We’ve been in twice in the past week. Marissa was so helpful and patient when we were trying to get an old phone up and running and again later when we can to the conclusion the old phone wouldn’t work. Dina helped us choose a new phone for the best price. Both of these ladies did a great job and we’ll definitely be back when we upgrade again!Update: Everyone at this store is so kind! We bright a bunch of our old phones in to dispose of and Jaime helped us save $40 on our next phone bill!

Gabrielle was amazing!!!! I called ahead to ask some questions, she was knowledgeable and easy to talk to! When I got to the store she had the products ready and everything set up and had even taken the time to look into a few things and prepare different quotes with different services so I could make a plan when I open my business soon! I will be back within a month or so and request Gabrielle SPECIFICALLY to help me with that process. She was very attentive to how I felt and how I wanted to go about the process when different options were presented! I’ve never had such a good experience at an AT&T store! I was an AT&T customer for years before they closed the store in our town, so I switched peoviders. When another store opened in town we went in to tallk with them, and we switched back.Ive been an AT&T customer for a year and a half now since switching back. Both the reception from AT&T itself, and the service from the local staff have been amazing. I am on the local fire department so they put me on the Firstnet system with which I have experienced zero outages and have amazing reception everywhere. When we go on vacation in northern Minnesota my wife and I are the only ones with reception.I went into the store today to check in and say thank you to the staff and to ask if they could help me upgrade my Firstnet plan so we could have a mobile hotspot. We like to do a lot of camping and we just had a baby boy this spring. My wife has an Owlette system for him and it needs wifi to work properly. The staff helped and in minutes, my plan was upgraded, they showed me how to turn it on and off and helped me rename the wifi set the password. The Owlette synced up perfectly to the phone and the hotspot and my wife could see all the info that she normally would at our house.I am so thankful that they have a store in town again so I can go in and have a real person help me with my plan. After a terrible experience of being lied to and upcharged, my husband and I came in to get the deal we where mislead to believe we would receive. Although we didn’t get the deal we where told. Jaime stepped in and made things right and helped us out every step of the way. Amazing sales rep! When one rep gave false information Jaime made sure to set things right and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!

This place is amazing so fast and friendly my old phone provider was giving us problems but they managed to get it worked out. Dustin, Marisa, and Dinah was the best they made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. They worked with me and made everything so perfect and really fast.

The AT&T reps were extremely attentive and answered all our questions. If they didnt know the answer they found it right away. They asked us to wear masks while in the store and we respected their request. While there, an older gentleman came in complaining that his phone was all screwed up. One of the reps happily helped him until each problem was resolved. Nice. They set up our new phones for us and assured us they were there if we ever needed help. I believe them. The process took about 3 1/2 hours.

I was in there the other day Diana jamie and Merisa were very helpful with helping me with my accounts. They helped me create a Google account to back my phone up to make sure I dont lose anymore pictures of my grandkids. They are very knowledgeable young people who are kind enough to explain things I dont dont understand. I didnt know there was no Google account to back pictures up. But they took their time and explained everything to me.

The consultant I had whom was dustyn was very helpful and caring to me the customer and I really enjoyed the conversation(s) we had while he was helping me get transferred over to AT&T’s first net!

Dez was able to transfer all of my contacts and photos to my new phone. It was easy and didnt take too long either.

The staff here is really amazing, they do everything in their power to help you. With everything going on with Covid-19 they were kind enough to wear masks and gloves, they greated me at my car and gave me the option to come into the store or stay in my car. They helped me with billing issues with Directv and helped me upgrade my line. We will be back to this store in the future as this is one of the best stores I have been too. I will recommend this store to everyone I know. They are so kind and generous. Thank you marissa the manager and dez for helping me.

With all this covid 19 we went and tried to get Verizon and they took our money, still haven’t received a refund, created us an account and still trying to bill us for service that we never even had. We walked into att not only was the employees Jaime and Dez super friendly they did all they could do so that we left with new service and the phones we wanted. They even helped me retrieve my account information to port my number and got us the best family plan deal available. If anyone is in the area and needs phone services please go into this corporate store because they go above and beyond, adding their coverage is larger.

I cant speak graciously enough for the kindness and patience of the AT&T associate that helped me activate my new android Samsung mobile phone that was a Mothers Day gift from my 2 kids! JamieKueker spent more than 3 hours with me on Thursday. He had me practice each step as he activate the various operations. He explanied the use of the icons and showed me the cartoon attachments for Facebook. (It will take me practice to get this right!) I had another question on Friday, and Jamie helped me get the Bluetooth active on my convertible....on another day, he offered to help activate it on my Cadillac. Then on Saturday, he answered another question when I botheredhim again. He smiles easily and never made me feel inept....Jamie never rushed me, he never huffed in frustration, and he welcomed my every question. He is a special guy with the integrity of a true sales person. I feel blest that he is the one who help me. Thank you seems inqdequate....

They advertised that they would be in dunell, mn from 11am to 5pm to answer any questions we got here at 4 pm they were already gone the staff at the location said they were going to be back at 5pm so we waited they never showed up a couple others came in wanting to speak with them as well, tried to call the fairmont location and you get transferred to a call center, I put in this earlier and they deleted it, so 1 star in my opinion is to high of a ratingGot to the store the manager and staff made things right we are now at&t customers
