50/50. They do, do their best to put everyone in a car. Daughter is leasing from them, she needed work done, they added it to her payments. She spoke with manager when her hours got cut about smaller payments on repairs until she got another job or more hours. He said they would do that, but only did it for 1 payment, and didnt tell her that. She didnt know until they called and told her her car was going to be repo-ed, because she didnt make a car payment that month, which she had but they put it all on the repair bill.

He turned one of my good friends Facebook posts about weather into a political argument and was the most childish human beings ever.

I reviewed well 3 years ago when I first got my car but that was quite literally the only good experience I had in the 3 years I have been paying on this lease. Absolutely horrible customer service and they never communicate with one another. They also have lied to us several times. Don’t go here if you want to be screwed over.

Would give it a 5, but was not given 2nd key or code, told me to come back they would have it, but as you find out, once you leave the lot, they are not required to give you the 2nd key. Insist upon getting your 2nd key or dont take the car. $280 for a new key.
