My service representative is non responsive. My car was brought in on Friday morning and I literally had to track her down for a response. It was not until 6pm at close on Friday that the rep called me back. Till this morning I cannot tell you the diagnosis or the timeline for repair. I have had better reps. This one was just scattered and unprofessional or just not knowledgeable.

Always a great job and awesome service

I have phoned 3 times to find out information, could not speak with a service advisor left a message. Did not receive a call back, called back and was told a the service manager would call me. Must be extremely busy, or my questions are not important as it has been a couple of days and still no return phone call.
