On last evening the 7th of October I went in to the store to get a plan. I had spoken with Keith several times over the phone. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the wireless service as a whole. I came in to switch to wireless. Although he was one man juggling 4 customers he remain tire until the end. The former service provider was a nightmare trying to port over the number from them. Keith exhausted all scenarios, and four hours later after hours the port was complete. He was concerned about my safety. Not allowing me to leave until it was complete. FYI, do not get a plan with Figgers Wireless a nightmare of a company to the end. Despite Figgers Jeith was able to make it happen. THANK YOU KEITH, YOU ARE THE MAN‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
I’ve came in before and had great service but the last two times the store is locked or closed at 1pm during the week. They are understaffed and need help ASAP. Smh

Had to call about my phone and I have emphysema was told her could not help me over the phone. This is not a good way to treat your customers that should not have to to go to the store and chance getting COVID 19 because she could not help me on the phone and then hung up me.
The Customer Service Representative at this location was very rude and unprofessional. She is the middle age woman with gold locks very very rude
Went here after ATT across the street and brought my 2 lines and added two for my kids for Christmas. Very good service!
Went today to pick up new phones. Employees were not fully masked. One employee kept removing his mask while talking to a customer who wasn’t wearing one either and another employee only had his mask covering his mouth and not his nose. Don’t know how we will be able to collect our phones. Dangerous environment!!

Customer Service Rep Jordan was Highly Professional and so knowledgeable about all of the phones and super intelligent about iPhone. The energy is welcoming here. Please visit us. I am a long time Verizon user. This is a great place to shop for all of your wireless services. The are very professional and courteous. The most impressive thing is that they give great customer service to everyone from the very first greeting. Ms Dairia was very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very good business-wise, and they are great people, as well.
Wonderful experience. Mary Ann helped me and she was so kind and patient. She took her time and made sure I understood everything with my upgrade. The manager came over to speak to me and ask how it was going. He seemed to really care about the service his staff gives. This will be my location from now on!!!
Worked with a young lady named Dairia. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had many questions and concerns and she readily put me at ease. I’d recommend people visit the store because the service you receive will be exceptional. I’m grateful for a thorough and excellent customer service experience at this store.
My experience with Go Wireless, specifically at this location is mixed. On the positive side, the gentleman who assisted me was courteous and very helpful in setting up my new phone. On the negative side, there is a GoAdvantageSmartphone 4.13 that I was charged for in the amount of $79.00.I was not informed of this additional cost prior to making the purchase. It was only when I reviewed my receipt and did some investigation online that I learned what this was. What should occur is that customers should be asked specifically if they desire GoADVANTAGE, all that it consist of, and be informed of the cost upfront. If this had been clearly indicated, I would have decided not to purchase it.I went to the same GoWireless location about an hour later and indicated that I did not want this and requested a refund. The restocking fee was $70.00 and an a GA4 Trade2 cost in the amount of $20.00 was charged. Hence, I paid an extra $10 for something that I returned.Based on this experience, it is important for the public to know that although Verizon appears prominently above the store, GoWireless appears less prominently. This is an authorized dealer. GoWireless appears on the receipt. Second, if you stop by to purchase a phone or exchange a phone, I would explicitly state at the outset that you are not interested in GoAdvantageSmartphone 4.13 to avoid being charged for it. This is a GoWireless program, not a Verizon one.
I came into the store and was greeted immediately with a warm welcome. There were two gentlemen working; Daeson was so knowledgeable and patient. He helped activate my new phone, backup all my information from my old phone, transfer that information to my new phone and now I’m one happy customer. Thank you to the local Fairburn Verizon store. If you guys are looking for professional and knowledgeable service; stop by this Location. Thank You guys so much for all you did.

I have had problems with the location since I started with Verizon. If there was a way to not give any stars I would, they deserve a thumbs down👎👎This is the most unprofessional business I have ever done business with. Around June /July 2018 they fired the whole staff before resolving my issue. I have Been promised multiple times a call back from Store manager, and district manager or owner. Still no call back. Do not trust this business. They dont tell the truth and they will pass the buck to someone else and just leave you stuck having to start all over again . This entire situation could have easily been resolved if they had returned my calls since July as promised. You all get a BIG FAT THUMBS DOWN👎👎👎Unhappy Customer

Derrick and Rashard were awesome! I was frantic after breaking my phone and out of town. They provided amazing service! They went above and beyond to help me to understand my new phone and plan, they set everything up and got me out in a timely fashion.Derrick was able to work everything out to my satisfaction and Rashard went to another store to find the phone that I wanted. I had to return the next day and received the same helpful service. These guys are amazing!

Would rate service a 10. Staff is very nice willing to go over and beyond to help the customer. I needed help with register my products. Mena was a big help I really appreciate her help. I know where I will be going for my wireless services and telling family and friends to stop and get great service from Mena and Daejon you will not be disappointed.
Verizon has really lost its touch they have subcontracted all the stores out to private stores who cant honor product warranties or even replace Verizon wireless product its time to switch. However the head guy was as helpful as could be.

Refused to sell me a sim. Saying they didn’t have “iPhone” SIM cards. All SIM cards are the same as long as it’s the right size. Most, if not all phones now use Nano sims.. including iPhones. The reason they refused to sell one to me is most likely because I was just looking to add a line and keep a device I had. Meaning no commission for them. Whenever I’m ready to buy a new phone, I’ll avoid this place.
I visited this location on 3/20/18. When I tell you Dairia J is awesome, she is awesome!!!!!! This young lady is so PATIENT, KIND, SWEET, INFORMATIVE, SMART, AND PROFESSIONAL!!!! My boyfriend and I came into the store 30 mins before closing, we both were switching over to the i-phone. Even though it was close to closing, Dairia took her time giving us great customer service, it took about 2.5 hours for her to get us all set up, and to address all of our questions and concerns. I was switching from another provider, so the process was time consuming to say the least. Im big on costumer service!!! Its the corner stone of every great business. Verizon if youre listening, I hope you are taking care of this young lady, she would be a great ASSET to any company. Dairia thanks again for all your help and patience.

Poorly managed store. Even Verizon doesnt agree with the idea of these certified retail stores. I spent an hour on the phone with Verizon customer service fixing a problem because of this stores poor management. Always deal with Verizon directly, never trust what you hear from these certified retail stores. Lesson learned.

This is a new place and they are not that professional or very ethical. First of all, they sell brands of chargers that are like Belkin, not the brand that goes with your phone. Secondly, their inventory is low even though they are a new location as I mentioned. Rather than going here, you should just go to an actual Verizon store.
