Extremely rude. Very poor customer service. Not everyone has extensive knowledge about cars or towing procedures, so to treat a potential customer like an idiot and talk down to them just because they have questions is completely unacceptable and that is exactly what this establishment did. Be nice to people and have patience....it is most definitely a part of your job to do so. And lastly to raise your voice and basically yell at a customer is completely out of line and should NEVER happen!
