I will never get a truck back again from this location. I DO NOT recommend that you get a truck from these guys, they will bill you for more days than you used their truck for. It looks like they are used to such way of doing business with people.Here is my story:I reserved a truck to pick up at 5pm on 8/5/16, and return in next day 8/6/2016 at 5pm, the agent on the chatting system told me I need to pick it earlier, because these guys close at 3pm, I said OK, and we changed it to 3pm.On that day, 8/5/16, I received a call from this location asking me to arrive earlier than 3pm, obviously the guy there wanted to go home early! I understand, no problems! I said Ill try my best, and I really did, but the I could not arrive before 3pm, and of course, I was polite enough to apologize for being late, the guy there said it is OK, but it looks like it was not!He printed out the paperwork, and gave it to me, and we left the place, my friend who accompanied me to this location noticed that the papers say that it is a two-day reservation, while I had a copy of the reservation that I received from Penske via email saying that the reservation is between 8/5/16 3pm to 8/6/16 3pm, we did not go back to the office, because weve noticed this error after they have closed, instead, I called them but nobody was there, I called a 1800 number on the paperwork, and the agent told me that there is nothing to be worried about, all I needed to do is to return the truck before the 24 hours elapse, and they will take good care of me.I moved my stuff using the truck, and everything went smooth, then I returned the truck with same condition next day on Saturday 8/6/16 at 2:45pm, no one was at the office, I dropped the keys in the drop box, and left. I also called their office and left a voicemail, telling them that I left the truck at 2:45pm on that day.Almost ten days went on, and I received nothing from these guys, and since the payment card I used was an overseas bank, thus I dont have an access to its account online, I was not able to know how much theyve billed me. I made a call a week ago to their office, and a guy responded, he gave me the information of the bill, and it turned out theyve billed me for two days as they printed on the paperwork, I explained to him that I reserved it for one day, and I returned before the 24 hours elapsed, he responded that they (as another office, and I dont know which office is that!) are not responsible of this error because calls are transferred to their office after 3pm, and he will let them know of this error and let them get back to me next day. I waited . . . . . . and still waiting . . . . . .I called them today, but no one is answered, even though their hours of operation on Saturday are the same as any other day.I dont know how long I should wait and how many calls I should pay to get the difference these guys got from my account.This review is my first action, and I will file a dispute to Penske, if I could get to them in any means.
Had a Uhaul reservation at first but gotba call from a rep from Penske and offered a cheaper price. I cancelled my uhaul reservation and booked with Penske. I never received an b email confirmation, so a few days before the move, I called the location and confirmed everything was fine. Day of the move I got a call saying they have no truck and could we postpone our pick up time an hour or two. I agreed. After that time my husband went to pick up the truck. I get a call saying there is still no truck and theyll call us when one is ready. Then I get a call from my husband saying the location we had a reservation at has a truck but there is nobody thete and just a sign that says will be back at 7 oclock (no am or pm). So we call the person who contacted us to say our truck isnt ready and told him there isnt anyone at this location and he said thats really strange, let me make some calls and get back to you. Hours go by... no phone call or truck. My husband calls back hours later (every other company had their trucks booked up bc its a saturday in prime moving season) and the rep says sorry... the best we can do now is 9am tomorrow. DO NOT go with this unreliable company. Uhaul will beat any price they give you. Will never use this service again. They didnt care and offered nothing to make it right.
