I recently had to upgrade my phone due to the fact that my hearing aid app no longer worked on my old phone. I went to the UScellular at 900 Fairmont Ave where Jeff Ledsome helped me. We had to go through 3 different phones before we found one that the app would work on. Jeff was extremely helpful through all of this. He would not give up until I had the right phone. I want to thank both Jeff and USCellular for being so helpful and letting me try 3 phones until we got it right. If your looking to upgrade or switch your cell phone carrier I highly recommend that you go to USCellular at 900 Fairmont Ave and ask for Jeff

Jeff was Very helpful when I came in to switch service from another company, and moving from android to iPhone.He also helped determine which plan would be the best for me with my usage needs and saved me a little money.

I switched carriers from AT&T to lower my bill a bit, but that was a huge mistake. I was informed by the store associate when setting up our new phones that our bill would be slightly higher the first few months until they were able to process the credit for our new phones. Upon receiving our first bill, I was stunned. That slightly higher bill was $134.86 higher than what we had been told it would be! Absolute garbage store and company. I will be switching back to AT&T as soon as I possibly can. I only wish I wouldve realized what a terrible store and company this was before their 15 day trial period was over.

Failed to properly process the payment of my bill and wound up spending hours on the phone with customer service trying to find out what happened to my payment. Was able to get the late charge dropped. They did not have a record or reciept available of me having made the payment. I will not use this store again, and will simply make payments over the phone. 10 of 10 I do not reccomend.
