There customer service was great when I ordered my glasses but when I called to see if they were in!! the women I talked too seemed to get upset about the idea that I might expect my order in on time??? And then she interrupted.me everytime I attempted to ask her when they might be in and proceeded to tell me that it was another lab and ups fault and not there at all and to top it off she then explained she had absolutley no idea when they would be here because they havent even been shipped and she says there is no way to find out apparently this lab has no phones what so ever thats awsome Im happy they are making my glasses and are still waiting to have a phone installed. Sounds like a top notch facility. This place is an absolute joke in hindsite I would have paid 3 times the price to not have to deal with the abusive staff
First of all, I went in for a contact exam and they did a glasses exam. Converted my glasses prescription for a contact prescription which was not accurate. Did the 1 week contact trail. Came back to get the correct fit but the eye doctor pulled out random lenses for my left eye. And wrote a prescription for that. When I did recieve my contacts in the mail, I could not see clearly in them. Super frustrating!
Their customer service is horrible you have to have at least 6 visits before they’ll give u a script for contacts in the end u pay just as much as would going to a optometrist that is more expensive. It would be best to go elsewhere and start with people who are competent in what they do. The managers are terrible very rude and they don’t want to help you with anything their also to busy making personal calls which you can hear because their yelling and arguing with their boyfriend. They made my daughter pay twice for a service that should have been done right in the first place. It sounds like a great deal but really isn’t save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to get an exam because in the end none of them could care less about your comfort, time,money, or experience. Don’t do it.
