check on it often.

Great experience here. Not like U-Store who lied an management did nothing when I complained. Moved my stuff to StornLok instead.

Was pleased with the unit I had, upon moving in, I knew that it was more expensive here than going to Springfield but, I made my choice. I was told every month that I was paid up until the 6th, then charged a late fee on the 7th however, I paid by the 6th every month until I moved out. The contents in my locker were always safe, and dry and liked that there were cameras on site to avoid potential break-ins.I let them know about my move out and booked a uhaul. However was later contacted by uhaul to change the reservation. Which meant having to rearrange my plans because I could not use the stor n lok facilities uhaul for a one way trip. I had no choice.I moved out on the 3rd of this month but was told there was charge balance of $41 for pro-rated days after the 31st with an Insurance charge of over $20. When I called to clarify the charge, there was no intent to wave the insurance because the facility paid it for me although, they knew about my move out day. I was sadly disappointed at a last minute money grab that they said was in my contract. Beware of these costs when you consider storing here and keep in mind that you may not have access to their uhaul trucks should you plan to move out.
