I went today to switch providers and received absolutely outstanding service. Jacob helped me to make a new account and get a new phone, which was awesome. He also made sure to walk me through everything he was doing so I wasnt in the dark at all. All in all some of the best customer service Ive ever received!

Colby and Jacob helped me out tremendously with my new Ellipsis tablet. They were friendly and timely with my needs. The other customers in the store seemed very pleased as well. I would recommend this store to a friend or family member.

Terrible customer service.. sold my daughter a pre-owned phone without even telling her!!! All out dated stuff in this store looks like everything is 100 years old!! It also smelled like sewage in the store it was disgusting!! Worst Verizon store in the town!!
