Nice place to get an eye exam and glasses. The staff were friendly and helpful when picking out frames. The doctor was nice and the eye exam went quickly.

I can’t say enough nice things about MyOptix. I went there very worried because of severe floaters. I immediately felt comfortable here because the staff is extremely kind & welcoming. They had COVID protocols to keep patients safe & the place was very clean. Dr. Sharp was VERY knowledgeable. He explained everything very clearly. He is probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met &, without a doubt, the nicest Doctor that I’ve ever had.

My first visit today was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Sharp took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel so comfortable with my first experience with contacts. I was very impressed after have been to 2 other optometrists in the last 10 years. I will continue to make the hour drive to see such a caring and helpful staff. Thank you to the staff that helped me 2/29 for mine and my husbands 11 a.m. appointment! Keep up the good work!

I had such wonderful service here!!!! Due to COVID I really needed to replace my frames, but being out of town I could not get a new eye examination on a Saturday anywhere. They met me outside due to COVID fixed my current glasses and some sunglasses and refused to let me pay them for such excellent service!!! So Nice!!!

DR. KAY!!! I have had poor vision since second grade. I am now 36. I have severe bear sidedness (-7.75 to -8.00) along with horrible astigmatism and a visible congenital cataract in one eye. I have several allergies to the materials contacts are made of and glasses give me horrible migraines. I had seen many eye doctors and have “settled” to believing how I was seeing (always squinting and never clear vision) was as good as it gets. Today I left Dr. Kay in tears of HAPPINESS!!! She not only took the time to listen to me, but to find contacts I don’t have a reaction to AND are comfortable AND the BEST PART?! I can see..... CRISP CLEAR SHARP!!! I had NO idea THIS was how things were suppose to look, that THIS is how I am suppose to see!! Had it not been for COVID precautions I seriously could have given her the biggest hug. I’m still in near tears for my new vision. Dr. Kay, from the BOTTOM of my heart I thank you and I cannot wait to pick my kids up from school today and for the first time see their faces CLEARLY ❤️ You are a true blessing!!!!!!

This was my first visit and I was impressed. Dr. Kay and Mya were great to work with. My old glasses were broken and barely hanging on and Mya was able to make some quick repairs to get me by while waiting for my new ones which was greatly appreciated.

Will not fit glasses picked up through the week on Saturday. This makes it challenging throughout the week for their customers that work Monday-Friday. The claim it’s due to COVID & the “health and safety of their customers”. I don’t understand how having an employee there on Saturday morning to fit glasses is going to put me or my family in any greater jeopardy than Monday-Friday.

I LOVE this place they gave me my first pair of glasses to me and made it much easier to deal with it. They also helped me get my first contacts. It is a great place with great people and in my opinion it’s one of the best places is Newburgh.

Really like Dr Sharp, and the team dealing with lenses and stuff are all great. The attendant who takes the calls and in front desk which don’t remember her name is just not customer oriented. Apologies if there is more than one, but the one I am referring about is terrible to deal with!

The staff is very friendly and really puts effort into helping you find what glasses are fit for you. My Doctor has never gotten my script wrong and he even tries his best to get to know me personally.I feel welcome at this facility.

I really enjoyed the employees. They didnt make me feel any less important because I dont have health insurance. They worked with me every step of the way to get me a great pair of glasses within my budget! I really appreciate places like this. Thank you!

Ive been going here my entire life. They have always been very welcoming and interested in my person life, along with helping me with anything Ive needed. I have seen all the doctors and they are each nice and tske their time to help me with contacts or glasses, but Dr.Hardesty is my main and he goes above and beyond literally every time.

Doctors are fantastic, but the customer service when it comes to buying glasses is horrible!! The last two times I have bought glasses from them, Ive had to go back three to fours times because what arrived from the lab, etc. was incorrect. They were nice about it, but after a while it became ridiculous. My spouse has experienced the same issues when buying glasses. I will be going elsewhere in the future for glasses after the myOptic doctor examines my eyes.

Today was my first day coming to myOptix, and I left more than impressed. My mother, a long term patient of Dr. Sharp, has always had wonderful things to say. I decided to book my own appointment after hers today as Ive needed a new eye doctor for awhile. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Sharp let us in the room together so my disabled mother would have me there incase I needed her. Dr. Sharp was -so- friendly and nice, and made my experience memorable in the most positive of ways!Lastly, the man and woman who helped my mother and I were really nice and helpful. I didnt feel pressured or hounded. The frames I bought werent bad nor too expensive, which was another huge plus for my already GREAT experience!

I am a patient of Dr Andrew Sharp. He is a great doctor with a lot of patience. (no pun intended). He has worked with me over the last few weeks to get me the perfect lenses.

Dr Sharp is great but when I had my appointment (on Saturday) there was only one technician so became like waiting in a line at Wal-Mart to get glasses. Overall, not a positive experience. I hope they change their process.

Dr Paul Hardesty and his staff are the best! You never feel rushed or slighted at all. Dr. Hardesty takes all the time needed to insure that you have the best possible vision from your contacts or glasses, and is so thorough in his exams. I hate to think about the day he ever retires! It will be hard to find another Optometrist who is as careful, thorough, and just plain nice as he is!

My son loved it, the doc was very nice. He seemed to really care, I really recommend giving it a try, its worth it.

Dr hardesty is great, he actually shows he cares. He answered all my questions with detailed answers. I feel like he goes the extra mile to figure out your vision situation, not just get you in and get you out. The place is very nice looking inside and welcoming feeling.Dont listen to the two star review from Jeffrey Harrison, that is such a dumb reason to give a bad review. All businesses can and will be short handed one time or another. Quality takes time!

My daughter had an appointment and she was overlooked for over an hour😡.After her appointment she didn’t get any assistance picking a frame and to add insult to injury they started turning lights off and closing while she was trying to pick her frame. She FaceTimed me to see if I could help her pick a frame and I witnessed her frustration and the staff ignoring her.Needless to say she won’t be back.Her father and I have decided to take our family’s business elsewhere.
