Delicious and reasonably priced.Pros:*Located a couple of blocks off the square.*Surrounded by lots of shops and interesting places to see*If youre not crazy hungry portions are big enough to split*Options of chips or side salad.*Up the ramp inside is additional seating and the restroom. Lots of nice outdoor seating as well.Free wifiCons:*Inside seating across from the order station is cramped. You WILL have your chair bumped multiple times by customers standing in line or fetching drinks.*Frau Farbissina works here and will scream your name to pick up your order. Its disconcerting if you arent ready for it. I recommend Scott, Adriane or Stella for maximum levity.
The place is hip, and cool. It’s very cozy and cool for breakfast, brunch, or coffee. I spent a few hours hours here eating my lunch and meeting a casual date. I ordered some Italian sandwich which was decent. The sandwich bread was not a regular one, maybe some house baked focaccia or something. The sandwich was breaking and falling while eating and became messy. It was served with a pickle and a handful chips. I think it’s a little pricy considering the price and the amount. They have bagels, muffins and a lot of baked goodies and sweet stuff. I have to go back again to try some cookies and baked pastries.
Ive heard wonderful things about this place and was excited to take my dad here for breakfast on Saturday. We entered inside and stepped to the right, slightly onto the ramp as to not block the doorway. A woman from behind the counter looked me dead in the eyes and said in a very cold and hateful tone, Do not stand on my ramp. Line outside. My dad and I were taken aback because we had never been here before and didnt know. Quite honestly, we will never be back from how that message was communicated to us. I understand it must be annoying as an employee to constantly reinforce the flow of things, but there is a way to say things that can be friendly and customer service-based and still get the point across. It was a disappointing experience and the food was mediocre.
The food is great, but the staff was incredibly rude. They forgot part of our order and when I went up to ask about it the girl practically rolled her eyes at me and had a lot of attitude when she spoke to me. Very disappointed.
The food was super good. But, the staff was extremely rude. Will definitely not be coming back.
Ive been eyeing this place for a bit now and finally tried it today and the only dissapointing thing is how long it took me to go! For $10 you get two sandwiches and a side of kettle chips (and a pickle)! I got a hot chocolate and a BLT and sat outside and the little outdoor seating area is honestly too cute - with the little birds hopping around as well, it really is a lovely atmosphere. The employees were incredibly nice as well, felt very welcoming 🥰
I wish I could give ZERO…Unfortunately, I personally did not have a good experience there. Because of several reasons:1. They ignore several times to give us appropriate services.2. They behave selectively. All the people came without wearing masks but they did not care. However, they even asked us not to sit together.3. We were 8 people, some of them were our guests coming from other states. Our friends did not know their regulations but they yelled at us when they wanted to remind the ‘nonsense’ regulations.4. Their food was not in the quality that I expected. The bread was cold and the chocolate milk was not delicious at all!
Enjoyed my pastry in the courtyard until the loud speaker straight outta 1974 called out that someone’s order was ready. Really ruins the ambiance, which is what this place had before the annoying change. Coffee also sucks and the cup fell apart in my car and spilled everywhere so be careful. Seems the glue that holds them together melted and the cup literally split apart. I think I’ll have to give Arsagas up the street a try next time.
The best quiche and chocolate cake I have ever had. Wish I lived in Fayetteville so I could eat this every day. Such a fun place.
Come here every time I can for the amazing coffee and a Florentine! Quick, delicious and highly recommend
I wish I could No star for them. This place was one of my favorite places in Fayetteville to have brunch, specially on Saturdays. But today, the owner was so selective and rude. She let everybody come in with no mask and sitting like 12 people at one table. However, she was yelling at us from behind her counter just because we turn one of our chairs while we are the only group that the wearing mask all the time while we order and before eating. Also, the rest of the people how work there told us go out when I said nothin to them.We were the only International people in the restaurant and what can I say more than that.I am sorry for the little bread and all the people who are working. They are not costumer care oriented anymore. I literally never saw an owner to be that much rude.It is crazy to yelling at a frequent costumers who paid 20% tip to them.It is ridicules that I paid almost $30 for 2 small sandwiches and heard rude and yelling too.
Absolutely delicious, and a nice surprise for a homemade lunch out. The kettle chips were amazing, the bread was homemade as well and the best I’ve had, and the variety of menu options were welcoming. I do wish they had more seating and kept their bakery good filled, but overall, would recommend for something new.
Beautiful space in the heart of Fayetteville. Great chai latte and pastries are very tasty and well made.
The food is great!! However, the front staff people are often unfriendly. Sometimes it feels like you are a bother when you ask a question. I feel they could definitely use some training in customer service.
Do yourself and buy one of EVERYTHING! The cream puff is the best treat EVER. You will be tempted to share with someone because this puff is HUGE but dont! Keep that good stuff for yourself. You deserve it.Quiche. Breads. Ham and Cheese croissants. Just try it all.
Great breakfast a few blocks from busy strip of bars and restaurants.
Really rude behavior! 90% of their customers didn’t wear mask and They yelled at us who follow all their protocols. They acted really selective with their customers. It was our last time to go there and I won’t recommend anyone to go there (specially non-American people)
We had the Sunnyside sandwich. The bread was awesome and freshly baked. Loved the outside courtyard. My kind of place. Excellent experience. We will be back. Youll love it.
Really nice folks, cool outdoor seating. Egg and cheese croissant was so good.
Food was good. Service also good. Expanden seating since my last visit. Didnt see any options for whole wheat or other whole gran bread, but i didnt ask
Fresh and delicious food! The staff is friendly.
I had the worst experience here. They were very rude and yelled at us several times to change our table and seats. I will never go back and don’t recommend to anyone.
Very dark not well maintained outside or inside. Was taking a friend who loves bread. A place that looked awesome on line. Not in person. Maybe. Wrong time of year but the bread was hard ! OMG. Bread place has hard bread. Everything cold. No fresh bread smell ect. Disappointment. did not look bad but it didn’t taste good because of hard bread. Chips not fresh and you get your own water out of five gallon bucket.Staff was nice. The cream puff was the highlight. It was good. literally ate the inside out of the second sandwich because she didn’t want the bread.
Such good savory breakfast/lunch, sweet pastries, and great coffee. All at such an amazing price. I hope they stay in business forever because I need my little bread
Great bagels, but there is an extremely rude young lady working there. Two days ago i stepped one foot across the line by the register to see what was on the display case and she yelled at me. I laighed it off. Today, as the same girl was delivering food outside an elderly gentleman had his hand on the open door as his daughter was telling him to come in. The girl, in a very loud and rude manner, told the man “get a mask on before you come to my door!. I cant imagine how this behavior is tolerated.
This place is a gem and contributes so much to the character and quality of Fayetteville! The pecan sticky bun is pretty much the best thing in the universe, as are the cream puffs. The sandwiches are satisfying and wholesome, and everything here is homemade. I keep tryyyyying to get a slice of cake but its always gone by the time I get there!
Not a day goes by without me thinking and missing you nate. One day i hope we can re live all our amazing adventures together always cracking up staying up till the next day playing halo 2 and gambling all of each others money. Thanks for all the best days and memories of my life. I will miss your 3 pound cream puffs ya used to make for us. See you on the other side bro 💕 much love from yours truly. Cant believe you beat me this time ✌🙏☝💪
Meh. Everyone is nice, location is decent, but the food, what little we had the option to try was bland. They were out of everything mid morning. Not run out, just didn’t have anything. The bacon they use on their sandwiches is that prepackaged junk and it was like warm and they really are chinsy with tue lunch meat. I had ONE slice of each of the two meats on my sandwich. We won’t return.
Pastries are crazy good. Danish and bear claw nomnoms
The food is just ok but the management is angry and rude, and selectively(...)you enforces rules and regulations!
Very rude waitress, they were yelling at us.I will not recommend this restaurant.
Very bad behavior. We were a group of friends that joined the tables together, but they shout at us. We know that it is during the pandemic, but this is while that they let people coming in without wearing masks and this dual standard behavior is not suitable as well as yelling at customers. I would never come to this cafe ever again.
Excellent sandwiches, pastries (especially the savory ones), and bread. For breakfast, try to arrive early, before they run out of the potatoes! The cream puff is my birthday dessert every year. Wonderful local business with a true Fayetteville vibe and reliably good service. In non-covid times, sitting inside is delightfully cozy.
Little bread is walking distance of Day by Day Healing where I work at, and it’s such a great place for breakfast or snacks on a break. I love all the drinks, croissants, quiches and sandwiches here. The staff is warm and nice. I 100% recommend it
One of my all-time favorites in Fayetteville. I would highly recommend going here as cultural experience.
Only come here if you want to be yelled at.
First time here; order to go, friendly, the food was excellent! I’m talking breakfast here people...The blueberry muffin was a delightful experience; very different from others and I’m going to have to rename them “Scuffins”. This homemade beauty is the most lovely cross between a muffin and a scone! Score!(the breakfast sandwich was the bomb too)
I like how they call your name on a loudspeaker like its 1972 in Soviet controlled Moscow. Also the jalapeno sausage scone is absolute fire.
Will always and forever love this Fayetteville staple. Their customer service continues to be top notch just like the yummy food/pastries they offer. This review is making me hungry. I think I’ll head over there now ha!
Excellent lunch. Highly recommend the BLT. The Ham and Swiss was very good too
Love this place. The sandwiches, the service, and the atmosphere are great.
Support your own happiness and health by supporting this local Fayetteville gem. The food is delicious and the staff is wonderful.
The LBC is a fayetteville institution. Providing refuge during ice storms of 2008 and 2009. I fell in love with their muffins and spinach feta pockets long ago. Ill be honest I hate the drip coffee but they are so cool that I will still buy it. Cody the head Baker is a stud in the kitchen. Do yourself a favor and sit on the patio and enjoy your life.
The creame puff are to die for. So sad this restaurant left Eureka Springs for Fayetteville, but understand why. Their patio dining is really nice. Cant wait to go back.
This place is awesome! Always a must visit when in Fayetteville. Gourmet cafe and bakery selections, friendly, clean, and great service! Free smells!!
Customer service skills need a lot of improvement
Best little coffee shop in town. They serve locally roasted coffee from Mountain Bird coffee roasters. You get one free refill on a cup of coffee. Coffee isnt that expensive. Bagels, breakfast sandwiches are all fresh made in-house. Great little patio. When I meet someone for coffee, this is my go-to.
Food is great but restaurant is understaffed. You can tell the employees are overwhelmed during Saturday’s and Sunday mornings.
The quiche is excellent!! The bacon, cheese, and green onion is my favorite. The lemon and raspberry danish are great too!
This is my favorite place to eat in Fayetteville. Great value and fresh food.
I dont normally rate 5 whole stars but this place has the second most smooth cup of coffee Ive ever tasted, and with one free refill on small or large coffee, its fantastic price for two cups of coffee! So the have three types of coffee, or theyll just make you a latte or a few other things they have, but if you get a cup of coffee you fill it yourself with the choices of light medium or dark roast. Then of course you can have a refill. Also they have a good variety of pastries on the menu, the raspberry Danish is delightful! I most certainly will return another day.
Love this little bakery :) Everything they bake is good. The coffee is average. But the croissants are nice and flaky, I love it!
My most favorite place on Dickson street and one of my most favorite places in Fayetteville. Great sandwiches, amazing bread, rich quiches, and absolutely heavenly pastries -and theyre very affordable. This restaurant is so good, its worth the hike from anywhere you have to park off of Dickson. The only fault I could say Little Bread Co has is that it isnt open 24/7 to incessantly sell me quiche and other delicacies. Exquisite. 5/5
Great little quick place for coffee and a pastry. Met up with a friend there today and enjoyed the outside patio with my bagel and vanilla mocha. Food and drinks were served quickly. Environment was very inviting. Would recommend!
Chocolate croissant and chocolate chip cookie is amazing. Coffee is better than Starbucks and a lot cheaper.
First time here and all I can say it’s simply amazing. The quiche was perfect. The croissants were light and flaky. It’s a modest little restaurant with some big time dishes.
Amazing food and outdoor seating
The food is great and the service is outstanding. I love it.
I travel to Fayetteville often and now find myself booking my hotel based on how close it is to this Little place. The sandwiches are delicious and almost big enough to share. Ive only had breakfast and dessert here but Ive never been disappointed. This is a quiet cozy spot to grab an awesome meal. On one visit my order was the same as 2 others, somehow my order got missed in the shuffle. It was noticed almost before I did and the staff took full ownership of the mistake and bent over backwards to make things square. They were so polite and friendly I ended up apologizing to them! Definitely recommend but almost scare to share this place!
After living in NYC for so long Im super picky about my bagel quality. So nice to find this place, bagel flavor and texture was spot on. They have really good quality coffee too, limited seating but people move along pretty quickly. Respect to the BA women who run this place.
Delicious quiche, sweet and homey little Shop with such a beautiful atmosphere! The trellis on the patio is gorgeous and the bees didnt bother anybody! Theres so much greenery and flowers around and the place is just busy enough that you know its good! My friend had the lemon berry tart and it was so amazing and tasty!
Great little place to stop by on a Saturday, the farmers market is rocking and these guys have a decent breakfast. Dont miss the Pecan roll, that this is ridiculously good. The inside is a little small, but there is quite a bit more seating outside the building. So dont let the packed room keep you away. You dont want to miss this one!
They made a pretty good cup of coffee, and their baked goods were phenomenal. They even had desserts that you can choose from for breakfast if you wanted an extra special treat. Very small inside, we had to sit outside but it was covered. Definitely a nice little out-of-the-way spot to check out.
Excellent croissants, other pastries great as well. Very appetizing looking quiche Ive yet to try and will update on. Value prices for the quality of food. Quaint atmosphere with outdoor shaded seating available. Everything made fresh.
I visit this place just about every Saturday because its so great. The prices are worth it for the fresh, good delicious food that you get. I typically buy my bread from here as well.
You have to try a Bialy!! They sometimes run out so don’t wait too long to go in the mornings. Usually not too crowded and there’s always seating outside. Also have delicious food for lunch if you’re on the square and need a quick bite!! Doesn’t disappoint.
When in Fayetteville, go check out this place. Excellent breakfast choices with organic ingredients. And their baked goods are to die for. We love the cream puffs. I usually come early to get them as they get sold out quickly. The hippies in this joint can really whip up great tasting food and pastries!!!
I go there on the regular for the croissants. All three, almond, chocolate, and the original. I love how buttery they are and the fact that all the pastries are made from scratch. If you go on the weekend during the farmers market, definitely expect a little wait. But believe me, it will be worth it
Ordered the kramer. Without a doubt the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. Amazingly good food. Great atmosphere.
LBC is one of my favorite places in Fayetteville! I love their breakfast sandwiches. The ingredients are always so fresh and tasty! The coffee is also really great too. The seating is limited but if the weather is nice outside, it’s really relaxing to sit outside!
December 2nd, around 8 am. I ask for my order for here instead of to go. Employee basically makes fun of me to her coworker right in front of me because I guess I didn’t say my name when I asked her. I know it’s early, but nobody likes to be treated this way. Left a weird feeling with me. Shrug. I normally love this place.
Delicious, high quality food at a fair price! The staff are always wonderful, it’s a neat little location, and the food is awesome! My personal favorite is the Kramer on an everything bagel!
Great breakfast spot with a welcoming atmosphere! Student and family friendly with delicious, fairly priced, fresh baked goods. Will definitely be going here more often!
Fantastic bakery items! I love the raspberry cheesecake turnover! Pastries are a decent size for what you pay. Staff was kind and professional. The only downside is that once they run out of items they dont start baking more to replace. Menu items here are delicious as well, but really I just came for the bakery!
Wow I miss this place so much. From the cute outdoor seating, great baked good, great breakfast, good coffee, cute hand made mugs. Love!
My favorite place ever. You won’t regret it!
Outside area is very cute. Inside is small and loud. Latte was okay but nothing to write home about. Sandwiches were okay but bread was not fresh and not worth their price tag. Staff isn’t great. Curious why they don’t bake certain baked goods throughout the day since they are open so long? They were out of croissants by 11. They had 8 staff members and only about 2 doing anything. Go and bake some croissants lol. Also, the wait time was kind of insane.
Little Bread Company is a hidden gem. Tucked away in a small stone building right off of the square, Little Bread Co. is serving delicious pastries, artisan sandwiches, and quality coffee. With an wide array of sweet and savoury treats, it is the perfect stop for breakfast or lunch.
A Fayetteville must! They have a huge range of breakfast and pastry options and a cute atmosphere! Pretty busy on the weekends but the wait usually isn’t bad although seating can be a bit limited.
Dont get me wrong, the food was delicious.I came for the tuna but they were out. This is the only reason Im not going with 5 stars.Charming atmosphere, great presentation, great taste, and very time efficient.I hope I get to try the tuna when I return.
Lot of good bakery spots in town but this one might be my fave. I usually steer clear of the sandwiches and get a ham and cheese croissant or a slice of quiche. Cant go wrong with any of the sweets either (specifically cinnamon rolls or a piece of cake). They do a good job of getting thru customers pretty quickly even when it is packed and they are really confined for space. recommend getting it to go or eating outside because sometimes that bakery smell sticks to you a little bit ha.
