I rented a space from Chad today, he was a fill in from another location. (9 mile) He was great. Very informative, honest and easy to talk to. I think I stayed 20 minutes longer than my business just chatting with him. I wish every place I shop could have an employee like Chad. Truly makes your day. Thank you Chad. I rented here once before years ago, always clean and well kept here which is why I chose this place to come to again.

Jan was very helpful. The unit that I moved into was dirty. The hallways also need to be cleaned from litter all over. There should be oversight when a party moves from a unit, it should be inspected and cleaned if dirty.

RUDE! I called asking for a specific advertised price and was hung up on. Must be bait and switch. Advertised 1 dollar 1st month but it didnt exist and ended up costing 80 even at 50% off. I was trying to understand when the man hung up on me. Buyer beware.

Moving for the first time in 30 years. Came in to get information on storage and Samantha was extremely helpful. She was able to give me hope that this move won’t be as difficult as I imagined it would be. During the holiday season it seems as those people who work with the public forget to be nice but that was not the case with Samantha at this public storage. I came in with my 2 yr old son looking for info on renting storage as I will be moving next month. Samantha was wonderful. She explained everything to me in great detail as I have never had to store before. She was so nice and went way above and beyond when my son was getting crabby she engaged him in conversation and gave him a pencil and paper to draw on so he didnt feel left out. I cant tell you how many people I have come across that would have been annoyed and gotten an attitude with me for having my 2 yr old with me. But not her!! Samantha. We thank you very much for your kindness and your patience with my son while I asked a ton of stupid questions. I will be back to rent!!!
