Recently had an appointment and had a really good experience. I worked with Karissa and also had some help from Andrew. They both were very professional, knowledgeable and super kind. Id highly recommend working with either one of them. ❤

I’m from out of state, Michigan to be specific. I have a very strong prescription (-9.) So one day my contact rips in half while I’m down here. I called every place to see if they could give me a trial pair of contact lenses in my prescription and NO PLACE would do it. My girlfriend called this LensCrafters for me and they said they would give me a free trial pair in my prescription. We go down there and they gave me the free trial pair and the lab technician said that we have to all look out for each other during these times. Honestly I’ve never dealt with people this nice and caring. I would definitely recommend.

This is my second pair of sunglasses since the first of March 2020. I was not fitted correctly the 1st time. I had to wait till June to take back. They were extremely nice and accommodating and refitted me. They seemed to be good in the store and I could see. I hadnt really been anywhere to wear the sunglasses b/c of covid I am now on a mini vacation and cant see a darn thing I luckily brought 3 year old sunglasses for a backup. Im am ready to throw the new sunglasses out the window

The whole process of picking out frames, getting an insurance quote, and fitting was so painless I cant be more grateful. Whatever theyre paying Janet, it should be more. Shes an asset to that company. I will be back and my idea that getting glasses is a hassle have diminished greatly

A few months ago I fell and my glasses while not broken, were severely bent. Right after the store reopened, I went in and a very nice lady tried her best to fix them, but they were not aligned correctly.Recently, I returned to the store with the intent to buy new frames. Haygan stepped up to help me... He said he thought he could fix them saying he had been in the business for 20 years and was pretty sure he knew what to do.After 15 minutes, my glasses were fixed... fit... and were as good as new!!!Cheers to Haygan for his kindness and expertise! This store is always helpful and Haygan is a star!!!!

I always have a pleasant experience at Lenscrafters. I buy all my glasses there. They have the best glasses in this area. However, having said that, lately the selection has been lacking. Just not quite what it used to be. Im sure if enough clients complain they will beef up the selection.

Employees were helpful in picking out frames. However when I went to actually pick up my glasses, they were handed to me, I was asked Can you read this? I looked at the paper said yes. The guy said Okay, you are all set, let us know if we need to tweak the prescription, Did not even offer to adjust the frames for fit, actually did not even look to see how they fit me. I had to ask my daughter if they were sitting level on my face.

In summary, very poor customer service. Today was my third visit to get glasses, and I still left empty handed and frankly will not be back. The first visit was last month after walking out from my eye exam, but there was only one guy on the floor who was complaining about not having had a break. So after waiting I just left. My second visit was a week ago, I figured while I was in town I would try again. But when I walked in there was a queue of customers and the computers were down. Once again I waited for a bit then left.Today I walked in and was the only customer, so I figured I was in luck. A very friendly lady approached me, and since I had already picked out my frames from my previous two visits we went straight to the computer to pull up my information. She is new and in training, so she said when one guy got off break he could help her walk me through the process. In the meantime we updated my information in their system and we tried pulling up my insurance information. I ended up calling home and having a picture sent because at that point the guy, Ron in the white lab coat, had come off break but had begun helping a lady who had walked in just recently. The lady helping me struggled with an unfamiliar system and Ron was extremely reluctant to help, acting like it was a huge inconvenience. He made me feel like she and I were intruding on his time with his customer, who had walked in AFTER me, even after he said he could help us out.We eventually get to the lenses and he finally steps away from his customer to come over and help her review the options, but his attitude and the fast way he was trying to rush me through just pushed me over the edge. I was out of patience. For a place that relies on customer service, because its not like Im buying a book that I can just check out at the register, I was amazed with how little he seemed to care. And Im just blown away with the disregard he had for a trainee who was only trying to help her customer through the process. I had gone from being the only customer to being shoved to the back of a growing line. The trainee is a move in the right direction, she cared for her customer and we got along great while we waited on Ron. She is a great asset with a winning attitude, but they HAVE to take the time to train her in their system and get her the access she needs.Ron in the white lab coat was little to no help. He may not understand why I walked out, but I hope he gets it now. I am a paying customer, and you have a trainee who is struggling. Dont brush us off and move on to the next customer. I was there entirely too long to just be getting around to lenses when I finally walked out, especially since I already had my frames picked out from the two previous attempts. He thought just running through options would suffice, but I have no idea what you are talking about when you say advanced or blue iq, and for you to act like its an inconvenience to explain it and see what my insurance covers just blows my mind. While the trainee has the right idea on customer service and had an amazing attitude, there is an overwhelming sense of dont care attitude and incompetence there during the THREE times I tried in the past month.I will not be back, and I discourage others from wasting their time like I did.

My wife and I both got glass here. I didnt like them the moment that I put them on in the store, but they told me that my eyes needed time to adjust to the new lenses. Long story short, they never did. I have went back to my old scratches up glass so that I can see better. My wife isnt as lucky as they put new lenses in her old frames, so she cant go back to her old ones. A waste of $700.00

I would leave a no star if I could. I bought a new pair of the 2016 Olympic edition Oakleys, ($225) and they had a scratch on them before I bought them. The manager said she would replace it with new one she would order and I was fine with that. But what Im not okay is how I got told it would be about a week or 2 until they came in and now Im waiting for 4 weeks and they are still on back order. Then to top it off they worker chipped my sun glasses taking the lends out. I am very disappointed in this place, and would really like them to do something

Went in to get new glasses. Only one person working the floor. Never acknowledged me or looked my way. Looked at frames and still no acknowledgement. Went back and had eye exam. Came out and still on the same customer. Still did not acknowledge me. Looked at frames again, walked around and set down for a little bit and still no acknowledgement. Left and walked over to Visionworks. Four people working and 3 acknowledged me. One came over and helped me pick out frames. Spent $584.00 at Visionworks. And spent less time in Visionworks than I did at Lens crafters. Lens Crafters loss, Visionworks gain.

Great store with friendly workers, I went in to get my very broken glasses fixed and they were paitant with me since I didnt know if my account was under my or another family members name, and though my glasses were two days passed warranty they still let me pay what it would have been if they were.
