BRAIN and the installation crew who came to my house due to the pandemic isolation/ telework situation was absolutely accommodating and quick to install wifi! The time they took to be patient and move quickly in the process was a saving grace!!! Exceptional customer service while America and Wyoming gets through this.

We are completely pleased with the service, quality of connection and speed. Value for price is excellent. The tech support responses to issues have been the best that we have experienced. I can not list an area they could improve. Kudos to the entire team.

This company was purchased by LR Communications a few months ago. After the acquisition I noticed my internet is very spotty, going down several times a week. Tech support has not provided a solution. Worse yet, they now will charge a FORTUNE for internet. Just absurd pricing. Terrible company.

Im totally happy with the service. We get a ton more bang for our buck. Any time I have called for tech support I have always had friendly, helpful service. Best internet provider we have had so far. Highly recommend to every one.

They gave away my personal property without asking me if it was ok..... I’m absolutely shocked that a computer repair place would give someone else’s personal files away and then be shocked when I was upset. I paid to have the files recovered and they just gave them to another person who said they would give them to me but never checked to see if that was what I wanted to happen. I now have no idea who has seen my personal files or items. Disgusting.

My Father Recently Injured His Shoulder. So me an my husband came from lousiana to take care of him an help with the apartment. Too make this clear my mom has a apartment right behind him aswell an Went with NGL for WIFi. After a gentleman came by, an just knocked on the door, he immediately told me they could not put Internet in. At the time I had not known that my dad had requested them to come out multiple times. An had the same response. So I called All West. They came out, an too my surprise stated setting up to put Internet in. I asked them about the tower location an them not in range. They had no idea what I was talking about. An simply said all they needed to do was put a box in an we would be good. The did say that if Satalite internet was involved they couldnt do it, but a hard line was completely doable. 4 guys From NGL came out, an could not have told my father this? Let alone told us that they may not provide box internet. Aswell as my mother is know looking into other internet because of the slow an sometimes non existent internet connection.

I want to be a raving fan but the systems drag my experiences down. It took me literally 30 minutes to buy a laptop. The transaction felt stilted and unpracticed. So far though the Laptop has performed beautifully. I expect a place like this to have advise freely given with knowledge behind it. It always seems like a struggle to get a buying proposition that I feel good about. But once I do the quality product is there.

Ever since their expansion 2 months ago, we have not been getting even remotely good internet. My family has been calling them 2 months and they consistently say, it should be fixed. Ran a speed test today... 1.5 mbps. Not even a fifth of what we pay for. This could be worth your time if you do not have a desire to play online video games or stream... or basically have access to the internet.

It’s sad saying they are the fastest in town... internet goes down basically daily. It lags extremely often at night as well. I wouldn’t expect to stream any video quality over 360p reliably and online games are a wash. It can be fast, but how volatile the connection is, one hour you have quality internet, the next you can’t even load a webpage.

Well kind of have an issue with the free protection for your home computers that comes with being a costomer it is not free it cost almost a hundred dollars buyer beware it is not free.....

It took 10 minutes to get to the page to even write this review because the internet sucks so bad. Speed test confirms I’m not even getting .24 MBPs downloading or uploading. 🙈

NGLs greatest asset is their people. Theyve got a great team to take care of any/all of your computer and internet needs. When problems arise, they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I truly enjoy being a customer of theirs and feel as if they value my business.

We had the streamer package and it always glitched and was poor quality. Canceled service and the technicians left the cables all over my wall and they left the mounting bracket as well.....once we canceled the service they seemed to treat us differently.

The service is shotty and intermittent at best I pay almost $80 a month. I only get what I pay for about 2 hrs a day. The rest of the time its not working at all. Or so slow I cant even watch tv with out it buffering every 10-30 seconds im so tired of this im done with it as soon as i find a different provider.

We love NGL!..for 8 years weve had them..In our rental home on HWY 150 and now on Deer Mountain in our own home...We rarely ever have problems and those are because my husband has a tendency to enter wrong sites..When our deck fell away from house they were here to help, twice...Even came back when our deck up...We adore their customer service and service techs are great. Anytime we come in to drop off bill, they know us.We receive e-mails when our bill due and even a reminder during hunting season. No-where can you find better customer service than from NGL Connections.We do not have T.V and have ROKU players to watch Vudu, Netflix and various other channels. These are all streaming channels and it works great, even in high volume winds, snow and rain...Occasionally the sun is out and it works then too....Dont go anywhere else, Get NG

Service is spotty and never up to speed, support staff is rude obstanant and unhelpful in anyway, also watch for double late fees and hidden charges.

Shuts down and when I get ahold of them it takes up to 48 hrs to fix and a few days after they fix the prblm it happens again

My boyfriend took a laptop in and the lady was rude and pushy. She told him he needed to pay for all this stuff and that she would have to erase the whole windows on it. She charged us like $40 just to lie to us. We took it to another guy in town and he charged us like half the price and didnt have to do all the stuff she said.
