Very nice and fast and did what I wanted

I like glancing at the GAMES when I STOP by (haha). But seriously, getting a Harvard lecture on why I should sign up for the Rewards Card before I buy a $7 used game is a bit much.

If I could give them zero stars I would my husband and i ordered a system for my son we paid extra to get it shipped to him sooner and it didnt get there when they said it would, then it got held off the next day and the next day then thought it was gonna be there on July 2nd but nope guess what it moved to the 3rd so who knows if he will ever get it what a joke!!!

The staff is always so helpful and nice!! They actually listen to want we want!

It needs a game hub where people can test games they interested in buying.

The staff at this location was very helpful. They helped my husband and I a lot when selecting out our conole. He helped us pick out a game.They also have a very nice selection of collectibles. There were many different fandoms to choose merch from. They also had an enormous clearance selection. With so many items to choose from it was impossible to leave empty handed.

Well, I did come in 5 minutes til close expecting to spend $70 on a game but they had the store closed up early while the guy behind the counter just turned his back to me and pretended like I wasnt even there, why bother with hours of operation if you can close when ever you feel like it. 11/17/2015.

Poor customer service. Call them to see if they had a part that I needed to play my console, they had it but said I would have to wait until tomorrow since they close soon despite the fact that I was driving over to them and IN THE PARKING LOT by the time she told me to come back later.
