Very easy way to move! They did a walk- through with me to start so they knew exact what to move. Asked me to walk through to be sure it was all moved. Efficient, nice gentlemen doing the moving. Same with the office personnel who arranged the move, called to see how it was going and of the estimator who comes after the first phone call. I will use them again.

I had the best experience with Corrigan Moving Systems in terms of punctuality and quality. I was been updated about the pickup and delivery and they kept their promise. The time for pickup and delivery was also pretty short. This helped us in getting ourselves setup fast without any issues. Even though there were damages to the items, I was asked to fulfil the form and the full amount claimed was refunded. This was a pretty neat service I have come across so far. Appreciate their service.

A good company and a good value

My husband and I moved from OH to SC. Moving is always stressful, but the coordinators at Corrigan communicated every step of the process. Tim came out for the estimate and made sure I was comfortable with and understood the items in the quote. The person who packed the boxes, although a bit curt and patronizing, did a great job ensuring everything was secure (his attitude, though, is why I didnt give five stars). The men who loaded the truck, Roger and Omar, were great, and Sam, the driver, was spot on with the directing loading and completing the driving. All around, I would DEFINITELY use Corrigan again. They were fantastic!

Very bad experience with this company. It started with the person who came to give the estimate (Chuck); he was arrogant, impatient with our questions.Then on the day of the move, the crew that came was the least experienced, compared to my previous moves; on top of a negative attitude from beginning till the end. They damaged a sofa, my walls, and instead of apologizing, the head of the crew was upset b/c he found the move more difficult than he expected!When we got to the new house, they were rushing and the quality of the job went down even further. Boxes placed all over in the wrong places. Heard the head of the crew tell others that he wants to be home soon!Finally, the ripping off. When we got to the payment, Antonio, the head mover told me that they used only one truck, and that is how they will charge me. But later, the company sent me a bill for a second truck. When I protested, supported by what Antonio told me, the answer was that it’s true that no furniture at all was loaded in the second truck, but they needed it anyway to transfer their equipment. A whole truck for equipment! Reversing and contradicting what I saw and was told on the move day. I could not reason with anybody from the company, and again, always the same arrogance and indifference to the customer.I waservice in return, the opposite. It’s just a completely losing equation for any customer, and i recommend strongly against it. There are much better options all around.

My move using Corrigan was excellent. The estimate was competitive and prompt. Free moving boxes could be picked up at the office. Protection of floors and the objects being moved was excellent. A piano was moved with no damage. The Driver was excellent, and even came back the day after the move with some boxes which were found in remote part of the truck.

I recently relocated from Chattanooga, TN to Detroit, MI and the company that I work for sponsored the move through Corrigan. I had to leave all of my belongings in TN and come to MI for work very quickly. Corrigan picked up my belongings while I was gone and they did such a fantastic job. All of my things arrived the other day and they were in the nicest condition. Had Corrigan move my home and the guys who moved us were very nice, but I lost a decorative pillow, some car floor mats and bolts to put my treadmill back together. I called my moving coordinator and she had me call the insurance coordinator. She asked the guy who was in charge of the move but he said they couldn’t find anything In the truck and denied my claim. Mover beware!

We have made 10 moves, 7 of which were interstate moves. We have used Corrigan twice - we will use them one more time when we move to our new home in Farmington Hills. They are the top of the line. Extremely professional, courteous and friendly. They treat you like family. You cannot find a better company to take care of you and your belongings.

Corrigan moved our small family from the US to the UK and the experience was really smooth. From initial pick up and packing at our home through the communication as we waited for our items to arrive to the arrival of our items, everything went well. As this was our first big move overseas, we were nervous about the experience, but in the end, all of our items arrived in good shape with little effort on our part (regarding customs and coordination). Communication on our challenging international move was a prime requirement. Corrigan (and explicitly the Corrigan agent Kristy) more than met my expectations, and I have high expectations.My questions were _all_ _promptly_ answered. Kristy was very reachable, if she wasnt available immediately when I called, she always called back shortly. e-mail communications equally met my demands. If information wasnt available, she told me when to expect to receive it, and the she followed through and got it o me.All of the information I required (including a ton I wasnt aware of) was given to me on a very timely basis so I had plenty of headroom to jump through the hoops.I felt that the estimate was very fair and the bill came in on target, once again, no surprises. Bill dont like surprises.The local contract movers were at the door when they said they would be, came with plenty adequate packing, and beat their estimated time to pack us up.Do you get the impression I cannot say enough good about Corrigan? Well, youre right.

My wife and I have moved 8 times together. We were coming off our worst move last year. This move was by far the best we have ever experienced! Everything was planned and communicated well by our coordinator and the crews that we had on both the load and unload side were excellent. But the best thing about the move was the driver, Kyle. He was professional, thorough and tireless. He made every attempt to do whatever we asked him to, with the exception of things that they were not allowed to do by company policy. But even on those he explained thoroughly the reason why and made sure we understood. We HATE moving (and hope this our last one for a LONG time) but Kyle helped to make this a painless of an experience as could be had.

The handover to their partners on the other side of the pond was seamless and very clean.I dont know where my stuff would have wound up if we didnt have Corrigan holding our hand through the process!

Used Corrigan for an international move from Grand Rapids, MI to Suzhou, China. The move wasnt organized (on my side) until the last minute and Corrigan did a great job reacting and getting our items packed and shipped in a very short amount of time. The delivery also went smoothly, we had no issues with customs and all our items arrived in perfect condition. They had agents in both the US and China which were very helpful in keeping me advised throughout the entire process. I would definitely use them again.

I cant say enough about my move with Corrigan Moving and Storage. Everyone was so professional and helpful! I encountered a situation with the selling and buying of my home in which I had to put my belongings in storage for 2 months with short notice. Corrigan was able to meet my schedule on short notice both with the move out and the move in. Everything was packed very well with not one item missing, damaged or broken!! All the staff I worked with where very knowledgeable, nice and professional. Awesome Job!!

Corrigan was very professional and provided excellent service. Ralph was our salesperson and gave us all the information we needed to prepare for our move from MI to TX. He was responsive when we had questions and gave us good suggestions on how to pack items such as lamps, framed photos etc. ( we did our own packing.).Corrigan has an excellent website with guides for every step of the moving process. We were also given contacts at Corrigan if we were unsure about anything.Corrigan called us a couple of times to see if we were clear on everything and to answer any questions we might have.On moving day Jim and Raymond arrived at exactly 8:00 am, the time that was promised us.Jim and Ray did an outstanding job preparing our furniture for the move and loading the truck with our many boxes. They worked without break they were friendly but did their job. There were no scratches left on our walls or floor!When they arrived in Texas Jim and Ray did an equally outstanding job unloading our inventory. Then as pre-arranged they delivered some of our furniture to our sons apartment. This was a difficult delivery that required that they carry furniture up a hill and then up a flight of stairs. Never once did they complain.We recommend Corrigan for your moving needs. The price was right and we were 100% satisfied.

Working with Jenny Dobie at Corrigan Moving was a terrific experience. Shipping furniture and miscellaneous household items from Michigan to London, England was something I had never done before, and I didnt know where to begin. I had lots of questions and concerns about all the details of this move, and Jenny was attentive and responsive, answering my many questions. The move went according to plan and all details were handled through Customs and delivering the furniture to my daughters flat in London. The furniture arrived on time and in perfect condition. Corrigan had great communication and customer service during my move. I had never used a moving company before, and they explained the whole process to me and answered all of my questions. The movers arrived on the scheduled date to pack my things and were very friendly and efficient, even while moving all my stuff out of a second floor apartment. My items arrived at my new home on time as well, and nothing was damaged or missing. However it did take a few days after I called for someone to come remove the moving boxes after I unpacked. Overall though, I thought the experience was very good and would consider hiring Corrigan again for my next move.

I have moved with Corrigan twice in the last 4 years. The first move was with a crew of gentlemen from Pontiac in 2012, the second time just two weeks ago with the crew from Dearborn. Both moving crews provided excellent service during such a stressful time. They made sure all of the floors at the old house and new were covered and protected from the elements, and handled all of our belongings with excellent care. The customer service department was professional and friendly, and took the time to call during the move to make sure everything was running smoothly. I want to start this review off by saying the movers were the most professional, nice, and wonderful people one could ask for. They went above and beyond. We loved the job they did.However, the big mistake this company made was in the estimating process. The estimator showed up with my wife. She walked him room to room for a total explanation of what was moving on the day. He understood clearly what we had to move. He quoted it and everything seemed fine. He underestimated the amount of time in a big way. They also called us and told us that the cost will be increasing by $800.00. Not a small amount off, $800 more!What is the point of sending an estimator if the rate can change that much? If I did this with my clients I would not last long. This is unacceptable.Its a shame. The movers were incredible. Wanted this to be a 5 star review for their service provided. Watch out and ask when they are estimating costs so you dont get stuck with additional costs.Response to Corrigan:We added one additional stop 0.7 miles away from our destination and I drove my truck with the movers to the stop. They did not drive the truck to the additional stop. We also moved a couch, a large tv and stand, 37 packed boxes, and a large hutch in the kitchen that was all a part of the original estimate. Despite all of that, moving appliances back to the house costs an additional $800 that we negotiated down to $636. You charged us 40% more to move a washer and dryer to the old residence. Sure wish that would have been communicated to us.

As I had only a few pieces of furniture and boxes to be shipped from Michigan to California, they handled the move professionally, answered all my questions and appointments including delivery were on time. We first used Corrigan in 2007 when my company, who had a contract with them, moved us the Europe for an Ex-pat assignment. They did a great job on a complex move, where we had stuff shipping to Europe and stuff remaining in Michigan in a storage vault. They were helpful in keeping us organized with the sticker tracking system. Needless to say when we decided to move on our own in 2015, we solicited many quotes from local movers and once again we decided to go with Corrigan. The pricing was extremely competitive and again they delivered on great customer service. Even though we had different crews when we moved out of the old house and into storage and than a few months later moving into the new house. They were all very professional and did a great job in not breaking anything or damaging any walls and floors. We have a strong recommendation to use Corrigan for your future move.

Thousands of $$ of stuff was missing or broke, third party delivered our stuff after we were told they dont hire out. Horrible experience for the move in not the move out.

Worst end of intrastate mover ever! Dont deserve 2 star. Hauler from nother state drop my stuff here 7.13 now almost 2 weeks later i am still waiting! Allegedly 1st job run behind! Well dah maybe mine shoulda been delivered first da ya think! Use bekins they r best. Thr hauler picks up n drops at ur new place.

Each and every time Ive seen one of the Corrigan trucks on the road they have been doing something insufferably stupid. My favorite instance is when one of them straight up didnt have the hatch open in the back. Who knows how much stuff fell out. Ive been cut off by a driver peeling out from an off-ramp across 3 Lanes of traffic and today Ive had one of their 18 wheelers taking up three lanes trying to merge with no signal. In short they do not hire the most qualified drivers at all and I would wager that your stuff is not safe.

Moved from Michigan to London England using Corrigan. Everything was done in a professional manor and will use them again in the future.

Worst Moving Company every, they will lie to your face. They moved me from Mi to AZ and had damaged furniture that they refused to fix. DONT USE THESE GUYS.
