Reese is so nice and has been so willing to work with us to accommodate our storage needs. Units are great, hours are good, he’s accessible by phone and the paperwork was done electronically (which is great for us). Highly recommend.

This was a great experience. Reese (the manager) was wonderful to converse with and so much fun. We found out we had much in common with where he grew up. I was needing to rent a place due to the wildfires “Middle Fork Complex” fires that are threatening our business in the Oakridge area. I might not need this at all but we needed to be prepared. I would highly recommend this place. It’s fairly new, the monthly rate comes with a lock, the hours are good hours to be accessible. The security system impressed me, as you could see some homeless people liked the area. And a big plus for me, close to where we live in Pleasant Hill and easily accessible from I-5, if we need to grab stuff. Now hopefully, I’m hoping we don’t have to use it at all. Excellent customer service! Very clean and secure storage area. We are moving a business so live the wide lanes - we can use a tractor or skid steer to move heavy items and parts with lots of room to maneuver. Appreciate the online contracts so we don’t have to drive 9 hours to sign in person and the insurance option! The website is great - I appreciated the option to reserve a unit for 7 days so we could get our ducks in a row. Above all, Reese is excellent - great communication, very responsive to questions and follows through on every commitment - whether it’s meeting us when we move in, getting the prep done or following up with answers to questions. So professional! More often than not storage businesses hire people that become complacent over time and less professional - this is not that kind of business! Whoever hired Reese deserves an award and he deserves a raise!

This is a new facility so the spaces are super clean. I like the design of the slide lock on the doors as they’re really easy to open, unlike some others. The buildings are very clearly marked to find your space easily. My movers remarked they’d never seen a storage site labeled so clearly. Reece is super helpful with everything too. Highly recommend Eugene Safe Storage.

Best experience Ive ever had at a storage unit ~ Manager Reese is friendly, informative, helpful, and even has a playful side :-) Unit was exactly as described, beyond clean there was even a welcome bottle of water, package of trail mix, a key fob and such waiting for us in the unit along with a new lock still in the package but the *&^$% plastic was already cut (thank you, Reese) so getting the lock out and ready to use was ultra easy. He even demonstrated the correct way to fully lock the unit AND he (and his wife) are native Oregonians. Couldnt be happier.

Reese the manager is fantastic. The property and units are very clean. Reese brought us water and candy as it was very warm and we really needed the water.

Reese was very nice and helpful. He reached out to me once I had reserved my unit. He was on-site to check me in and gave me some water and other goodies when I checked into my unit. Very clean and safe feeling facility.

Love this storage facility. They provide a good lock and there is a lip on the front of the concrete to keep water from going under the door. Office lady super nice and even had a little goodie bag waiting in my unit first day. Only issue I saw was the contract is pretty extensive and insurance has to be provided or purchased by renter. Overall I still give them 5 stars.

New facility, very clean and secure. The gate code keeps track of who enters and when they leave. Great customer service. If they’re busy and miss your call because they’re with a customer they will call you back. I only had a 12 foot trailer but there is plenty of space for an 18-20 foot trailer to maneuver within the storage complex, possibly larger.

Very pleasurable experience getting our unit set up. Reese was helpful and knowledgeable. Very clean facility. We appreciated the sweet gift of a lock and bag of goodies! We are happy to know how secure and safe this location is.

Clean decent storage facility. On line lease and rental available but for some reason I was unable to complete it, went to the location and met the manager. He helped me sign everything there and was very friendly and easy-going. Ill be taking some of my belongings there today.

This is a new storage facility. The owner and management team are friendly and knowledgable of Eugene area. The unit was super clean and easy to access. The owner had a gift of water and trail mix waiting when I moved my things into the unit. Best facility Ive ever used!

Absolutely the best experience with storing my daughters stuff for college. I can 100% recommend Eugene safe storage. Last year my debit card was canceled and I forgot they were on automatic payments. They made extra efforts to get ahold of me in Phoenix and let me change my card payment to new card. This was just another reason I think I should move to Oregon.

Wow, what a great facility! Its new, clean and the employees there are extremely nice and attentive to your needs. We had to move both my daughters who attend UofO out of their places because of COVID and I found ESS in a google search. The location is great, only about a 7-6 minute drive from UO campus. I spoke with both Cathy and Reece at ESS and they could not be more pleasant. I opened my storage unit and there were gifts to me an my two daughters and a thank you note. Who does that? Awesome place, awesome people and I think the storage pricing is extremely fair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our experience with Eugene Safe Storage has been amazing. We used the website to set up the rental, which was extremely quick and easy. We showed up at our unit, it was clean and had a nice welcome package waiting for us. Reese and Kathy have been so very kind and friendly.

I am currently selling my home, furnished, and was looking for a place to stash my remaining possessions until I am able to look for a new home next summer. I noticed this newer looking storage area close to my home on I-5. I stopped by in July, chatted with the gentleman on duty, and he was very cordial and provided me with all the information I needed to sign up for a storage area.I stopped by again in August and met the owner, Kathy. She was also very pleasant and accommodating, and rented me a storage area of my choice. Being a retired senior, I asked for a discount on my monthly rate, and received one. I have only visited the site one time to move into it, and found the place to be clean and virtually unused. The gentleman there got me set up with a new lock, swept the space, and gave me a handful of goodies, to boot.I would definitely recommend this facility if you are looking for a new, convenient to South Eugene, and what appears to be a safe place to store your stuff for a fair price!

Such an outstanding and safe storage rental place! The staff was super welcoming and even left a lil care package in my locker for me the first day (so nice!) We needed storage as we were looking for a permanent house to stay, and Kathy was so helpful. We didnt know when we would exactly move, so I was not able to give a proper 15 day notice before vacating the unit. When I was able to move at the end of the first month, Kathy was willing to help not to charge for the second month although there was no prior notice. I highly recommend Eugene Safe Storage, and i will go there anytime I need a storage in the future.Thank you.

I just met reece yesterday, he helped me get all set up. He has got to be one of the nicest people I have ever met and my unit was available really fast and it was extremely clean. This is the best place to go if you are needing to store your stuff, it is in great hands and there are video cameras everywhere so you feel safe dropping your stuff off at night .
