This Store is the ONE to go to for service! Rex worked magic getting me back into my account that had been unavailable to me since covid. All other attempts at two physical locations and over the phone could not unlock the mystery, but Rex was able to fix it all!! I love Crickets plans and options and wanted to stay on their network. With Rexs help, I now have 4 lines on the plan of unlimited data, talk and text. Fairmont store is worth the trip!

My wife and I recently stopped in at the local store in Fairmont to have my fathers phone service swapped onto our plan. Skylar was super helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. In these trying times someone with his positive attitude and helpfulness is appreciated.

Skylar is nothing short of a Cellullar Wizard... he has the best customer service of any cell phone service provider. We have had several different carriers over the years, from US Cellullar, Cell One, and we recently switched from AT&T to Cricket. Skylar makes the dreaded trip to the cell phone store quick and painless. Highly recommend Skylar at the Fairmont Cricket store!!

Good service and friendly casher

After having the same carrier (Ill be nice and not name them) for 15 years I had grown to loathe having to go to the actual store for anything due to feeling pressured, feeling like I was tricked and lied to, and not ever getting issues resolved. Also, I was way over paying. My experience today with Conner and I think the managers name was Jay, I left smiling and no longer feel dread should I need to go in-store again. Excellent customer service!

I got a new phone there today and it was a breeze 15 min in and out even kept my old number. Was a diehard us cellular customer but it was to much hassle to upgrade so I switched. Glad I did. If your tired of the games and B.S. with us cell catch a cricket you will be pleasantly surprised

They do not help if you have a problem your on your own they do not care
