A few things were missing or stolen from inside my car while it was impounded and towed to their lot... A hidden $100 bill and $13 cash in my console, my step watch- yet they left the band. My seats, doors and trunk were torn and ripped apart. There was a beer can on the floorboard that somehow got pierced and leaked all over my birth certificate and important papers that were sprawled across the inside, not to mention my laptop too... And there are 2 new dents on my front bumper and 3 on the sides, who knows how their non-impound towing service is, I dont ever want to find out. Lol just sayin...

This was not good service for me at all, I bought my car to them for one problem and they gave it back to me with other problems. The check engine light is now on and the car makes horrible loud noise when you cut it on and it used to be quiet. This is a family business so I think they should only service family cars they dont really know what theyre doing theyre horrible, I regret wholeheartedly bringing my car to them.

The mechanic is very good

Extremely rude employees. Highest gas in the nation and they have nothing inside for sale i.e drinks, snacks etc..
