Can someone explain to me why a package dropped off 10/28/2021 4pm with a expected delivery date of 11/01/2021 by cob. Is showing on Monday 11/01/2021 9:30pm new delivery date 11/04/2021 and is still sitting on a warehouse floor in Concord, NC. 11/01/2021, 3:09pm. Very poor business FedEx. Im truly disappointed.

Great customer service team members!!! My shipment was located within minutes after the driver returned for the day.My only issue is with the driver. An attempt to deliver never occurred and it was for an item that had to be signed for. There was not a knock at the door nor a tag left on my door that an attempt was made. I received a text saying there was an exception. Someone needs to talk to that driver causing me to have to visit the ship center.But the ship center staff are awesome!!!!!

Fayetteville Fedex is the worst! Every time I get something that shipped by them, something happens..they drive thru my yard over my trees or they dont leave because my dog is out and barks..he might lick you to death. I see him backing into yard and go running out and hes already gone and dint leave the package. I wont buy from companies that use them. * it wont let me leave no stars.

If there were negative stars I would immediately rate it negative 10. Waited for 30 minutes while one morbidly obese worker was slothing her way around the desk making her overpaid wage to pay for her Doritos and diet Mountain Dew (because it’s healthier). To make it better the workers in the back were busy gazing in their phones instead of assisting the line of customers. DO NOT waste your time at this joke of a business. Walking through the Amazon forest barefoot at night would be a more pleasant experience.

I don’t understand why it’s not a number to be able to contact the facility when needing to know where packages are. The tracking number does not give accurate information and when wanting to know if something is at the facility or not you would have to call an 800 number just to get that information when you should be getting someone there who can see if it’s actually there.

Id put negative stars if possible. Never using them again, 3 times in a row I paid for 2 day shipping and it took 3-4. I have sketchy neighbors so I plan my shipping for days I have off so I wait at home all day only to be disappointed (the facility is a half hour away) and then have to spend the days I work refreshing my browser every 30 min so I can rush home and put my packages inside. Sticking to UPS from now on. Every time.

Update: Package arrived on the same day I posted this. In excellent condition.FED EX driver came Saturday only to announce my package showed electronically on his truck but it wasn’t there. It continues to show “out for delivery”. And no real person will answer my questions. At what point does FE decide they’ve lost a package?

The most infuriating experience Ive had dealing with shipping.Repeated incorrect status updates, and then delivery to an incorrect address, also marked incorrectly. Was told to just come to the shipping center to pick it up, but then told it wasnt actually there. I will never use FedEx again after dealing with this center and drivers.

On April 19, I purchased an item through an online vendor on eBay.  The vendor shipped the item in a timely manner.  The vendor sent the shipment information to FED EX the same day and provided me with the tracking number. The tracking number showed the package arrived at the FED EX Ship Center on 28 April, and remained in a Pending Pick-up status.Since purchasing the item, and seeing that the shipment had made it to the local area, I have made five (5) separate calls to FED EX — each time waiting at least 45 minutes to over an hour on hold — to let them know I am unable to pick up the item and I needed it shipped to my delivery address. FED EX customer service representatives lied to me on two separate occasions, promising the package would be delivered to my address. One of the customer service representatives even stated that the facility manager relayed that he had put “hands on” the package, and would ensure the package would be loaded onto a truck for delivery the following day. The shipment was never delivered and remained “Pending Pick-up.”After a few more calls to FED EX customer service, and package remaining in its “Pending Pick-up” status. I finally contacted the vendor, who offered to cancel the order and resend the shipment using a different carrier. The vendor shipped my item via United Parcel Service (UPS - the ones who drive the brown vans) and it was delivered to my address within a week, while the original FED EX shipment remained in its “Pending Pick-up” status.The vendor contacted me to request that I contact FED EX to refuse the shipment so that the package could be returned to them and their shipping costs reimbursed. I called FED EX customer service for the sixth (6th) time, to refuse the package and have it returned to the vendor. The customer service supervisor I spoke with (after about 50 minutes on hold) informed me that their computer systems were down, he could not help me, and I should try to call again later. I told them that I am refusing the package and to return it to the sender, because they failed to deliver. The customer service supervisor offered his apologies and advised me to contact the vendor to inform them that I refused the package.I contacted the vendor and informed them that I had attempted to refuse the package, but was informed their computer systems were down, rendering them useless. I added that I would not make any further calls to FED EX, as I had already wasted at least 6 hours of my time dealing with them and not getting any results. FED EX has been unreliable, while their competitors are succeeding in making timely deliveries,Then, on May 19, after failing to deliver the shipment for about three weeks and four days after I called to refuse delivery and have the item returned, FED EX dropped the shipment off at my door, burdening me with the responsibility of having to return the item to the vendor.Lesson learned: I will never use FED EX, and avoid purchasing from online sellers whose only shipping option is through FED EX.

I have asked the drivers numerous timesto ring the doorbell when dropping off a package as I am homeall day. It must be too much work forthem, because they never do. Chances would decrease of packages being stolen if they could manage to get their finger on the doorbell. One day, they blocked my storm door with 2 big boxes from Chewy.com. They are rude and inconsiderate and if they don’t want to do their job, there are a whole lot of people that would love to have their job!

I came in this morning at around 9:00 am and the lady working was extremely nice. She helped me find the correct box for my item to be shipped in and helped to bubble wrap the item and sealed the box for me. She was wonderful. I didnt get her name but, shes blonde and wore a ponytail and glasses with a beautiful wedding band. I would recommend coming here.

The absolute worst and most dishonest drivers ever. I sat and waited home all day just to receive an email stating my packages were delivered which they never came. These were large packages at that. Did an investigation and all but still nothing. Im highly disappointed with FedEx at this point. Years ago a driver was purposely stealing our packages and taking them to a neighbors home which they knew. They would pull on our yard and sit without ever getting out the truck, back up and pull off, then go right to the neighbors house to give them our stuff. They need more honest drivers.

Do you enjoy waving down fed ex employees who rather stick a note on an open gate and ignore you, rather than walk 20 ft to your front door? Do you enjoy long hold times as you try to find out where you can pick up your package? Do you enjoy being told they will reattempt delivery, only to have the shipper contact you and ask why your package was returned within the week? Do you enjoy the transfer game from fed ex call centers? But most of all, do you enjoy never being able to talk to a manager instead hearing workers giggling in the background?If that doesnt sound enjoyable to you, I advise you use UPS. Managers do nothing, Call center workers do nothing, and the delivery folk do nothing.

This Location stole our package. I dropped off a package going International, FedEx driver picked up the package and did not scan the package for 24hrs, I had to go back to the location where the package was dropped off and ask them to return the package. Within 20 mins later before the package was scanned. After 5mins the package says return to shipper. They didn’t return the package and I called fedex reprentative and they traced the package, after 30 mins someone from Fayetteville NC location called me asking me to fax invoice of the shipment because I can get my package back. I had to wait for 7 days for FedEx to generate my shipment invoice. When I had it, I have fax it to them still having released my package. I asked for call back but nothing yet. That location are crooks and they know what they are doing.

This ship center is the WORST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE I have come across. They changed the delivery date over 7 times, failed to update the status on my tracking and held my package as restricted because they didn’t want to ship to my store. This is after I was guaranteed it would be in my hands close of business. Because of all this commotion I was unable to stock my shelves at the anticipated release date. There should have been no reason a retail store should have a restricted delivery!

Where to begin? Was informed by email and amazon my order would arrive the other day and waited all day only to receive a notification that a attempt was made? Thats a lie because I was home all day and never saw any FedEx truck arrive only to have it say the next day the package was ready for pickup at the local store?! I ordered it only so it could be delivered not delivered to local fedex branch and then have to drive and pickup.There is no reason the order couldnt be delivered other than a lazy driver. Ups delivers with no problem, the postal service delivers with no problem, so why does fedex have a problem? Very disappointed and if I could choose what company is used for all my deliveries fedex wouldnt be one of them.Also, why even have a phone service if Im on hold for 20 minutes 5 different times and each time it finally rings through it has me take a survey and then hangs up?

Just like the other FedEx I frequently visit, the service was fast and easy. My only problem was that the employee who was working didn’t greet me when I entered and there was no one else in the store. I even said hello and she ignored me. Regardless, she knew how to make the business I had to take care of simple. I was in and out within 5 minutes. The employee may have just been having a bad day so I can’t say that this FedEx has terrible service. Overall it was nice and I may go here again sometime.

Stated they delivered 2 very expensive packages to my front door on fort bragg. Never received the packages, delivery driver lied and said he came by my house for sure, but.. I’m a stay at home mom. My new bank card was not going through their system, when I asked if calling the bank would help, I was rudely told “ if you put more money on it that would help” out loud, with a line behind me. I stepped outside, called my bank and was told it was a security measure being a new customer. I returned inside, made my transaction with no problem and left.Look, if you dislike your job so much that you lash out at paying customers then you need to move on, job security/benefits or not. That is uncalled for and in reality shows your own ignorance and a lack of respect for your job.

I had a really nice experience with the lady at the counter on my first experience. She was very pleasant. She sent a message to the driver to leave my package at my doorstep. Unfortunately, there must have been some miscommunication cause that didnt happen. I called to make sure they just kept it at the FedEx location so I could pick it up. When I went to pick it up next day, I waited a good 2-3 minutes or maybe longer to have a representative come to the counter, which seemed odd. It felt like I was inconveniencing her. Id of given a lower rating if it wasnt for the first lady I met.

My package was scheduled for delivery on 3 June 2016 but I tracked it to this Ship Center on 2 June where it wasnt even sorted yet. An employee by the name of Gus (Gustavo) was very courteous and helpful. He took down my cell number and said he would call me if he located it instead of waiting for it to go out on a delivery truck the next day. He called me back about an hour later and said he located it and that I could return to the location to pick up my package. When I arrived, a female employee was there but Gus had left my package at the counter and she knew that he had placed it there for me. If that isnt great customer service I dont know what is. I have seen the very low previous reviews of this place but my experience with this FedEx location was top notch thanks to Gustavo.

I missed the delivery on Friday. Called Monday got the run around . ABSOLUTELY no one could or would help me. I called Tuesday to see if I could get help since I am traveling and again no one could help or at least no one would help. I will never use FedEx again for any of my shipping needs and will hot allow anyone shipping anything to me use it either. I am completely disappointed. And on top of it all I wont be able to get my package. It will have to be reshipped through someone else and it will take at least a month before I get it.

My wife and I were waiting at our house all day waiting on a package that my wife needed for work. After waiting all day she got an email notifying us that they tried to deliver and no one was home (we were there all day and no knock, no note on the door, nothing). My wife called to see why they didnt leave anything or knocked to see if we were home and they told us to drive 25 minutes away and be there at 7 pm when the driver would be back. We arrived and were told 3 different stories by 2 employees about why the driver didnt or couldnt deliver the package. They told us to just wait in our car till the driver gets back.Were currently still waiting and its been over an hour. Worst delivery service Ive ever seen.

Poor service! Given a 7 hour estimate of when the package might arrive. Driver improperly filled out the door tag. Drove 40 minutes to find out I had to wait 1 hour for the driver to arrive. Then given a time window of 5 minutes for package pick-up. The 5 minutes before they close. I should be paid for having to pick up my package since they arent delivering.UPDATE: Upon making the window. I was told to wait in the office lobby for an unknown amount of time because the truck still hadnt arrived at the time given. Around 15 people in the lobby waiting with me. We were locked in the lobby waiting. 1 hour 15min wait. Unprofessional.

Absolutely useless company. Will never willingly use FedEx for anything again. Paid overnight shipping to have package delivered and did not receive due to mechanical issues with the plane. Assured package would be delivered today to my home versus original office address and it didnt get in the truck. Package is sitting at HUB in my town and they arent willing to sort it so I can drive across turn to pick it up. Now, again for an overnight delivery, I can hope that my package will be delivered Monday, 4 days later. CSRs speak very broken English and then get upset when you cant understand them and ask them to repeat themselves in America. Unbelievable!

NOTE: Had to give them 1 star to post; cant gove them ZERO STARS!Ordered item with an AM Saturday delivery (paid extra). At 1250 I noticed on Fedex tracker, that the notice said that the address was incorrect and delivery attempted at 1017. When I phoned Fedex about my package, I verified that the address was correct. Driver stated that the package had the wrong house number. I went outside to check to make sure no one had changed my house number (visibly displayed on the front of my home). Numbers were correct. I gave detailed driving instructions to my home, to include the description of my vehicles and my cell phone number. ( Note: I have a bright red late model truck, no other bright red trucks in the neighborhood). Still waiting on a phone update, delivery of my package, and the distribution center will not answer their phones. Whenever I get my package, Im contacting their corporate complaint department to lodge a complaint on this one....
