Best experience I have ever had at a cellphone store. Had an issue with transferring all of my info after purchasing a new phone and Mark went above and beyond for me to help me get through that issue. If i can rate this 10+ stars i would.

I went in the store for their $40 iPhone 7 preowned special. Was told I had to pay the full $60 bill three months right then and there and that phone price plus activation and set up fees was told $280 would be my current total. I called the one on Pearl Avenue in Lorraine Ohio and they set me up send me out the door with just the one bill for $140 and I got my iPhone 7 these people are scam artists they are liars and deceiving and I will be taking this to a higher level and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau because what they are doing is illegal and not right. Fraud is what it is. It’s in the fine print no 3 month bill is required! Mark and Mike were the employees that handled my experience. If I had the money I’d take them to court for fraud. There’s no reason one store wants 280+$ and one wants 135$. Hopefully this helps someone and if I could’ve I would’ve given negative 6 stars. Have a blessed day boost mobile! Not to mention I was given the wrong number for corporate they gave me 1-888 number corporate is in California and a 1-866 number 😁 I hope the store reads this too because what your doing is more than wrong it’s fraud!!! And theft by deception.

This place was so awesome. They were so nice and generous to me and my whole family. We came in there looking for a deal for 5 phones and they hooked it up!! The guy who works there, Mark, is legitimately the funniest and most reasonable guys ever. Highly recommend this place!! And he gave me a free soda too LOL

I typically avoid going into stores, but had a question regarding my account. The store attendant Mark, was diligent in confirming what my issue was, but also spoke to me about current specials on a new phone. Though I wasnt able to make a purchase then, Ill be going to see him when I can make a purchase. Marks customer service is exemplary and exceeded any other experience Ive had within a mobile store.Thanks Mark.

Ive gotten one of the best deals I could ever imagine. The sales rep kindly greeted me and genuinely wanted to get me the best deal I could afford. Their cases and accessories are inexpensive and high quality as well as the phones and service. I wont go anywhere else but this store from now on

Very helpfull fellow behind the counter. Prices greater than Best Buy or some others. However, This Boost store does have the product while Best Buy has a sale with no sale item available. IMO-in my opinion when is a sale not a sale, when the sale item isnt available.

Mark is fantastic, filled to the brim with patience and knowledgeable. I have never experienced such helpful customer service and I am a customer service rep. He puts me to shame. If a negative thing needs to be said... It was a bit chilly in the store. Thats it.

Horrible service had to switch back to metro. Boost has slow and awful service.

Stay away. Terrible experience failed to provide service and was charged for same No refund policy is solid even if they do not provide service you paid for. I had a phone they said that they could activate and add ti family plan. After activating phone they tried to add to family plan and told by tech support they could not. Refused to refund activation fee on top of transaction fee, and credit card fees.

I really like boost and this is a new store and closer so I went to it to upgrade my daughters phone. The man rang it all up ( offering a $60 screen protector--thank goodness I knew better) and then went to port it. that is when things did not go well. He told me I could not keep my number and told me I owed more money. I knew what he was saying was not true so I went home and spent time on the phone with boost to keep my number and get things the way HE should of worked to HELP. (terrible customer service). If you want boost go to Sam and Eddie it is a farther drive but they are helpful 104th and lorain in cleveland
