Theyre under new management, and their new manager Tyler is amazing. He greeted me as soon as I entered and he went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. I went in to swap service providers, and he made me aware of all the sales so that I could pick the best option. He made it clear what I needed to do so that the swap could be as smooth as possible. He also had recommendations so that I could get the best phone for my price range. I was completely satisfied; I have never had such a good experience with a mobile carrier!

I came at this cricket location few weeks ago, worst customer service Manager Lamika/Tamika was on her phone all the time talking about her personal life. No body greet me and my family she had attitude the whole time we were in there. we went to the other cricket location and got the service 4 lines never coming back to this location again.Cricket needs to look into this have word with the Manager Lamika or Tamika.One of my friend wend few days later have the same issue with the manager she was rude and disrespectful.
