By far my favorite ice cream place in Cincy. Could go here literally everyday. Beats the cone any day

Ice cream tasted awful and they do not know how to use their own system. I wanted to pay for strawberries with cream and they said they were not allowed because they didn’t know how to charge me. Because I don’t see a reason why they said NO if they have whipped cream and they have strawberries. TERRIBLE customer service.

Always the best! Got a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Cookie n Cream Cyclone for my mom and I. Both were delicious!

Strawnana cyclone is my favorite. Friendly staff they dont waste time. The teamwork to help move things along when theyre getting busy is awesome. Good jobs ladies, keep it up.

I love Flubs, my family loves flubs. But tonight was a disaster. Of course there’s a line, we are patient and can wait. But halfway through getting to the window they decide to shut down 1 hour early? No notice, nothing. Waited a half hour for our favorite place and got zip, nada. I would say they sent about 30-40 people away saying they were closing. Maybe it’s the mismanagement, or the young generation not being able to work under pressure. But it seemed like there was 5 workers, 4 working on walk up and 1 on drive thru. I can’t say that with a fact. But turning away money and business is not the way to run a successful business. I saw them stop making ice cream mid cone after making a call. Then they turned off the sign and starting telling everyone that they closed. They didn’t give a reason. Just closed. This is not acceptable. If you’re going to close at 8pm, make it your official time of closing. Or hire better workers. We will be taking our business to Cone Zone in Cheviot. Unfortunate. I do not recommend. You might be waiting in line and then be told they are closing. What a waste of time and gas.

Strawberry sherbet is my favorite. They have orange/vanilla swirl with cherry dip and volcanoes and flurries/blizzards. It’s never too busy to wait to order but always full of customers.

So, who doesnt love ice cream? And you can get it about anywhere. Flubs has all the types, styles and variations as most other ice cream places.This place excels because of the staff who are mostly teens, but not thug wannabes or divas in training. Pleasant, smiling, patient staff that work together and seem to have fun! Hats off to the manager who finds these great people.I can always get ice cream at Krogers or UDF. We go to Flubs for more.

They decided to close in the middle of service today I waited in the drive through for 20Minutes just to be told they’re closed. When they’re open another hour. Very disappointed. If you can’t handle it when it’s busy get a different job.

Absolutely never go back. I saw a boy cussing out a customer, then a woman comes out and joined in on the tirade on said customer. I had my family 2 cars behind and heard everything. Truly whats wrong with our world today. Come to find out its the owners son and the owner. Sad sad sad. Patience and love is what the world needs now. Not this show of absolutely ignorance. Used to be a favorite family stop. Just not family friendly. My family will never go back.

This review is not because of taste, we like the taste of Flubs ice cream. My review is not 5 stars because every single time (4 times total) I have been to Flubs they havent gotten my order right. I ask them politely every time to not include whipped cream on my cyclone and every time it is placed on. It is almost comical at this point. This last time they added mint as well as whip cream to my cyclone (which did not taste good with the peanut butter cups in it). We love the ice cream at Flubs and know that time is stressful right now, but we would love it even more if we received an order that was correct the first time.

The ice cream is delicious and the people who work there are fast and efficient. They have made a lot of effort to keep their patrons safe in the time of COVID-19 as well.

My favorite ice cream place! I always look forward to them opening for the season. They have a variety of dairy free options which is a huge plus for my family since my daughter has a dairy allergy.

Every time I try to go to flubs theres always a line that is at least 15 to 30 minutes long and I honestly dont know what the hype is about I think that if Hamilton had other ice cream shops that had the name that it would be better their ice cream is nothing to brag home about

One of my favorite places for ice cream. I went to the Hamilton location as a kid with all 5 of my younger sisters. I have very fond memories of the place. We moved. They opened a new location in Fairfield which is still 15 minutes driving from our new house. It’s not as cute as the tiny old shack in Hamilton, but the ice cream still brings back wonderful memories.

I love flubs. One of the best place to get Ice Cream during the hot season. I really wish they were open all year long. You get big portions of Ice Cream for a very good price. The customer is excellent. Visit this place when you get a chance and you will not regret it. So worth it.

Great peanut butter shakes. A long time establishment in Butler co Ohio who hire locally. They offer soft serve style of ice cream. Along with almost any type of topping one could imagine. They have a number of shakes to choose from as well. It is a great summer time cool down spot no matter what location you visit.

They have awesome soft-serve ice cream, and only 5 min from my place. The staff is very friendly and has alot of energy.When its blazing hot outside, there is sometimes a line, which moves very fast.

Flubs ice cream is so creamy and delicious. They have loads of different toppings and combinations for their cyclones and you can even create your own. Definitely our favorite ice cream place in the area!

My daughter and I were out walking and decided to stop by and get ice cream. We had her dog with us and decided to go to the walk up window. Two workers inside saw us waiting to be helped. No one ever came to the window. We walked around front and my daughter went in to see why we were never helped. She was advised that the window was closed and that they have not used it since July 4th. My daughter advised them that they should put up appropriate signage if that were the case. The young lady working stated weve never had that problem before instead of a genuine apology we were blamed for standing outside waiting to be served. That was our first and last time there. I dont spend my money where I am not valued. Hire people that have great customer service skills instead of kids that only want a paycheck!

They have sugar free soft serve as well as fresh fruit flavored soft serve that changes daily! Every day there are new flavors!! Oh the possibilities!!! 🤤🤤🤤

My favorite local creamy whip, next to Sonic. Flubs isnt open year round. They close... at least the Fairfield, Ohio location... closes in September and does not reopen until next year... in April (I think 🤔, maybe March.). They have the best layered ice cream and toppings and the list of different combinations grows every year (or so it seems). Plus you can still create your own with up to 4 toppings! Plus they also have cones - twisted or not, homemade sherberts, shakes and malts as well as sundaes.They used to only accept cash, but now they are accepting major credit and debit cards. (Visa & Mastercard, I know for certain, Discover & American Express or Diners, Im not so certain).Theres also a location on the West side of Hamilton, Ohio, that has a walk-up window as well as a drive-thru... it will close on October 1st for the season and now there is a location in Ross - that will be closed for the season starting September 8.

Great location. My kids and I can stop at Flubs, get our favorite blue smurf ice cream, then walk on over to the little kids park on the green. Another plus is how reasonably priced their treats are!

Flubs is a locally owned franchise, otherwise I doubt anyone would go there.they are super expensive and not a whole lot else. I have been going there for over 40 years and I prefer to get ice cream at the grocery store.

The sundaes are good but they dont have chocolate at the bottom and the line is kinda busy...but good for families.
