Awesome place, very friendly staff, and very knowledgeable. They are willing to help you aquire game related products even if not in store, they take the time to find what you need if available, then they can either do direct to store or your address.

Stopped in this morning to have them troubleshoot the Xbox One I purchased from a friend as my sons Christmas gift. Shane was knowledgeable, helpful and willing to do whatever it took to get my son gaming. Shanes ability to multitask and keep everyone engaged and happy should be commended. This was my first experience at a Game Stop and it could not have better. Thanks to Shane, I now have a very happy 11 year old.

I went to this game stop to buy joy con controllers and on the wall were hanging the orange and purple colors so I grabbed that box, it was empty but I assumed they kept them in the back like they do with their games so I didn’t think anything of it. The line being halfway out the door and the associate Shane just talking away with these customers about his favorite games. I waited in line for a good 20 minutes when finally it was my turn I put the box up on the counter and he goes “nope don’t have those.” Why are they hanging on the wall then? The man behind me was also buying those controllers so he was just as surprised as I was. Do better gamestop, waste of time.

Staff member was great. Very knowledgeable and helped me save money when I was buying games. They also let me ring up everything to know how much gift card money I needed to buy from giant eagle to maximize my fuel perks. She did all of this, being the only staff member working at the time while helping 8 other people in between. I felt appreciated for my business and time, did not feel rushed it pushed into spending money I dont want to spend.

Fairview park location was open for curbside pickup Wednesday so I placed an order. No call the whole day, I kept calling and it was busy. Called another location and they said the location I ordered from wasnt even open, they were to open Friday. Thursday I call and it had switched from ringing and busy (Wed) to our store is temporarily closed. The hours also switched to closed online. Come Friday, the phone actually rings again (always busy) but hours still show as closed. Ordered as a guest so there is no way to cancel my order. Since the transaction goes through at pickup, I cant even cancel through my bank. Why are you allowing online orders for pickup to a store that is closed? It said you would be able to pick up same day.

Every person at this location has been phenomenal!Need help, these ladies are on top of their games. Knowledgeable, helpful and beyond nice! Theres a reason this store is prestige.

Walking in, I was greeted. Asked if my Son and I needed help. And thats ALWAYS a Plus to Me. The store was clean, fully stocked with Everything you might be looking for. And the Staff were Nice, Gold conversation, had answers for all my questions with a Smile. Great Store!

The store itself was pretty nice, but the staff were exceptionally helpful! They even gave me a better deal than what I deserved and shared a pleasant conversation with me. Id definitely recommend this GameStop!

Ive been in a lot of Gamestops around the country. This is one of the better ones. Its a reasonably-sized store. Its a tad cluttered, but I was there around Christmas and there was a ton of stuff out on display. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found what I needed very easily.

Surprised they are still in business, almost no titles. I like hard copies for collecting, but I guess that is a thing of the past
