Called for service, very rude employee answered in the service area. They wanted to charge 140 just to get the car in and see if it has a problem or not.

Share the same sentiments like Dane Ayers and was also in a similar situation.. I opted out.

Bought a 2018 Wrangler from different dealership and came in to this dealership for service. Was having problems with loud wind noises coming through the windshield only on the passenger side. After they had my car for DAYS they first said that it was normal and all jeeps have that problem... I then drove other 2018 jeeps they had for sale none of them had that same problem!! After I told them that they basically said they didnt want to fix it and it wasnt there problem!! They also charged me $130 for them to do NOTHING!!! This car is also still under warranty and less than 5,000 miles on it!! Never go here for service unless you want to be ripped off!!!Called different dealerships and corporate they stated you shouldnt be charged if the vehicle is still under factory warranty which it is!!
