I thought they were very professional and very nice. They checked and double checked to make sure my prescription was correct. Ive read some bad posts about them on here, but maybe those folks werent wearing masks.

I appreciated how much the receptionist was willing to help me with getting an appointment based on my circumstances. She remained professional when I called and told her I couldn’t make it. She kindly rescheduled another time. That made me feel like they really wanted me as a customer. The waiting time is reasonable. I questioned why? why do customers come and go so quickly here? That lead me to wonder if we’re getting the best possible exams and prescriptions or is it simply about making money by getting in as many customers as possible and that is done by quick exams resulting in incorrect prescriptions. After the exam I felt the service was well enough. I went to the other side of the building to choose my frames. There was a good selection to choose from even the $19.95 section had some favorable ones! I found myself being fooled by gimmicks and false advertising in the past by other offices so I very much appreciate that there’s no gimmick or false advertising on the outside of this building. It’s welcoming but no pushy! My family and I will make this our place to go for exams and glasses!

Customer service was very friendly. Cost ended up being much more than the original price quoted. Would not reccomend to anyone due to high prices. I found same service and products elsewhere at much lower cost.

Ive been coming here for years and the experience has always been great, really its as well rounded out as you could hope for, great people working here anytime Ive ever come in as well as very quick about getting me my contacts & normally glasses within 24-48 hours of when I saw them (Ive always favored contacts but Im pretty sure they have a same day service on glasses now).Most recently I had called in because I needed to get a refill of my contacts or get new glasses, I had been pushing off doing either till the point of being completely without either and Im severely vision impaired so practically no sight when it comes to times where I dont have one or the other.I called here and they were booked for over a month so I called around to every place I could find within 45mins and everyone was same booked for 4-6 weeks.I called back to here since they have my information so hoping to just make order however when I explained my situation they got me a trial pair of my contacts and even were able to get me in a few days later based on somebody canceling.So very thankful they are such a great place otherwise I could have been walking around nearly blind for a long time severely effecting every aspect of my life.Great people, great place.Thanks again

The staff were great the service was amazing the only thing I would suggest is making sure the equipment is wiped down and frames that people try on get put aside to be sanitized before going back do help reduce spread of covid but other than that I was quite impressed with how everyone was wearing masks and just all around very nice people. Had a great laugh when the lady almost told me to have a seat but Im in a wheelchair and she stopped herself mid sentence, I am the kind of person to never let a good joke go to waste so we all got a great laugh 😂 Highly recommend this place.

Although it was as extremely busy, I was late and they were very nice and got me in an hour later and I didnt just have to sit and wait the rescheduled me, loved Dr. Gordon very nice man and he kept it simple. The only thing is its easy to get confused about where to enter and wait for you eye exam vs. getting your glasses, they are separate, but had a great experience getting my glasses as well!!!

My experience was delightful, after other people use the equipment, they sanitized it, before I sat down, the workers were very nice. There were sooo many people there, waiting, and they got to me pretty fast. I got my glasses the same day I went in, which was pretty awesome.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and every time I come back. I receive a great experience and customer service. The doctor is very helpful and answered all of my questions.

Checked in at appointment time...staff was pleasant. Kept waiting and waiting. Half hour goes by and several people came and went during that time. I finally asked if I had been overlooked...the girl was evidently checking my insurance..anorher girl took over and said my insurance was fine and got the ball rolling and was taken back immediately. Leslie was taking care of me and he was great!

Everything went smooth was in and out. Dr was very nice and made it comfortable. I know they dont deal with the optical side but they have gone up in their prices. Just a couple of yrs ago I got 2 pair for under 100$ this time one pair for 137$ and I have to get kid frames so cudnt afford the bifocals that I needed 😕

Upon going in and forgetting what I needed to bring. The front desk staff were soo nice and courtesy about waiting whose next in line. Like they literally speak with there eyes to get your attention. My questions were answered they were helpful. I brought both my daughters in for a same time appointment with only took 25 mins together. I was in and out of there. The doctor we saw was very informative and made the appointment none weird for a mama and her babies. Place is welcoming, informative and helpful. Just remember to call ahead for an appointment.

I have been getting my eye exams at Sky View for at least 5 years. This year, I scheduled an exam for my 6 yr old son. They did really well explaining to him what he needed to do so that they could check his eyes. They patiently listened to his stories & questions.

Visit was for 3 family members and overall it was a nice visit- professional and quick service. It did feel like there was alot of people being seen but we got done in no time. We have been here before and will again later. Thanks for your service.

Fantastic place, Ive been searching for months to get an appointment for an eye exam and was thankful they had time to schedule me in the same day I called. Great and friendly staff. I especially loved how they sanitized everything in front you, I appreciated the service.

Little wait time. Reception individual’s were too over professional, no smile, no welcoming demeanor. But they did a great job checking me in. Medical assistant was welcoming and had a chill tone about her, she was friendly. Doc was professional, welcoming and friendly. Overall experience wonderful!!!

Shower up for my appointment, they got me in quick, got my vision checked. Then not even 30 minutes I was already done. Fast and friendly service.

I called in for emergent appointment, for eye injury. The phone system was nit working well and I was disconnected twice and unable to get through the someone two other times, but when I did I got a 2:30 appointment, I was calling at 12:30. I showed up at 2:30, seen doctor, got glasses ordered and still made a 3:30 meeting on the other side of town. Excellent service, but the trouble with the phone and answering system almost sent me elsewhere before we ever started.

I don’t doubt in the least that the yearly exam I just received was done professionally and accurately. Thank you. How do I put this in words? I was just another number or an entity to be dealt with and quickly pushed through. I see this in the service community more so after COVID. I am concerned the mask wearing ( weather right or wrong) may have created a loss of human caring and respect as individuals. We are in a different time for sure. Those that can break through this barrier have come an insurmountable way for sure.

I wanted specific eyeglasses and they had it. My eye glasses were ready in less than an hour. Staff was super helpful!

I got there for regular check ups and I am always happy with the service.

I was very satisfied with the service I received here. Im blind without my contacts or my glasses and had to remove my contacts to do part of my exam. The little gal that did my exam was very helpful and understanding. While going from one room to the other I had to feel along the walls to find my way. But the gal that was getting me set up took me by the hand and helped me every time I had to move. The Dr was very professional and got my exam done and took the time to fine tune my contacts. I will be using them in the future and will be referring my family and friends to them.....

Great staff was help by sapphire and everything was great . I was not rush thru my eye exam and completed everything in a timely manner. Staff was polite which is great.

Was not happy about the service. Had to wait about 15 minutes or so for me to see the doctor. My appointment was about 4:30 they kept calling other patients untill i had to get up and to ask the assistance when was i supposed to seen doctor. Finally they called me but was happy with the doctor he explained and was very helpful.

The staff is really friendly. The ladies helped me get in and out of there quickly. Only downfall was it was so busy I only saw the actual doctor for like 4 minutes.

Got there early and they got me in early. I was quite impressed with their overall level of service. They got me in and out quickly and efficiently without skipping anything.

When we came in I will signed in right away. Even though they were short-staffed everything went smoothly and quickly and the person that helped me was so sweet. And my glasses were ready under an hour!

I love the fact that the staff were very professional and very nice. I was able to get an appointment right away and did not have to wait to long.

I was mostly pleased with my experience. The spacing of the chairs in the waiting area was good, and there was only one other person and her child there when I checked in. My visit with the doc was fine, fairly routine and he was congenial as always. I did feel a little uncomfortable being in the small pre-doctor-exam room. There were several other people in the room, another tech and a couple with their child, and though everyone was masked, I did feel anxious being in such close quarters. It didn’t seem like there was a six-foot distance between me and the others in the room, so this is why I gave only four stars instead of five.

Wonderful customer service experience. I did not have to wait long to be seen and Dr. Curry addressed all my concerns professionally. It was especially convenient to fill out the portal online before my appointment, it reduced the time in office. The only downside is that I had to answer all the questions and information again even though I thoughtfully provided this information. Overall the redundancy added 10-15 minutes to my time in office.

We love Skyview! They are quick to get you in and so helpful. I have an 8 and 10 year old that has been sogoing since they were 5 and 7 to see Dr. Russell and we have never had any issues. Love this place! They are great with kids and I go as an adult and theyre so informative and through and always willing to answer any questions.

Took my son here for an eye appt during the pandemic. It was a great experience. The moment we walked in the atmosphere was very peaceful, all the staff from the front desk to the eye Dr were very kind. My older boys made their appts here a week ago and they, too, had a great experience.

I delayed my daughters annual eye exam in 2020 due to the pandemic because I was afraid of going into a facility that was not conscious of everyones health and safety. Let me tell you, this place is amazing! I made my daughters appointment a week in advance and when I arrived they called us back right away. The waiting room is social distance friendly. The tech/assistant wiped EVERYTHING down before my daughter sat down and before touching the equipment. She even wiped the chair I sat on! I felt very safe coming here. The staff are very nice, they are conscious of keeping the equipment clean and patients safe. Thank you!

Best place in town, great prices. I went to another shop in town and was told that due to my difficult prescription it would take 2 weeks or more to get my glasses, this place had them in under 45 mins

I didnt have an appointment! Checked with the receptionist to see if I could get in and have my eyes checked. She said there was an opening at 10:45. I said I was hoping to get in sooner, then I said go ahead schedule me. She snuck me in right away, friendly staff, friendly doctors, I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes!
