Cute, new little ice cream shop in Fairfield. Ice cream is made to order, so each order is fresh. This also means you have to commit all your scoops to one flavor. I got the blue cookie butter and it was very sweet. It is also on the pricey side.The blue cookie butter and s’mores are the most popular flavors.Edit: I don’t think I can come back here. I’m not sure what kind of milk or heavy cream they used but it gave me a stomach ache :x

Foodie Alert... The Red Velvet Bubblecone is delicious. The Bourbon Breakfast is sinfully amazing! All around great place. The Nitro infusion is an thing of awe to watch and observe.

Loved the ice cream, the bubble waffle cone was just ok.. I had the milk and cereal flavor topped with fruity pebbles.. i didnt detect any cereal in my ice cream only on the top. I guess it was a flavoring... also I wanted the ice cream to be a little harder, more frozen but it wasnt and immediately begin to drip as soon as the server handed it to me.. and my waffle cone wasnt hot, not even warm. It was good to try.

Amazing place. Great innovative combination they always come up with. Absolutely delicious flavors. The waffle cone are fresh & made to order. You can select the toppings of you choice on ice cream. With covid restrictions they are allowing small groups at a time in the shop so expect a bit of wait time. Great experience, bit overpriced.

My overall thoughts on milkcraft were that it seems like a great place when I was in high school. As a grown up, my biggest complaints are the nuance and size of the ice cream.They dont skimp - its a HUGE and EXTREMELY sweet serving. A little bit too much for me, I couldnt even finish the smallest serving.

This was my first time coming here and the service i received was absolutely horrible. As i was trying to pay for my overpriced scoop of ice cream that came out to $12.00 one of the employees or manager (not sure of his job title) snatched my debit card out of my hand and placed it in the card reader. I felt extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable at this establishment and was hesitant to even go through with my ice cream order. The ice cream was decent not worth the price or the attitudes of the employees. The waffle cone melts the ice cream so if you don’t eat it all at once you’ll have ice cream soup before you know it. If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Take your money to a place that offers quality customer service as well as a good product. I am going to try to insert a photo of the rude man that snatched my debit card out of my hand as i was trying to pay. Overall terrible experience and i would never come back.

We’ve gone to Milkcraft a few times now but this is a first time for us during the pandemic. They were allowing 2-3 groups in at a time depending on the size of the group. The workers were all very happy and we were able to communicate with them easily over the music. I ordered the Bourbon Breakfast and if you like bourbon, then this is the one for you. The ice cream is very creamy, the atmosphere is very open and clean. And although it’s $8 for a bubble cone with one scoop, the ice cream is worth it. Can’t wait to try something new next time!

We usually love Milkcraft. However, today it tasted like we were eating pure salt. I ordered two scoop of chocolate ice cream. I was only able to eat 3 bites and ended up throwing it out. My family was able to tolerate the taste more than I could. They said the ice cream was very salty too. I dont know if management has asked them to double up on the salt to increase water sales. But todays visit was disappointing. If you order make sure to ask them to limit or omit the salt. $40 down the drain

The chocolate ice cream starts off good then is almost too salty after a few bites. I want to love it but I just dont.

Maybe if they turned down the music theyd be able to hear what I ordered and not put it in wrong.

Theres usually a small line whenever I go but the ice cream is pretty good. They have some good options to choice from and theres usually parking available.

The Fairfield location never seems to have the flavor I want but they have good customer service. While the line to order is sometimes long, youll get your order quick! :)

My family used to love Milkcraft but yesterday was probably the last time we will go with so many other great ice cream places out there. It might be cool that they make the ice cream fresh but its $9 for ice cream with a bubble cone. Our bubble cone was over cooked (see photos) and tasted horrible. The outdoor sitting area that used to be so cool and great to eat on was disgusting and unbelievably dirty. I know there is Covid cleaning requirements and they are not following them. It looks like there have been napkins that have been there for years on the ground. (See photos) The tops of tables had not be wiped down for hours and it was not that busy and they had plenty of people behind the counter. I know this because we are outside eating at Mecha and I could see their tables. Milkcraft you can do better!!

Its really cool that they make the ice cream using liquid nitrogen so it was entertaining to watch. I had vanilla ice cream with Oreos along with the bubble cone. It was amazing!

Great ice cream overall, also great waffle cones. My only complaints, are why the heck do they need to put salt in the chocolate ice cream. I would understand if it was sprinkled on top or if there was less over all, but no it’s every wear. And pls put a sign in front of the door saying not to block it instead of telling people to move every three seconds. You do have a sign that says stay off the patio if your in line but your entire entrance is the patio.

This place was great when it first opened. Visited tonight and ordered something, they failed to tell me they were out of the main ingredient and gave it to me anyway. Not to mention how dirty it is everywhere you look in there. This is what happens when teenagers are running an establishment.

Nice take on ice cream with funky cones, cups, and toppings in a cool looking place. The ice cream itself is very tasty as are the toppings. It can get expensive with all the add-ons, but worth trying at least once.

Good ice cream and it is fun to see them use the nitrate and make everything in front of you. The waffle cone is fresh off the waffle iron for every order. They also have some great flavors. My only problem is they tend to be a little cream heavy in the ice cream. The wait time can also be long especially at nights.

Last night I traveled with my wife one hour from home to get their ice cream because our location in West Hartford is closed for renovation. The first thing we noticed wad the long faces from ALL the staff.... then the music inside was so loud that it was a little hard to give the order to the cashier (but that is ok, maybe many people are ok with that) but then the part that really upset me was when I was given the ice cream, and as am having my first scoop, i feel a sting in my lip, i thought I was given a broken plastic spoon (which is an accident and can happen) but that was not the case, both my wifes and my own spoon had SHARP edges!! And when I went to ask the manager, politely, to look into the spoons all he said was that is the only spoons we have HE DIDNT EVEN CARE THAT THERE WERE KIDS EATING FROM THERE WHO COULD CUT THEMSELVES!! He didnt even bother looking into it, maybe it was just a couple deffective spoons (which wouldnt be their fault) but the fact that he diditn even care about something that serious says a lot about how LITTLE THEY CARE about their customers.You could tell that all the staff there was upset and not happy at all, maybe because there were a lot of customers idk, and then also the ice cream is not as good as the one in West Hartford. NEVER GOING BACK THERE!

This ice cream was good I like blue ice cream

Downtown locale on U.S route 1 (post road), the main east/west route through town, the service road for i_95 (Connecticut turnpike). Easy-on-easy-off from exit 22 of i_95. This is a short walk from the downtown train station and everything in the historic district and a short walk to the the beach to the south of town.

The seating is a bit odd but on the other hand original. The ice cream is amazing and impressive. Id probably go there a lot if it was closer to where I live.

Ice cream was runny and service was not good. However, the ice cream that was frozen enough was creamy and tasted delicious. If you like to eat your ice cream mostly melted in a loud, crowded place then waste your money here. Or do yourself a favor and go to Sunnydaes right around the corner.

Went tonight with family of 4. We were the only people inside ordering. After paying $43 i sat in an empty chair all the chairs are empty waiting for our order. Staff tells me chairs are for dine in only. Then tells me not to look in his direction. Staff then yells at people trying to enter to get out and line up out side, if they put up a sign they could stop the yelling and rude tone. Place lacks maturity. Music is so loud its over whelming. My kid likes the ice cream, for me its way to rich like drinking heavy cream with butter. I did not finish mine its a first. There are better choices for price point and service wise for families ie: Sunny Daes, Cold Stone Creamery.

It was good ice cream, but I find it was mostly a hyped up waffle. I needed a cup for the melted ice cream my daughter couldnt finish and they asked for $1.00 charge after paying $38 for 4 people. Not worth all the money spent, kids wasted portion went in garbage. Smh

The combination of treats and the delicious taste of it, is beyond awsome!!

The salted Carmel ice cream tasted like your eating a stick of butter... Not very good. But the Vietnamese coffee ice cream was good, but because of how its made, it melted pretty quick. Also $$$. I asked for a refund but was asked to wait in line again which by that time was out the door and around the corner, so needless to say, I personally had a bad experience.

My son and I love milkcraft. So I have family visiting from Michigan so I took my grandbaby to milkcraft and she fell in love with it her favorite is strawberry balsamic in a bubble waffle cone. Prices are reasonable I like the different flavors they have. A must try ice cream parlor. They will have a milkcraft also coming to Bridgeport, Connecticut soon♥️

My first time here ... and it was a great experience watching them make the ice cream and bubble waffle cone! One scoop of this rich, creamy ice cream is really large so keep that in mind when ordering. Its a bit pricey but worth it! I will be back!

Oh my goodness this place is amazing! Loved the ice cream- its very small and the line was insane, but they handled everything quickly and professionally.

I came here with my boyfriend and some friends later in the evening and was amazed at the line! This place is very popular, even late at night, so you will probably need to wait to get served. The waffle cones (literally a waffle) and the different ice cream flavors are what make this place popular. However, I will say that a single scoop of ice cream in a cone runs about $8, and then toppings (even some whip cream) run at $1.50. So you could easily spend $10 on an ice cream cone. It was good, but a little expensive.

Wow, these cones are huge. I ate some of the one thats in the picture, but I had the Milk and Cereal waffle cone with Fruity Pebbles and marshmallow fluff. It was a little sweet, but still very good. I will definitely come back to try other flavors.

This is really creamy ice cream made in front of you with liquid nitrogen! How cool is that? The flavors are really innovative. We tried the Vietnamese coffee and Miss Piggy does Vermont both were delicious.

I love this place! Their flavors are unique and delicious. The ice cream is smooth and the warm bubble cone makes the dessert more enticing. The staff are friendly and efficient which makes for short wait times.

This is a great place hands down. I was fortunate enough to be able to experience egg waffles in Hong Kong and theyre just the same. Though you cant find milkcraft stuffing them with chocolate or with green tea, their egg waffles come in a variety of flavors from plain to red velvet. All their ice creams are made to order and it is definitely a treat well worth going. I was lucky enough to try their Vietnamese coffee ice cream and was quite content when I finished it. This is definitely a place to go to in the summer they already had a long line and were only in Spring. Im definitely going back to try more of their ice cream flavors.

Interesting experience, the Hong Kong Bubble Cone was incredibly delicious. Crispy and gooey with a nice waffle eggy taste. I got the PB & J Roasted Banana ice cream and it was really, really good. My girlfriend got the Cookie Butter Blue........it was interesting. Reminded me of a ginger snap cookie. Still not sure why it needed to be blue and how that color relates to cookie butter. Next time Ill attempt the creamebun. Id give it more stars but two Hong Kong Bubble waffles for $17 was a touch pricey, but worth the experience.

Ive been here a few times. The ice cream is great. Its fun to watch it being made. Jayden/Jaylen(?) & Ronnie are super nice and helpful. The rest of the staff seemed disorganized, which is why it always takes so long; plus the music is loud and obnoxious and the staff cant even hear each other.We wanted to hang out by the fireplace patio outside, but didnt—because of the music. Everytime I come here, I watch people about to sit at the patio think to themselves, aight. This music actually sucks. Lets just dip.The Cookie Butter flavor is their best. Try it! The PB&J is too rich and banana-y.

This place is an ice cream experience...def unique to the area in the sense that they offer bubble cones as an option. These interestin asian inspired egg waffles vary from ur typical con in that that have more texture and offer a variety of possibilities in terms of flavor combos(for example one could get a choco icecream and a caramel flavoured cone ya see)....dnt be fooled there arent many basic flavors here instead youll find fruity pebble cereal or cornflakes....campfire smores which has a smokey essence etc etc... I went with the PB&J w/roasted banana a la cremeebun( ice cream sandwich consisting of a warmed glazed donut as the bun)...the flavor was out of this world good if just a bit too coyingly sweet. Other than that this place is a slam dunk! Size are large here and I found one scoop to be more than enough.

Love this place. Great ice cream. Star off because it’s definitely not what it used to be in terms on cleanliness. Service is hit or miss but Anthony is pleasant and definitely shows leadership qualities.

I looooove ice-cream. I could eat ice-cream everyday all day. I went to milk craft after someone recommended it to me and I was extremely disappointed. I have eaten alot of ice-cream and this is by far the worst ice-cream, Ill repeat, the worst ice- cream I had ever had; the worst! It tasted like raw condensed milk. Four of us went including my eight year old niece, and we all threw away our ice-cream. My sister was so upset. We drove from Stamford to Fairfield for garbage. We drove back to Stamford to get our icream fix. I will never go back there and I would not recommend anyone to go either. We also had to be shouting our order because the music was ridiculously loud.

I’ve been going to Milkcraft for about 3 years now. This was my first visit since COVID. I’ve always loved the environment which was always exciting and cheerful. Comfortable outdoor furniture and of course the heated table. Staff are almost always a joy to interact with and very polite. I’ve never had a problem in the past. It was disappointing that a quick trip to Milkcraft almost turned into a hour.I arrived at 9:00 pm, there were only 3 guest in front of me, which I thought “wow how lucky I am”. Since I wouldn’t have to wait long.... so I thought. I ended up leaving around 9:40pm. Three employees and a short line of people was moving well for the first few minutes. It wasn’t until some girls stopped by who seem to know one of the employees. He waved at them and they wave back. I’m thinking okay, their friends whatever. Now at this point, I’m the next person in line and the line is starting to build up. I’ve been wait in the cold for about 25 mins now but I can afford to wait a longer.The girls end up going in and after chatting start ordering, cutting the whole line of people who’ve been standing out side for just able 12 mins. I tried to politely inform the staff, but I was ignored and told to wait outside. On top of that, the staff didn’t turn on the heat (I didn’t even know there was heating outside) and someone had to go and complain. Then the staff decide to finish the customers in the store first before accepting more order. The whole line wait started getting annoyed by this since they stopped letting anyone in. No communication or anything. Eventually, I get frustrated and just go in to order. Which “they allowed me to do”. I get my order in, the male staff say absolutely nothing. No apology. Only the the female staff tried her best to rectify the fact that I basically waited 40 mins for a cup of ice cream. Which I really appreciate her efforts to doing that and really change my mood around. That’s the reason why I ended up rating a 3 stars instead of 1 like I wanted to. I don’t know if I’ll be returning maybe after COVID is over.... I can only imagine what this place is like during the summer.

This was our 1st time here and we enjoyed it. The bubble waffle comes are made fresh for each order, the ice (the best vanilla ever) is actually really good and creamy. I got my boyfriend the salted chocolate and honestly we can live life without it. Way too salty. The guy who tended to us was really kind. My family and I will definitely be going back. A bit pricey but worth it every now and then. We as humans though need to be more mindful of other peoples and our own personal spaces.

The ice cream and the location as well as the staff are wonderful but.... Way too many employees wearing their masks under their nose. During these times, I find it unacceptable. Please address this ASAP.

They only offer cones or donuts and they were out of donuts and whipped cream! And this was several hours before closing and they werent even busy. It just seemed like staff was too lazy to make more of either since both are homemade in store. And beyond that it was $10 per ice cream. Total rip off, terrible experience, wouldnt waste my time or money.

The young lady at the register was so unenthusiastic and clearly didnt want to be there. Seemed bothered when I asked questions in regards to the wafflecone and the cream bun.... speaking of which the bun was what I thought would be of a soft almost donut like texture. But itf was more like a stale doughnut. The ice cream was good but after paying $16 for two id be better of with a 50 cent frosty from Wendys.

Went at 8pm had glaze donut with ice cream in the middle the donut was very stale and the macaroons were really not that good. Ice cream was ok a little bit more milky than expected. As far as the staff super professional but might need training on what not to give to customers if something was sitting there for to long.
