I have had exceptional customer service from Mr. Don here at the Metro store in Fairburn. I truly appreciate his patience and making my process to mobile switch very easy and stress-free. Mr Don was the best customer representative I have ever met. He was committed to making sure my family and I received cell phone service. He went above and beyond and work past closing. He was very attentative and had an outstanding attitude. Kudos to Mr Don. He is a true asset to the Metro community.
Poor excuse for a boss, I feel bad about the customers because they are limited to what they can get on they upgrade. He sells bootleg cases and accessories out his car for high prices. He is crook, he also add insurance and other fees without the customer knowledge. Donโt even waste your time, if you want to upgrade to an iPhone he will have us lie to the customer because he feels like he is not profiting

Every time I go in this store I am treated with respect and great service. They always take time to help me with service and any problem Im having with my phone. I go there for every new phone that I purchase. I get 5 star service here.
Bought a brand new phone from this store. Samsung Galaxy A20 the middle of the screen didnt work the first day i bought it. Store didnt repair/replace it so after a week of having the phone it stopped charging and I was told I had to buy a new handset for full price cause it wasnt my time to upgrade. Trash phones, trash employees, trash service, with a price that can easily be beaten by boost mobile. Used the insurance from metro pcs thank god for that right? Wrong recieved a broken handset for 100$ didnt get refunded and they even made fun of me during the support call that is what I call a good company.
The management and employees are unethical. They are forcing customers to purchase insurance. They told me that it mandatory that I purchase insurance. The manager stated that it is store policy. Im tired of people that take advantage of minority communities. I refused to purchase the phone. I went to another store and purchased the phone without insurance.
