Went to both stores in Findley multiple times during the weekend and its never open looks like its open just no one in there idk if they taking a nap or need to change their bissness hrs bt it ridiculous i have 2 drive 2 two diffrent stores let alone a hr to the next store..

Drove from Carey to get 2 upgraded phones been customers for 5 years called number on door was told 1st time be 30 min called again hour later said anytime waited 30 more minutes tried calling and got ghosted beyond angry the customee service doesnt even deserve 1 star

1st of all this store didnt have anyone answer the phone when I called before I went and when I get there, their sign says theyre open but theyre not. Then I tried to call the number on the sign on the door and its out of service. Says the store closes at 8 but was closed before 6pm smh

I have been there 4 times, first the hours listed online were diff than the the ones posted that they currently use, one time I was actually helped, than the past 2 times its been closed despite it being 3 to 4 hours before close. This must happen alot cuz it says if this situation happens to call a number but then it is not a working number. The only reason I went is cuz I got a message that my 3 lines need something before the 26th which is not far.

I hesitated about writing this review because although I am happy with Boost Mobile overall, and until recently, never had an issue with this store, a recent visit changed that.About a month ago, I stopped in to check out a new phone, because my My Boost mobile account said that I was eligible for Boost Up financing. I gave the sales associate my information and he stated that I was not eligible for a Boost Up. I asked him if he was sure, as I had seen it on my account and I knew I was a loyal customer as I have been with Boost for 5+ years and am enrolled in auto-pay, so my payment has never been late. He replied that it would be cheaper ($130) if I just switch my phone number. I declined.So now, my current phone is falling apart and I decided to check again online. Sure enough, I am eligible. Although it is costing me a total of $144 for a new phone, I can finance it as I cannot spare the money upfront at the moment.So I am disappointed in the sales associate not providing the proper customer service (in other words, he was going to lose a sale + commission). From this point on, I will just continue my services online only and not in this particular store.

I was haveing issues with my Data After paying my bill and it was not restarting the available data for me to use. Jenny the manager was not helpful what so ever. After going to a different facility all they did was make one phone call and were able to remotely restart my service which jenny had told my friend was not possible and they physically had to have to phone there to do so. When i called to complain and let her know the problem was solved and i was told by another manager they easily could have done this over the phone she became extremely rude and asking what my point was. Since my problem was solved. My point is she had an easy 5 minute way to solve the issue and didnt. And instead of simply apologizing whether she felt wrong or right she decided to be rude aggressive and annoyed. Id expect this more from a regular employee but defiantly not a manager. A good manager should be able to stay calm and collected in situations like these and she was everything but.

They are a Very Dishonest Group there . They will tell u that in order to get a great deal on a phone u need to switch your phone number. Instead they will add a line to your account without your knowledge. I Highly recommend not giving them your time they will RIP YouOff. They are a bunch of crooks. And they dont care. Even the Owner Mustafa.😡😡🤬

This store is a joke! It is never open nor do they answer the phone when you call. I bought a phone and service for my son paid 50.00 in cash and the rest on my visa. The receipt was not put in the bag and low and behold boost says I need to pay 50.00 for service. We never have been able to use the phone! He pocketed the money and we are getting the run around!! Never do business with boost mobile!!!!!

Do not purchase a phone from these people.... I purchased a Sharp Aquos and the same night was having problems and the camera was completely defective, pixles everywhere, cant even use the camera. I called the next day and was told the GM of the store would call me. I stopped in the store 3 more times and even talked to the GM on the phone and he said he would be in the store the following day and to stop in so he could look at it. So After work I came in, and he wasnt there, and didnt even come to that store that day. So the guy at the desk I think his name was johnny said that he would call the gm and have him call me that same day. Well he never called and I just got off the phone with them again, mind you this is less than a week now that I have had the phone and they told me, sorry we cant do anything, call the manufacturer. This place sold me a defective phone and then wouldnt do anything about it. That is poor customer service and I will never be going back to that store. Ill stick to best buy or radio shack.

What a FREAKING joke! I went in the Friday before Mothers Day to buy a case. The employees were so sure I had the phone that they had and the case would fit. I paid over $25 for the case well before I left tried it on my phone and it didnt fix. They didnt want to do my refund so they said theyd order me a case. Well 5 days later still no case and they refuse to rerurn my money and of course I cannot get through to talk to anyone. Im very upset and the manager is being a woosie about speaking to me about it, hes been dodgingbthe store so he doesnt have to face me. I will downgrade Boost for years to come! And you better believe I will be contacting the BBB. If you cant be profession dont run a damn business! This isnt over!
