I was always impressed by the service provided by their employees, especially in handling very sensitive issues pertaining to interlock device issues, and the flexibility they provided me when needing to reschedule appointments. I would like to give special thanks to the scheduling team and Nick in Kalamazoo for all their help and accommodation they have provided me over the years.
When picking what interlock to go with there are many choices, I chose Nationwide because they were reasonably priced with the closest location. Had good customer service, not so good payment system. All in all it wasn’t horrible, it wasn’t fantastic. I would use them again if I had to.
I had a interlock installed in my vehicle for 1 year through Nationwide Interlock. Every single agent was very respectful and professional. Other than the fact that they require a monthly payment and a removal fee they have been very easy to work with throughout my experience.
Wonderful technicians, always on time, they helped make this time in my life easier to deal with. If you have to get an interlock installed in your car, this is the best company that Ive found. Hopefully I never have to do this again but Id choose them over any other company.
I hated having the machine!! but Nationwide Interlock was all right! good people to deal with very helpful and easy to contact!! And hope I dont ever have to have this machine again lol

I chose this company because I was advised that their devices are less likely to give you a false positive, and it was true. Never had any issues with my device. I want to give a special shout out to Matt at the Farmington Hills location! He did a vehicle transfer for me and the tow truck for the disabled car was quite late. It is very difficult to get two cars there at the same time especially when one doesn’t run and you can’t drive the other one. Matt reassured me it will be OK and instead of complaining about the vehicle getting there late he just reassured me it will be ok and he made it happen. If you need an interlock - get one at Nationwide Interlock! The phone customer service is great, the Drager works great, and employees like Matt treat you with dignity and respect! Matt is an A+ employee! Thank you Matt and Nationwide Interlock!

The device can be kind of pain have to get used to it. I had mine for 2 years a year longer then I was suppose to do to COVID. But as far as the staff and customer service is concerned. No complaints did a good job installing and removing and working with me on problems that arose. In the phone customer service could not be better.
They have been a great service for me since the I got my dragger unit installed. They took great care of making sure I had my proper paperwork and the billing ladies always made sure I knew what was going on they were also very kind and sweet 👍. The technician service was great also.

Never had any issues with the interlock device. No false positives for blowing. No malfunctions. They offered me a light that goes off when youre supposed to blow and without that I probably would have missed a few. It did cost like 10$ extra but its worth it. The machine is easy to use. Happy

I am very impressed with Nationwide. I have had an interlock system for over 2 years and i have had zero issues with my device or Nationwide as a company. I used Cadillac Automotive as my installation/servicing site and they have been fantastic also. THANK YOU MIKE!! I have seen some pretty angry reviews on here about Nationwide but the bottom line is this: Nationwide was not the one who ordered me to have this interlock in my vehicle, they did not make me get a DUI, they are simply providing a service so i can legally drive my car. If you follow the rules and pay your bill ON TIME and make it to your scheduled appointments ON TIME, they will do everything they possibly can to make the difficult situation easier. I hit a deer so my car needed to be in the body shop for a week. I spoke with Nationwide and they helped me through a vehicle transfer (ultimately the unit stayed in my car) so the body shop did not have to deal with the interlock device. They have waived a number of fees on reports, and were extremely cooperative on scheduling. I would highly recommend Nationwide to anyone that is required to have an interlock installed in their vehicle. THANK YOU for making a miserable situation just that much easier. I am getting my device out today so i can honestly say, from start to finish, Nationwide was a great company to work with!!

My experience with Nationwide Interlock was very positive. I cant speak to the value because I didnt check around anywhere else for prices. I had heard a lot of horror stories about interlock devices detecting false positive samples, which was worrisome to me. I had no such issues with the Drager device. The staff is very helpful, and scheduling was always very flexible/prompt. If you have to go through the hassle of having an interlock ignition device I would definitely recommend Nationwide and the Drager device.

There was one malfunction with my first device that had to be replaced. That was quickly taken care of and theres no other troubles to report. There were no false reports, and my year with the device went smooth. I would suggest this device to a friend.Would have been 5 stars, but I thought it was petty that I had to pay $10 extra every month for the (necessary) LED attachment. One $10 payment would have covered that actual cost of the LED and then some. Was very displeased about that.

The folks at Nationwide have been true professionals in communicating billing, scheduling or questions in general. The Drager unit worked as designed and didnt provide any false readings. I was nervous about picking the correct Breathalizer company bc I heard horror stories. I end up picking Nationwide interlock in Farmington Hills and I was definitely satisfied with the service I had with them for the year. I highly recommend them

Highly recommend! I chose a competitor the first time around and they used an inferior unit to the Draeger unit Nationwide Interlock installs. Needless to say I had many issues and that cost me a chance at having my driving privileges restored. When I received a second chance I chose Nationwide Interlock and had just one issue which their technicians promptly replaced at no charge. Everyone I dealt with, from scheduling to the techs were friendly and professional. I am happy to say I received full driving privileges from the state.
