I went in on 7/22. The rep was amazing, patient and very helpful. I went into the store with 2 kids and she put cartoons on to keep them occupied while we handled the account. She was the only one there, managed to help multiple people while not causing a delay while helping me. This is what all customer service experiences should consist of. Fast, concise, friendly service with a smile. 10/10. Would highly recommend!
I wanted to take a moment to give Sandra the store Manager a shout out. Sandra provided me with superlative customer service. Sandra was knowledge about the processes, and I appreciated her honesty about the length of time the process would/could take, as well as any possible upfront fees to complete my order. Great customer service! As soon as me and my husband walked in we were greeted. Sandra and Raheem made sure all of our needs were met. While doing that they were very patient with us:)
Customer service was terrible. I dont know about all the employees, but the guy that was there at 2pm Monday 18, 2021, was the worst customer service I had in a while. I wish I would have gotten his name. I dont want this to reflect on anyone other than it is intended for. Just beware of this young guy. He has no people and service skills.

Liana was very helpful and really helped us make it easy to buy. I was in before and the store was very busy. I watched her handle an older lady with grace and style, never once did her voice/tone change, even though she had to repeat herself several times. I knew then, she was the one I wanted to work with. Liana was a miracle for me the customer service jack up my credit and didn’t put the phone in the system that I turned in within 9 days and they supposed to give you 14 days to return but unfortunately it was a mess. And but she call and call until they fix the problem for me . She is a great example of how a employee treat customers with love, patience and kindness again she deserves a big big raise because she’s the best.

Terrible. Went there and was working with a nice associate, everything was going fine, trying to get my two kids their first phones until some other girl kept walking up talking to the associate helping me and changing everything she was doing and just seemed very condescending the whole time. I imagine this was the manager but Im not sure. Anyway I took my business elsewhere, not a good enviroment

My experience was great, because sales reps were very consistent, there was an obstacle with port in from Verizon, and both Liana and Cooper patiently helped me to resolve the issue. Sales reps spent a couple of hours with customer service, but the issue was resolved!
I give 5 stars to the Fairburn store. I went to another store first and waited several minutes and was not even acknowledged that I was in the store. I left and went to the Fairburn store. Received prompt and great service.
Okay so, I made an online purchase on April 21st for a iPhone 11 Pro Max and selected to pick the phone up in store. Now speaking with a representative I was told that I would be able to pick the phone up that same day. I was told I would receive a confirmation email when my order was ready. By the close of business that day I still hadn’t received said email. The next day I get on the phone with customer service and they proceed to tell me that the reason I hadn’t received the email was because of a courier issue. I wasn’t notified that this may be an issue so I said okay I’ll wait one more day to give them time to have my order available. Today, still no email and again I’m getting on the line with customer service after explaining the situation at least 6 times finally the rep says I’ll have to wait 13-15 additional business days. I said no this is unacceptable I have already ready waited 3 additional days to receive my purchase. The rep tells me I can go to another location that has the device in stock to pick it up, I reply okay and ask the rep does he (AT&T) need to send the location anything so they know that I have already paid and is in route. “No Sir” he says as long as they have it in stock you can get the phone. I arrive at the AT&T location only to find out my order has been canceled. Why I ask? They are unable to provide me with an answer. So they try to get me a phone with the same deal and after 4 HOURS and 3 applications & 3 calls to a service analyst they tell me that my down payment has increased over $350 more and that’s not what I was originally quoted. Now the employees at the location were doing everything they can but AT&T is just ridiculous. Now I HAVE TO CALL and try to get my original order reinstated. SMH I’m getting all this run around and I’m a customer.
Everyone at this store was friendly, and despite my dislike of AT&T as a company due to data caps, their customer service at this store is great. I was helped quickly and had an awesome chat with a few of the associates about basketball, local cities, and what someone new to the area should check out. Thanks for making my day a bit better.
Quan was the sales consultant who helped me and he was very knowledgeable of everything I needed. The manager on duty was also very personable with everyone on the phone and customers that came in. They explained (patiently might I add) to each customer their policy regarding COVID19 and I believe thats why everyone was patiently waiting outside until called in.
Went in yesterday and felt like forever without a greeting. Then the person who I talked to was overly pushy, even for a sales person. Just an uncomfortable experience overall.

If this story had a superhero his name is Quan. I have been struggling to get internet services for a few months. Quan went out of his way and spent more than two hours making sure I get exactly what I wanted. His only weakness in the few hours I noticed him was that he did not have the word “No” in his vocabulary. No matter what the issue was he found a solution that was right for me. This store thanks to its employees could give Chick-fil-A customer service a run for its money. Thanks again guys. Great service.

When I came in I had to wait because the person working was already with another customer, So I stood for at least 10-15 minutes waiting and they did not acknowledged my presence. Not a “we’ll be right with you mam” or nothing. Poor customer service!
