I was having a hard time thinking of something for my mom but then I realized OMG a Pandora bracelet, like mine!! I Went in day before Mother’s Day, stood in line about 15mins and because I know the great quality of the jewelry it didn’t take me long to find the perfect bracelet and charms. Kathleen the manager was a great help.

Horrible place to work/shop. Manager is not only unprofessional to her customers but also her staff! Coming from a former employee, do not waste your time or money dealing with this place. I was in love with PANDORA but after being screwed over by management and HR Im done! Do not support a company that take great employees for granted and mess with their livelihood. ✌ out PANDORA!

Horrible customer service. I spoke with the store manager, Mary, months ago, she was to order a replacement ring for the one i currently have. After never hearing back from them, i finally called. Spoke with Mary, she told me my ring was in. I make the drive over to get it, only to find out they ordered the wrong ring...and the staff i dealt with that evening was less than thrilled to even attempt to help out, i told them I’d come back in a while to give them time to figure it out. All they said was “they’d order it again and let me know when it’s here.” Still haven’t heard a word... . Never again will i step foot in this store.

Pandora was such a great experience for me, the employees were professional and very helpful, especially the manager, Mary. I would recommend going here for great service and beautiful jewelry.

They don’t ever have product in for customers but what’s worse than that is my wife and I tried again a few days ago and the lady who approached us was really smelly.Please train your employees about personal hygiene cause that will scare all of the customers away.

Shopping experience was pretty busy. Product was unable to be located so I chose a different charm.

My husband and I went in looking for beads to put on build your own earrings and the young ladies didnt know what we were talking about! Then when we were getting ready to purchase we didnt have our pandora card and asked if they could look it up and they both real rudely told us no! When we told them they looked up our card in December they both laughed and continued to say No! The young lady with red hair acted so snobby and rolled her eyes! It makes me not want to come back and visit and I love Pandora and wear alot of it!

It is very sad that the store works very hard to represent Pandora in regards of the stores sometimes it’s not always the stores it’s not always the employees it’s not always the managers most of the time it is corporate corporate is the main problem sometimes in the stores and all the problems that they are having because of corporate offices from not doing their jobs they are making employees and managers looking very bad lack of inventory lack of supplies lack of information to the stores about launching a new Merchandise is sometimes it’s fault corporate needs to understand that the face of their stores are their managers in the employees when their stores don’t have inventory to give to customers that looks bad it looks very very awful and bad because the stores are wanting to make their customers happy but corporate is not doing what they’re supposed to Pandora. Step your game up Pandora corporate step your game up get your merchandise to your stores stop messing around and do your job I’m a veryUnsatisfied satisfied customer not because of the store be because of corporate not having their launch merchandise already in their stores so that the manager and employees can show it off when I walk away from a store I love the feeling that I have at Saint Clare Pandora store they make you feel like family but when you have a problem and you call corporate that is when you feel unwanted unsatisfied and not in Porten corporate should not be making customers feel this way the way I walk away from Saint Clare mall Pandora store is the way I want to get off the phone withPandora call to corporate so if anybody reads this corporate step it up and step it up fast because you are making your managers and employees look bad I don’t like posting reviews but your lack of inventory and your lack of supplies in your stores you should be very embarrassed and very ashamed to corporate this is not for the stores this is completely my opinion about corporate and how corporate answered my call and help corporate treated me and the cold that IMade to them felt like they didn’t even care

Terrible experience! This store does not carry too many size 7 rings. When they ordered my size 7, I traveesl about 30 minutes out of my way, and they order the wrong finish. I asked for my money back after 3 trips trying to exchange for a size 7. The manager did not even have enough courtesy to apologise for all the inconvenience they caused. I will never shop this place again.
