Very good service, quick oil change and reasonable prices. They charged $24.99 for regular oil change, $39.99 for semi synthetic and $49.99 for full synthetic. They also had$5 off discount on each, plus after 5 oil changes you get 50%off.They also checked, brakes, transmission fluids, tires and filled up coolant. Definitely recommended!

I went to Quality Express Lube Farmington Hills MI because I had a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change. I was told when I arrived to swipe and reedeem the Groupon by tech/managerJimmy. After I swiped it he insisted I needed a special carbon oil filter for my car. I questioned him but again he insisted I needed it. I went along with it because I never had a full synthetic oil change before and because I just got this car recently and I already swiped the Groupon. I dont believe this was true that I really needed a special oil filter and if they actually gave me anything other then a standard oil filter. I googled carbon oil filter and nothing came up. I think it was a way for them to get another $5 from me. Also, I was never shown the dip stick afterwards or seen the oil filter he used etc. I am not actually sure I really got the full synthetic oil I paid for either. Because of this I believe they lost a customer. EDIT: FROM REPLY, I cant find anything about a carton oil filter either? What is a carton oil filter and is it required for a 2010 Toyota Prius??? If I did not need this carton oil filter or if this filter is just a standard filter I should get a full refund..

Quick and friendly service.. reasonable price for oil change..they do service without appointment too. Oil change and engine flush took less than twenty five minutes. They charged fourty five dollars full synthetic oil change with Groupon. There is a week+ wait time for all the other oil change services near this area. So, I recommend these folks for oil change and other services.

Friendly and timely service. Visited for the first time.. oil change and cleaning took less than 25 minutes. Called few guys around this area, everyone has 1-2weeks wait time..when I called Quality express lube, Chris was friendly and asked me to bring the vehicle... I will be visiting them for my next oil change too.

Wow never experienced such great service at any automobile-servicing place! Usually places like these try to con you into spending more money on problems that are nonexistent. I cannot recommend this place enough! Came here on a whim to see if someone could fix my busted out back window. Jimmy was able to find a replacement window, and have someone come fix it in under an hour, while most places couldn’t get me in before several days, and with very high quotes. I have brought my car here numerous times and always have a great experience! My husband told me how professional the employees were and educated him on the Chevron and Havoline brands since it is not as well known here like it is the south and out west. Jimmy and his crew go out of their way to teach and show you how all your fluids are looking and should be. I would recommend this place over any other quick lube. Jimmy was amazing! Very responsible!The place is under a new ownership and it is a major upgrade! Jimmy took his time with us and are car is used and my boyfriend (who knows a bit about cars) had questions. Jimmy answered them all along with hooking are car up to a computer to scan it. Amazingly, we were not pressured as most places do and we’re told a lot of our fluid and filter were already good. Seems honest!

They blatantly lie to your face and pressure you and shame you into buying unnecessary services for your vehicle. This was conducted during an undercover review on honestly in oil change facilities. It was someone named Andy or Adam that was servicing me and went on to tell me that my engine is bad and my oil was black. They also told me my filter was bad and then actually showed me my air filter which wasnt bad at all anyway. They told me that I needed to get an engine flush every time I get an oil change.. We brought in a new car. This place definitely tries to run your pockets if you are female. They think that we dont know basic car knowledge. Women beware.

This is hands-down the best oil change place and car repair shop within 50 miles of here. Jimmy and his crew always do such a wonderful job. Not only are they the best place in town but THEY’RE THE MOST HONEST. I took my car here because it wouldn’t start. I had it towed there and unlike most unhonest repair places They only fixed what really needed fixing. Most places could’ve taken advantage and said that they needed to install a starter Or change alternator or there’s some wire they had to replace and charge me $700 or something crazy. But Jimmy and his crew being very honest told me that I simply just needed to replace my battery and got me back on the road in no time! I had a friend that recommended Quality Express instead of Ford dealer services. So I wanted to give them a try and I was extremely satisfied with their services. They went above and beyond to check my brakes, tire and also gave a list of some things that I need to replace. The staff were very friendly and very nice. I will definitely bring my mom and sister car to this shop.

The most honest oil change shop I have been too since I came in MI. I keep on jumping from one to another because I was never satisfied with how they change my car’s oil. It seems that they are just cheating me and it’s true! This is a great place to go and service your car. They will not sell you things you do not really need. Honest and great people. When to this place for the first time today and it definitely wont be my last. Not only was the service here fantastic but the prices were extremely reasonable. I got FS oil in my car for cheaper than places who have previously sold me Semi Synthetic. Jimmy was fantastic not only did he complete an oil change for me, he also made me aware of some other issues he would take care of, but did not pressure me into anything. I also got an engine flush on my car and whilst he was doing the work he explained every step to me and helped me to understand the work he was doing. I came away from here a very satisfied customer and they will be receiving my business in the future. 5 out of 5 would recommend.

Adam, Jimmy and Frank were amazing! Best customer service ever. The oil plug screw thing was loose and leaking oil because it was strapped so bad from the last place I went to have an oil change. The guys were so great, they worked on everything else while one of them took the time to replace the plug with a brand new one FOR FREE. They were so nice and professional and got it done right. I will refer people to them and will tell owner they deserve a raise!

Fast service, I stopped over for an oil change, the guys were really fast and friendly. They went above and beyond and checked the condition of the brake and other things, though I didn’t ask them anything. They also shown me the air filter and it was dirty, so I changed that as well. I am happy with the service received. This place seems to be overpriced and that’s the only reason for 4 star rating.

Stopped in because I needed an oil change and the car was overheating on our drive down to Chicago. They could have easily taken advantage of my wife and I as we are moving to Chicago and they knew we most likely won’t be repeat customers and could have charged us to flush the coolant, replaced the filter etc... because it was overheating. They topped everything off and sent us on our way. Thank you again!

As a woman getting anything done on my car can be a bit daunting. I expect to have someone attempt to pressure me into buying services or parts I didnt come in for (or need). But not here! Quality Express Lube is a smaller size shop and they are quick! The two gentleman working there were kind and honest. They didnt try to up-sell me on anything. They simply gave me knowledge and suggestions for the future. They also gave me a punch card which ensures I pay the same price everytime I go in and after so many punches you save $20. I will continue to give them my business!
