When I first went to see the vehicle I was told everything was ready. I was coming from 2 hours away. I was 1/2 way there when Jeremy called me and advised the GM had the vehicle and was out of town. I went back a week later to see the vehicle. There was no dickering on the price. They offered me the trade in $ for my current vehicle and again would not accept any other offers from me. (On the trade in or their vehicle).They were professional but unwilling to budge on either vehicle price.I pointed out around one of the parking lights that was loose and unsecured. (Likely missing a clip). Jeremy advised they didn’t have a body shop and advised the vehicle was being sold as is. Jeremy told me he would put gas in the vehicle to make up for it. When I went back the following week to pick the vehicle up, no additional gas had been put in the vehicle. Frustrating! Sometimes, it’s the little things that mean a lot. They really didn’t meet my expectations. Doubtful I would ever go back for any other purchases.

I would like to say first off, I have had my truck for 5 days now and love it! Condition was excellent and purchase price was very nice and very competitive! Couple of things I did not like was, 1st, I called and talked to one person and told them I was coming to look at truck and it would take me almost an hour to get their. He said fine well see you when you get here. I think it was Corey?? When I arrived they said I would be working with Brittany. Told her I was here to see the truck and she said I hate to say this but someone is test driving it right now. I was not happy about this! I feel as though someone should have called me to inform me of this. I then left the dealership to get something to eat and Brittany called me about 20-30 minutes later and said truck is still available. I returned to dealership and spoke with Brittany again. She then gave me the key to the truck and told me to take it for a test drive. The truck was setting at the edge of lot near the road with the hood up. I asked her do you want me to put the hood down? She then said, yeah Im not sure why they left it up. Did my test drive and returned to speak with Brittany. I told her I had my own Financing with my local CU and would be talking to them first thing in the morning the next day and would call her first thing. She then gave me her card and told me her best # was her cell #. My credit union was working on my paperwork and I was going home to call Brittany to make sure the truck did not sell. I call her cell # and no answer, just voice mail. I then call dealership and ask for Brittany. They said oh, shes off today....Then why tell me to call when you know you wont be there? The finance dept. worked great with my credit union and they sent me with a check to deliver. Pick up time for my new truck was awesome!! I was probably only there 30 minutes max!! And, they did put some fuel in it. Not one person ever took me out to show me around the vehicle... I thought that was very weird! Very happy over all just a couple things I did not like. It was almost like going into Kroger and using the U-Scan.. Maybe, thats just the direction were going in......Probably a 3.9 star.

Took my truck in for a service engine light and a electronic throttle service light paid them $1,200 in parts and labor to get my truck back and have the same lights and codes come up 3 days later. Took it to another dealership recommended by a friend only to find that the air filter was clogged and the t map sensor was plugged with soot. Second dealership said these are two things that should have been checked right off the bat. Ive had my truck back for 2 days now and the engine light has not come back on but I will update if it does. Unfortunately this is not the first time that Ive had issues with the service department here. Also the air filter should have been caught when they did $250 the oil change that they performed 700 mi prior to the $1,200 repair job.

I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Findlay Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram. After viewing the Grand Cherokee online I called to schedule a appointment to test drive the vehicle. Upon calling the dealership I was greeted with a welcoming, professional, inviting experience while scheduling the test drive. I arrived at the dealership and was informed that my appointment was with Brittany Jackson. From the moment Brittany greeted me I knew I was at the right place. Great service! Though I was not able to have my issue resolved they did great with helping me, fixing other issues, and diagnosing what issues I was having. Professional service if I ever have any problems I know I can look to them in the future.
I traveled over two hours to look at a truck on their lot. Long story short, after test driving and determining I liked the truck, I was willing to deal. In fact, I was actually willing to pay asking price for the truck in question. Unfortunately, the dealership offered $18,600 roughly for my trade, which has a trade-in value range of $19,676-23,251, with median being $21,464. I stated that I would be accepting no lower than $21,500 for my trade, as it was in great condition with relatively low mileage. This is where things went south. The sales manager comes out and rather than being willing to negotiate, or even just stating sorry, we cant meet that value, he proceeded to attempt to justify his appraisal through bulls**t such as our trucks are priced #1,2,3 in the area and Im going to put that truck on the lot for $21,500, the latter of which I knew for a fact was a straight lie given the market and researching comparables which are going for well upwards of $25,000 all day long, everywhere. Needless to say, it is quite offensive when Ive done my own research and instead of agreeing to disagree on price, the sales manager attempts to educate me on why Im wrong in my valuation. If I could give a negative number of stars, I would.

Sales staff was excellent. Originally I went to look at a used truck but turned it down. They had another used truck in stock that was perfect. Sales and finance went well. The truck was turned in the day before. Only issue I really had was I asked the salesman to have the engines washed. . He refused saying he didnt want to get it wet. Outside of that it was a great experience.
Wont communicate. One person in particular is a piece of work. Go ahead and gamble if you want but may be more done if you dont.Verified by warranty company and other dealership that no communication done on a closed RO.No call back to say there was wrong number or anything regarding warranty work. Its just all a petty weak excuse to find a way out.
I found this dealership in a nationwide search for a truck. It made me nervous to make a purchase from such a distance, but Rick Duffman helped me navigate the process and won my trust with his honesty and friendliness. The extended service contract added to my level of comfort to do business at a distance. Sometimes it is hard to differentiate between scammers and reputable businesses online - and that is why reviews exist. I’ll be honest, I’m a picky customer and I don’t deal well with dishonesty or incompetence. I’m here to tell you that this dealership is legit and I would not hesitate to buy from them again - and I would ask for Rick by name.
Came in for oil change and inspection. Left with oil change, cabin air filter, new brakes, and new tires. All done the same day. Everyone was very helpful and I like knowing that the vehicle is safe for the family. Jerome and Tyler always take good care of me.
We are very happy with my purple jeep. Everybody there treated us with respect and were very nice to us. We have no complaints at all and it was well worth the over 2 hour drive there.
The service I got was fantastic, but they seemed severely understaffed, and paper took almost 3 hours. Other than that they had a giant selection, and found exactly what I wanted. Update 23 hours later. I noticed a large chip in the paint on the hood. The paint shop is telling me that it is a factory defect and I should talk to the dealer before paying to have it repaired, so I did. After waiting about a day the I’m assuming the sales manager got in touch with me and told me they would split the bill to have the repair done. Not a bad place to do Buisness. Just make sure you have some time on your hands if you go in there on a Tuesday. It may take awhile to get a deal done.

Felt extremely deceived by this dealership. I completed their trade evaluator online and communicated with the BDC person for the dealership. I had a few questions about a new vehicle on their lot, specifically inquired about what the Chrysler Employee pricing would be as it is a benefit I qualify for. I was told I would need to setup an appointment with a sales rep to obtain the pricing, so I did. At my visit to the dealership I had my trade evaluated, which came in far less than their online quote and took the vehicle for a test drive. When going over figures for the car I was informed that they do not honor employee pricing and not to mention the vehicle listed on the website also showed a $2300 discount that was not honored as advertised. I lost all respect for this dealership and will not visit again for sales or service. If I would have been told upfront they do not honor employee pricing I would not have wasted the sales reps time or my time.

This is the best dealership I have ever been to. They have their best price listed so you don’t have to haggle. They don’t work off commission so everyone was super nice and made the process easier. They gave a great price for our trade in. We were very pleased with the service at this dealership.
I needed a rear main seal on my 2500 Dodge 5.9 diesel. Checked with the nearest Dodge Dealership but they were currently without a diesel mechanic. Next closest dealership stated a three week wait. Was hesitant about calling Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep. First was expecting another long wait and second over 30 miles away. Spoke with Tyler in service. Explained what I needed and asked if he could get me in. He asked how soon and would I be able to get it in today. Long story short I was expecting a 2-3 day job. They had it done the next day. Tyler also called why they were working on it explaining the mechanic saw another potential leak on the valve gasket. A problem that I had fixed a couple of days before. But there was still a lot of residual oil. If it wasn’t previously repaired I probably would be going right back a week later asking why I still had leaking oil. The employees there are polite and professional. I would not hesitate going back there.

Ill start by saying that the sales person Brittany was excellent to work with. She was honest, straightforward and seemed knowledgeable. The price of the vehicle was reasonable and exactly what I wanted. The sales manager was another story. He offered me 2000 less for my trade-in than any other (3) dealers I had dealt with previously. We finally came to an agreement of 500 less than the other dealers offers which was satisfactory considering the price of the truck. The sales manager was really off-putting and irritated me. He tried to sell me an extra 2600.00 warranty and did not explain it well. It was obvious that all he wanted to do was sell me something. He had no concern about what was best for the customer. The vehicle was already advertised as having the remaining of a 3year/36000 mile bumper to bumper and a 5year/60K mile powertrain warranty. The sales manager proceeded to talk out of both sides of his mouth stating that the current, as advertised warranty, was really no good and that I needed to buy this extra warranty. I told him Im not buying any extra warranty. I asked him to see a copy of the warranty and he seemed hesitant and stated, Well it really isnt very specific and doesnt really say much. He totally downplayed the advertised warranty. I said, either it has the warranty as advertised or it doesnt. I pressed him to see a copy of the advertised warranty and he relented and finally got me a copy of the warranty. He simply lied. The warranty indeed was very specific on what was covered and seemed to be quite comprehensive as worded in the warranty. At that point I almost walked out and ended the deal as I felt I was being dealt with in a dishonest manner. NEWSFLASH: Customers are not stupid. They can see through the BS and dont appreciate it. It made me feel very uncomfortable and uneasy. I will say, if it wasnt for Brittany, I would have walked out. She explained things and eased my concerns. At the end of the deal I felt pretty good that I was leaving with an overall good deal. Brittany seemed to have the customers best interest in mind and anyone appreciates that. I would have given my experience a better rating if not for the sales manager.

This was my first time to visit this location after moving to Ohio. I always like to have my car serviced at the dealership to ensure that I get original manufacture parts. The service was professional and timely they were expecting my arrived and they have my service done in about 45 minutes.I particularly like the ability to schedule the appointment online very simple and it worked perfectly. I also particularly appreciated the fact that one of my filters did not need to be replaced and they didn’t charge me for it.The dealership was nice the waiting area was acceptable I do plan to return for the next service for my Chrysler.

The whole process was just very unprofessional and I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from them ever. The Salesman didn’t even really answer any questions he was focused on the sure deal. I get it we all have to make a buck. They only ran my information my spouses information was never put in. The manager called the next day because he noticed her information was just sitting there. He reaches out to see what we are interested in. The day goes by we don’t hear a word we call to check up and he left for the day. Without a heads up or a hey I’m still waiting on this or that. I wasn’t pleased there’s plenty of dealerships in this town I’ll gladly go elsewhere.

Needed ac repaired known Chrysler issue. Vehicle just out of 36k warranty so cost all on customer. Also gps radio needed replacement. They ordered replacement weeks ago. Drop vehicle off they then realized the wrong one came in. Didnt hear anything until I requested update after noon when was told repairs should be completed by noon. Was then not notified vehicle ready for pickup until about 4pm and they close at 5 and we live 45 minutes away so my wife had to rush around to pickup. And we get to go back again sometime.
They sat there and worked with us on the vehicle we wanted, we didnt even have insurance when we first came in, but they stayed with us patiently the entire hour I was on the phone setting it up, while they provided us with all the information we needed. Plus I love the car we got, they didnt hound us, or try to make us buy a car out of our price range, they actually cared about witch car would be more comfortable for a day to day drive. Id give this place 10 stars if I could! :)

This is probably the best service department that I have been to since owning my own cars. They were able to get me in pretty quickly, and they finished before they said they would. Josue in the service department was friendly and took the time to show me around the area since it was my first time here. I was so impressed I dont mind driving from Salem to have my vehicles serviced here. The sales staff was pretty good, while I looked around at the new vehicles and was able to answer my questions. I will definitely be back to purchase my next Jeep from here.

Leased a Jeep from them back in May 2020. Its now August. I live in IL and all docs were done as an IL lease. I have been trying to get plates for this car for the last 3 months. Been to the DMV 3 times (3 days off work). Finally DMV tells me to call the IL dept of Revenue because they show no taxes have been paid. Low and behold they are correct. No taxes paid and told to call the dealer. Findlay tells me Oh sorry about that we collected $897 but we never sent it to you. However it turns out the taxes which should have been included in the lease total due is is $1729.00 which leaves me hanging with difference $832. Call the dealer and said they will send me the $897 which they took and was told unfortunately we did the lease wrong and didnt calculate the taxes correctly. You think they would say oh im sorry this is our mistake and let me make good on it. NOPE. Instead I got we took $897 as a courtesy to you, we normally dont collect IL tax. Ah what a wonderful courtesy you did by collecting the wrong amount of tax/then holding it since May/not figuring out the correct tax % owed by IL and making your customer deal with the IL dept of Revenue/standing in line for 3 separate days at the DMV/driving on a temp tag that expired 60 days ago and now sticking me with a tax deficit of $897 which I have to pay now to get this Jeep registered in IL. What an amazing courtesy you have done Findlay Jeep.
I drove to Findlay from Delaware yesterday to purchase a used vehicle. The financing had already been set up over the phone and this should have been the easiest sale Findlay Dodge Jeep Chrysler has ever made.The vehicle was listed as” just arrived” but had a sale price and was listed to be sold. Upon leaving the dealership on the test drive, I immediately heard popping and cracking coming from the front and rear suspension, enough that I ended the test drive and returned the vehicle. The sales associate looked surprised to see me back so soon and when I told him about the issues the vehicle had he looked up the vehicle inspection and it did in fact list the suspension noises. The sales rep apologized and ask what he could do to solve the problem, asked if they fixed the problem and drove the vehicle to me, if I would still be interested in purchasing it. I said I still was.The following morning I called and left a message for the sales manager but never got a response. I called back that afternoon and did speak with a sales manager who did apologize for the issue but never asked what could be done to make the sale. Quite honestly I felt like he thought I was wasting his time. He said the vehicles get listed as soon as they come in and are priced accordingly without mechanical inspection reflecting the price. Come again? Are priced accordingly without mechanical inspection, really? I was more than willing to work towards the purchase of the vehicle however the lack of professionalism at Finley Dodge Jeep Chrysler prevented me from doing so3 1/2 hours of driving in the rain with two 6 year-olds, taking time off work for both parents to come look at a vehicle that wasn’t ready for sale, and when I spoke to the sales manager he said “he would have told me not to come look at it! “You ARE trying to sell vehicles right?This is a 100% accurate description of the events, ask yourself do you want to waste your time and come here or save your time and go someplace elseThis should have been the easiest sale FDJC has ever made.Please don’t listen vehicles for sale if they are not truly ready to be driven off the lot
I had a great experience with Findlay Chrysler. I purchased a 2020 Ram 2500 from Brittany Jackson, who was very helpful and made the process go very smoothly. They gave me a good deal on my trade in, and I love my new truck. I live quite a distance from Findlay, but drove there to purchase because they had the exact truck I was looking for. The experience at Findlay Chrysler was good enough that I would definitely consider driving that far again when I need to purchase another vehicle. I would highly recommend Brittany Jackson as a salesperson as well.
They were quick to get me in for an appointment and had a transporter get me to and from work for the day. Brittany and Jerome were awesome to work with!
Drove 2 hours only to have the truck I want sold out from under me without a word of notice, I get there for my appointment and was told the truck was sold. Ive seen other reviews on here for the same thing. Very unprofessional.
Drove an hour to buy a truck they had in stock. Had an appointment at 1pm to buy it. Showed up 5 minutes early to watch them sell it out from under me. The salesman said well you should have gotten here earlier .....wow thanks for the free advice.
Make sure the pictures that are posted with the car, are the correct pictures. We drove 90 minutes to see a car which was not advertised as the pictures. Very disappointing in the marketing team. I even called that morning to confirm the pictures and the posting were accurate. The salesman was accommodating since we drove so far but we believe he could have done more for us in the price since it was a trade-in and a off brand.
Findlay Chrysler Dodge and Jeep is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with in buying a car. The fact that the sales people were salary paid was so awesome.Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Kevin Sheehan and the team at Findlay CDJR were so fantastic to work with! We were in and out in 2 hours flat, went over everything in a very professional and easy to understand fashion, at no point were we bored or waiting around like with other dealers! Brittany Jackson was our salesperson and let me say....SHE WAS FANTASTIC!!! From the moment she first spoke to us to the moment she gave us the keys she was a delight to work with. Brittany showed us every option that was available for what we were looking for. Before bring the truck up to test drive, she made sure the tire pressure was good and that it was nice and warm for us on this cold cold day. She worked with the sales manager and service department to address a couple minor issues and those were fixed. We couldnt have asked for a better salesperson to work when we walked in with no actual plans to purchase a vehicle at that moment. She made it a very pleasant experience. She also has a great sense of humor too.

Worst customer service I have every received. We will be going to the Chrysler dealer in Lima for now on which is sad because we live and run our business here and would like to support local but this experience was not even a 1 star. Would love to speak with the owner to let him know how his local customer was treated.

It was easily the most efficient and quickest buying experience I’ve ever had, I called the night before and told them which truck I was interested in, the truck was up front and ready to go. I was out in 2 hours. Nick and Jeremy were super helpful and made the whole process really easy. I drove 75 miles for this dealership specifically, best prices I could find within 100 miles of my house. I would highly recommend.

Sales manager was very rude. Called me and told me i was costing him money because i wanted to go with my own financial institution instead of what he wanted even though he knew first hand i was going to and gave me such a low offer on my trade in that i knew was worth more, i felt offended. Made me feel like they thought i was incompetent. 1/5 star will never buy again from here
