I went to the location to purchase a new phone but had to wait 5 minutes outside because the employee had it locked up so she could go to the bathroom. After getting inside she informed me that shes not selling phones today and I should go to Wal-Mart and then come back. Wasted time.

I have been a customer with boost since they bought out virgin mobile. with VM for 10 years. Last night I left the boost store on fairmont Ave with the worst customer service experience ever. I feel the staff must work on commissions because I was told we had to start on a 60 plan to start service for my daughters new phone. And after 45 min and an in expected 35 dollar charge I was handed a bricked up phone and told tht if it doesnt start working in 15 min to call store and they would tell us how to restart it. Got home, restarted it numerous times. Logged into boost site and there simply wasnt enough money on account. I called the store and no one even answered. Well, I didnt have any problems changing the plan to the 35 plan myself.. or getting rid of the 7dollar phone insurance I didnt sign up for.Please let the staff that worked 3/9/21 eve shift know you lost a 3 person boost customer when its new phone time and that most customers know when they are getting played. I wanted to just get a 4G sim card and go home to do it myself, but rep insisted she help out and do it for us, now I know why.I so wish Id have gone elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible I need to speak with a higher level management type representative about whats happened while my account has been documented of my experience and have not been able to get anything solved still at this moment so Ive decided to take a break beings Ive talked to 6-7 representatives from last night thru just now and still have to call back to solve my situation.. please contact me as soon as possible so I can discuss everything..
