The window they replaced STILL leaks after driving 12 hours round trip to try and get it fixed a 2nd time. The entire top edge drips when it rains and it soaks my entire back seat.I live on the road and inside my vehicle is one of the only places I have where my things are SUPPOSED to be safe from weather so this is entirely unacceptable for me.

Great work for great price. Needed new windshield for our Suburban - they got it done the afternoon of the same day I called. Several people told me to come here and Im glad I did. The owner himself installed the windshield and since he saw I was interested, he allowed me to watch and talk to him while he worked. He explained each step and what shortcuts other glass shops might take, just for my education. Very pleasant, very quick and I would definitely recommend them or go back if I need more glass work in the future!

Had my windshield replaced about two weeks ago. They were courteous and got me in and out in under an hour. Noticed a wind whistle later, took it back and they fixed it no charge. Their work comes with a warranty. I checked about six glass shops and A-1 gave the lowest quote and had the best reviews. Highly recommend and I dont believe you can go wrong here.

We got a windshield replaced last week and are really happy with their service. They had our windshield there and were able to accommodate an appointment within that day. They did the work in an hour like they said, and their price was less than the places we had called. They greet you kindly and professionally. We also have a nice warranty with it and know they will honor it. They will give you excellent work and you will save money here.

We had our van window replaced here today and a different car last year. Super job, very nice people who had a quality movie on in the waiting area . There is a good Mexican restaurant within walking distance which makes it a double great experience. Best of all, was it didn’t kill our pocket book. Thanks A1

We are on a long roadtrip in January when our windshield suffered a crack over 3/4 of the width of our windshield. They replaced our cars back window. and when they got done, we cashed out and tax was a lot! we took a look at it, the window strip wasnt placed in right and now its bothering me!the next day my 4 year old was sitting in the back and she kept finding glass everywhere, and a small piece made her knee bleed -_-

My window fell into the door and we took it to techna-glass to get fixed. The tech had a really hard time putting it in the part but he finally did and a few weeks later it fell in again. I made an appointment with techna-glass but they made me wait over thirty minutes after my appointment only to tell me that it was ganna take 2 hours to fix it. I decided to come back later because I had my kids and stoped by A-1 to see if they could get me in faster. The owner was honest about when they would be able to get my vehicle in so I came back at the time he said and didnt even have to wait 1 minute for them to take it back. It took less than an hour to install the part and he explained to me that the last tech to work on my car messed up the installation so thats probably why it fell in again. They were super professional and they guarantee their work. Techna-glass was ganna charge me again to fix something that (I didnt know at the time) they messed up in the first place. A-1 charged me an extreamly reasonable amount compared to techna-glass and they did a superb job. They are a locally owned family business with (I think) over 30 years experience and I would highly recommend them.
